I am so satisfied with Oasis and their staff. My control panel went out and a tech came out and got me going again. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of their hot tubs and the exceptional customer service. Oasis is who want to use !!

We purchased a new hot tub from these guys in November of 2020, they were excellent throughout the entire process. They have been courteous, honest, ethical, and timely. Buying a spa was a major purchase for us and many retailers didn’t leave us feeling good about buying one, but Backyard Oasis has been fantastic! Our new spa developed a crack in the finish a few days ago, all I had to do was email them and we are getting the entire spa replaced with a brand new one! They handled everything, no run around, no dropped correspondence, nothing but the very best customer service. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub!

I recently purchased a spa from Backyard Oasis and can honestly say that I was blown away by how friendly, helpful, and professional they were in every aspect of service from explaining differences between spas without any agenda to sway me one way or another. Everyone will tell you why their spa is the best. Well, Backyard Oasis sells them all so they dont bad mouth one brand while pumping up their own. They found me the perfect spa for my needs at a fraction of the price of a new spa. They then serviced it before delivery and I can say that it has been running perfectly ever since it was turned on. The delivery guys were equally impressive, going above and beyond with the placement of my spa and carefully explaining start up and chemicals. They have reached out to me several times since delivery to check on my satisfaction level and I can honestly say that it has been a true 5 Star experience! I would highly recommend checking them out before you swing by the places selling new spas at new spa prices! Eventually if it is a good spa it will end up at Backyard Oasis for a price that wont make you want to cry.

This is the second time I have purchased a reconditioned hot tub form Backyard Oasis. The first one was a Hot Springs. I got a very fair deal and the process was simple with delivery included. That was 7 years ago. About 3 months ago I went to the showroom on I-35 and looked over all the hot tubs Keith had on display and I settled on an Artesian tub. Again the same courteous team delivered the hot tub and I had my electrician come out that day and boom, back in hot tub business. I recommended that an old friend who had an older tub to go talk with them and he did. Instead of him buying a new tub, he ended up having Backyard Oasis recondition his existing hot tub. I would recommend and do recommend Backyard Oasis and the family there to anyone. Thanks!!!

Talk with Keith and picked out hot tub and explain the process very knowledgeable on the features of the hot tub we pick and very affordable compared to new and had a variety of makers and brands. Customer service from Keith AAA++++ outstanding! I cant recommend him and this business enough.They offer new and refurbished hot tubs with their bread and butter being the refurbished. I was shocked that we were able to purchase a very high quality Jacuzzi brand spa for less than $4,000, which included a cover and delivery.You can check them out on the web, but go talk to Keith before buying. Purchased a used model. They refurbished and delivered as promised. Received friendly calls during the process. They were able to get it into my backyard and on to patio with no problem. Plugged it in and has been working like a champ with no issues.

I had a great experience with dealing with Keith the Owner and his son Taylor the service tech. Even though my warranty expired a week earlier they did all necessary work to get me up and running. Great guys and they STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Hot tub was installed incorrectly by a third party originally.I would highly recommend this company. Owner seemed knowledgable and nice enough. Was given a quote on a hot tub, only to find the EXACT same hot tub posted by the OWNER on Facebook for $300 less than than the price I was given in the store. Maybe I was given a more expensive price because I am a woman... or maybe loyalty and honesty is something family owned businesses have done away with to keep up with big corporations. Either way, I feel that I was given an unfair price and will take my business elsewhere.

Initial interaction pleasant and owner was friendly and attentive. Had hot tub running and usable for 4 months. In those 4 months, had MANY problems. Owner always sent repair person and finally just stopped. Many different problems. Paid money for something that turned out to be a lemon and they wont stand behind their products or work. Now it is yard art.

We have been wanting to get an outdoor spa for awhile and there are very few places. Ive driven past this, allbeit, sketchy place dozens of times and its always empty, but we thought wed give it a try. Finally looked at the hours and they close at 5pm, so my husband and I left work early to get here at 430 well before they closed. No one was here and its locked up. Save yourself some time and visit another place.
