I purchased a $50 gift card right before Fathers day as a gift. The manager sold it to me, no stipulations regarding use, nothing. I brought my husband today into this store to purchase hats using the gift card. We are told, Were sorry, we cant accept the gift card, our new system does not allow us to process them. I stated to the rep that I purchased the gift card from that store and the manager never said a word about gift cards not being usable at the store. The rep called their manager who agreed that the gift card was sold but it couldnt be used anymore because they had a new POS system. I asked to speak to their manager. The rep called Virginia, the GM who also stated the gift cards could not be used in the store and there was nothing she could do except order hats online and have them shipped to us. We were in the store wanting to purchase hats with a gift card purchased from the store for the point of using it at the store. They should have accepted the $50 gift card and credited it towards the hats and dealt with their company issues with their own gift cards with corporate. Instead, they denied completely to accept their own gift card. Since there were no stipulations on the gift card or in the store about how the gift card must be used, this was in essence theft. They refused to credit the $50 I gave them for their gift card. I went to their website to contact corporate and was advised via chat, they have no contact info for corporate and when a customer complains, the chat is logged. We used to shop here quite a bit and the product quality is amazing but after this, I have a $50 gift card I cannot use in- store. We will NEVER come back, that was the worst possible thing you could do is keep someone from using your gift card at your store.

Just got back from Lids today, and was very impressed with all the hats. However being an Oklahoma City Thunder Fan, they had more Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers hats than Okc Thunder Fans, those teams are not local, so I could not buy a hat today. However the Dallas Cowboys hats were money, and so I think I will go back soon and pick 2 of them up, and maybe get one as a gift. When I walked in, I was not greeted by the customer service people, however it appeared they were changing shifts.

Hours of operation are incorrect. I made a long drive to make a purchase and they were closed at 6:15 pm on a Tuesday.

I arrived at 1130 but the doors are locked! Website says you are open. No answer when I call too. Disappointed.

The sales person was very helpful and I found what I was looking for quickly.. I suggest parking on the east side and center isle area of the building opposite the highway. I walked in from the West main entry & realized Lids was just off to the left from the East center entrance...

The hat selection is always on point. If they dont have it theyll call the other stores to inquire. After that if its available online you can order for pickup or ship to home. The young man behind the counter even went above that for me and looked on Amazon. If I could give 6 stars I would because service of that magnitude is unheard-of nowadays.

This is the 1st store in my life that left me speechless and without any idea on what to buy because this store it’s out of this world. All the caps are awesome. Great service, great customer service. You really want to go back and buy more caps.
