I am new to the Round Rock city and living near Dell campus. This indian grocery store is closed one to the Dell locality. Store didnt had too much variety of stuff but you will get it most of the things including produce, not sure about fresh/frozen dairy& meat products. The store keeper was polite and friendly. I was only the customer when I entered and later one more couple entered. It was a nice experience for my first time grocery shopping there. Later week it was see the sign boards- Store Closing making me disappointed. Not sure what happened but I wish them good luck for their now & future business.

I don’t know if the store is really closing but the sale they have is not a store closing sale. Make sure you check the expiry date on the spices and match the price in other stores. There are no returns allowed

Everytime I visit them, its a very satisfying experience. I feel like I am shopping at my own shop because they make you feel so welcomed and are so personable. They keep very good mix of variety of various brand and are very honest with quality. The vegetable are always fresh. I have never ever found a single thing that has past its expiry date. Its my favorite grocery shop for indian stuff. Thanks a lot Neelkanth team, its a pleasure to have you in Round Rock. Wishing you all the best.

Mrs. Nita has been extremely accomodating us with our grocery requests during this difficult COVID19 time. Very prompt while responding and does not seem to mind when we send last minute additions :) She and her son are the only staff Ive met and they do an excellent job of servicing the needs of the customer and they do so with a genuine smile. Its a great Indian store. They have almost everything and the store is so clean. Sometimes I ask for fresh veggies and they get it from their stock behind. Ask them if you could not find fresh veggies out there

Regardless of what it is called (the sign above the store still says Big Bazaar, and of course it used to be Ambica Foods), the offerings here are awesome. Frozen appetizers and sauce starters, paneer, spices (whole or ground), produce, medicinal herbs, ethnic snacks, and of course, the SAMOSAS (made in-house and always hot). Staff is friendly and accommodating, prices are decent, parking is good (and free). Zero complaints. We dont come here often, but when we do, we stock up on yummies. Highly recommend.

Good place for Indian items shopping nearby round Rock. I love the free chai offering. Found all the items I need and price seems ok. Owners are friendly people and make us feel warm. Would recommend.

Great place to shop for Indian groceries. The best part is come delivery for the neighborhood. You can get free delivery for a bill exceeding $50.

Bought a pan and it was a bad one. The store owner/incharge did not want to refund it. He was rude and was repeating that his supplier would not take it back. He, however, did not have any problem in taking my pan back....No refunds though. Very disappointed in his treatment. Hope you all whoever buys stuff, make sure the store will NOT refund regardless of the prodduct quality. Bad Business strategy. He lost me for good.

I went there to see if they stocked my new favorite drink. (Creamy rose flavored, with basil seeds) they had it. I remembered I needed some vegetables. Their selection and prices were not nearly as good as the Indian grocery on 35 just north of Hesters Crossing. BUT they had home made dosa batter. I have never seen this for sale in any Indian grocery.I bought some and my dosas came out better than restaurant. 😀

Very good indian groceries. Best in Austin. they always have fresh vegetables and not only do they sell indian food, they also sell puja items!! I loved the customer service especially the cashiers. This store is a definite 10/10, would recommend.

Ofcourse the store contains all the Indian requirements,but its too costly.I was surprised when one day we bought a small matchbox which they charged $1. And the same 6 small matchboxes we got in other US stores of $1. Puja Items, utensils are very costly better to carry from India itself. Otherwise the store is good to visit...

Considering that there are no real standout indian stores in the Austin area, this is probably one of the better ones. The store is fairly neat, well stocked, and offers a reasonable variety of vegetables. Dont go here looking for a NJ or Dallas like Indian supermarket, you wont find that. However, it does provide a little more than the necessities required to cook a decent indian vegetarian meal. I particularly like the fact that they were well stocked with Haldirams ready to eat items. Atleast much more so than their competitors. But the wait continues for a GREAT store in the Austin area.
