Ive lived here since i was 3 and we had a pitbull he never bit anyone he only barked to keep us safe (bc he was a pit) and out of know where the trailer park made us get rid of him even though theres another pit.Then theres a spot behind some TVs that wasnt private property when we moved here and I went down there for nostalgia and I guess I wandered to far and wound up in someones backyard who had no fence no wall nothing and I was connected to the pond and the lady was completely unreasonable and rude, so not everyone heres nice, alot of ppl that are rude, wish ppl where a bit nicer to kids round here so if you want a place to take the family I would recommend just keep with the tight ppl and dont accidentally trespass.

Very friendly staff. Always upgrading park. Lots of loose cats & dogs & coyotes & other critters. SITES ARE NOT BIG RIG SAFE! The concrete slab under our Endeavor 43DFT started cracking and sinking after a few months. Not many street lights. No lights at Hwy turn in. Reasonable rates.

This is a wonderful community that is kept up well and always improving (not stagnant).

Nice place. Clean. Wifi worked good. very quiet. Only issue is the pigs next to them. No smell, just a little noise from time to time. Not the parks fault.

I love living here in my 5th wheel. It is a lot like living in a regular neighborhood. BUT, I dont like all of the trash that is everywhere. Broken beer bottles, beer cans, fast food containers and dog poop all over the place. Also, lots of little dogs running around loose. I walk my golden on a leash and had to use her certification as an emotional assistance animal to get her accepted because she weighs more than 35 lbs. I carry poop bags ALWAYS! I mean, how hard is it to pick up poop in a poop bag? Unless, of course, your dog is running loose so you dont know where it pooped!

I called to rent a site for our 2013 travel trailer. Me, hubs and 2 Goldens. I am sooooo tired of rv park owners allowing small dogs only! They are the ones who yap all day and night. The also snap and bite at everyone. We pick up after our dogs. We carry bags with us when out walking with our girls. They would never be allowed loose running. We cherish our Goldens. They are part of our family! Come on Austin!

I have lived here for 5 years now and I talked to someone in the office about Martin Ave. and Meredith Ln being dangerous. There was a lack of visibility and other cars coming from Martin Ave always traveling very fast. I like very much that they made some improvements by setting parking restrictions. Thank you. That being said I think that there is room for other improvements. Like placing some tarps that give some shade to the playground next to the office and an update so children can actually use the playground.

Drove by on motorcycle and riders beware, those speedbumps are no joke. The speedbumps are on both streets to and from the RV park. They are not painted and cannot be seen until too late. Bottomed out on the first one and had to walk the bike over the next 4.

I highly recommend this place, the office staff is so friendly.

Good office personnel. Rent is reasonable.

They are very professional, my deposit was immediately refunded when the plans changed.

The roads were horrible and the homes did not look well kept up.
