Out A/C broke and needed to be replaced. Calling Koala was the best choice we could have made. Everyone we interacted with professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service and communication with Koala Cooling. Our 25 year old system cratered and I researched local companies. Koala Cooling was highly rated and I had seen their trucks in the area. In very short time Anthony checked our system, but found it was worse than he could fix on the spot. He advised us of options and that he would set up an appointment for a representative to meet with us to review replacement options. Before the day was done we were contacted by Martin, who shared options and pricing. He gave us time to research financing apart from the various options Koala Cooling offered. Wow! I am truly impressed with the level of professionalism, friendliness and expertise that Rob, our Koala Cooling technician, demonstrated while on the job. First, customer support was very informative and understanding when I called in for an appointment after our AC started blowing warm air. She was extremely polite as I was given a time of arrival, which was followed up with a text message showing a bio of my technician. It was pretty neat to see and learn about the person that is coming out to service your home and gave us a sense of extra security. My service technician, Michael, was extremely thorough and professional. He checked every part of my A/C and heating systems. One of the impressive parts was that he showed me pictures of many voltage and amperage readings from his meter while the tests were being conducted and explained the readings compared to the panels recommended settings. After my home warranty company failed to properly fix my AC I gave Koala a call. Mostly because they were open on the weekends and I wanted my house back asap. The technician was on time and very professional. He showed me where the other guy has seriously messed up, and then worked hard to fix it on the spot. Kyle and Anthony came out today, called ahead of time and made sure I was ready, then offered to come earlier than expected. Got the problem solved quickly, didnt try and sell me a bunch of useless add ons and gave me good advice on yearly maintenance and prevention. Really satisfied and will be using them again when something else inevitably breaks down.

Anthony was not just on time but early. He was super knowledgeable and explained things to me with patience. He replaced my contactor and did some wire repair. The price of the contactor was high compared to what I found online but the service was great.

I called Koala Cooling at 9am after my Thermostat was out the entire weekend. Michael Corey called me at 10:30 the same day to say he was on his way and corrected the problem in less than 30-minutes. Fast, prompt, and courteous. He even gave me tips to safely problem shoot myself should the problem happen again...then called me personally 2 more times later in the day to further problem solve and give me strategies. While the installation process was not 100% perfect on the first day, they worked with us to get a few missing items dealt with in a timely manner, within a few days. I am editing my review from a month ago. The first time they came to work on my unit I was very satisfied. I called them last week to set up an apt to have them come back out and clean the coils on my AC (as their tech suggested). They set up the apt for today (7/21). I never heard from anyone so I called to make sure I had written down the day correctly. The woman I spoke with said that they don’t service my area, they didn’t have an apt for me in their calendar, and that they couldn’t have done my previous service because they don’t service my area, that it was another company. She said she would have someone get back to me but I never did hear from anyone. I really wanted to give Koala Cooling my business going forward, but I will be calling someone else tomorrow.

Look no further, call Koala Cooling! I left a voicemail because my A/C went out after hours and I received a call back first thing in the morning. They were able to find a way to get me on the schedule and still give me a time block which they met. They also called to let me know they would be closer to the back half of my time block but they were on the way. When Robert the technician arrived he got to work right away and was able to quickly diagnose my problem. Since this was a rental property he was intentional about keeping me in the loop with what was needed. He also gave me a temporary solution to keep my tenants cool for a few days while he contacted the manufacturer to verify the warranty and locate the part needed to get my A/C working properly. I highly recommend and if a situation arises in the future I will be calling Koala Cooling.

During the Snow and ice storm, heat stopped working. Called and office staff was friendly and helpful. When I noticed water leaking from my furnace I immediately turned off my ac unit and survived a hot Texas night without ac( Bearly made it thru the night lol) I called koala in the moring and was greeted with a very polite person who took all of my information and issues down. Bo is awesome. He explained all of the procedures he would follow and laid out what everything would cost. He did a great job of checking the function of our furnace and our outside unit. We needed a replacement part for our outside unit. He did a great job of explaining the issue with the broken part and then replacing it with a new part. Koala came out to check my system after another HVAC company had left things incomplete. Kyle checked everything, fixed a few faults made by the other company and the original installers. He gave me quotes for repairs or replacement that might be needed in the future, and said things were running well now. Suggested that I just monitor the system for now and call them if things changed. Then he said there was no charge today. Who does that? Will definitely be calling Koala for any future HVAC needs. They arrived on time and fixed our AC unit, explained in details what was wrong with it..we needed a piece which they had on them, so they open the brand new piece in front of us to assure its not a used piece. The pricing was fair and I became a member so I have an annual check up and clean up my AC unit besides other benefits.
