They are always friendly and very knowledgable. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and they remember me. This business treats customers like friends and thats why I am a lifelong patron. Not only do they have the best deals in the entire Austin area but they also do a monthly drawing for free merchandise. This is an outstanding business with a strategy that I wish others would follow.

I had a great experience when I started shopping with them. Now its been nearly a month and I have not received my order. Ive tried contacting them multiple times the last couple weeks and have had 0 response. This is odd because they were really good about response right away before. Im getting nervous that they just walked away from the business and have decided to just screw everyone out of their money. Im very disappointed.

I have tried multiple times to contact the owner through different points of communication since the 19th of this month regarding an order I placed on the 15th! I have asked multiple times for a refund from this company since they decided to close and I STILL have not received any response or my money back. I have been more than patient and certainly more than understanding, however, their taking care of their customers ( or lack thereof) is highly unprofessional, illegal and screams of shady business! This doesnt even deserve 1 Star. Its shameful and disgusting, especially given how many positive reviews and customer satisfaction this company has been given so many.

They went out of business in January of 2016 and basically stole everyones money by not shipping out the final orders. They still owe me $41 dollars and there is no way to contact them. I hope these bastards get Colon Cancer!
