Quality people. I enjoyed the service I received from Round Rock Muffler and Auto. Recently had a catalytic converter stolen from my truck. Fixed in a day. They even saved me money by utilizing a bolt on versus the direct fitment. Recently bought an older model Ford. Went to have it inspected and they told me I had a radiator leak, after the inspection and in the parking lot. I left not thinking anything about it only to return with a boiling over radiator. No hesitation they were on the phone looking for a radiator. I was off and running in no time. I would recommend then to anyone looking for solid people!

I brought my car in in August of 2021 and thought my exhaust system was done for. They could have told me it would have cost 800$ to fix and I would have believed them but this is an honest business and it only cost me 180$. I was shocked it was so cheap. They do good work and are fair and quick. It didn’t even take them a full day. I’d definitely come back here.

I wish I could give them more stars. They have a customer for life now. Called them and got a quote for services the dealership said I needed. The quote was for less than half the price and after looking at it said that not everything was needed. Plus I left the dealership with the check engine light on (no reason was told to me for it being on) but I left here with it off and it hasnt been back on since. I was referred here by a family member and I can see why they wont go anywhere else.

Brought in my 04 Insight for what I thought was just a bad front left bearing. They replaced that AND found a bad bearing on the right rear. I was impressed that theyd take the time to check all 4 tires. Nice catch!

Ive been going to this shop for over four years and have always had a great experience with them. The prices are always very reasonable, they do great work, and they are experts in pretty much everything. Ive had them do all sorts of work for me, such as installing a new car stereo, replacing motor mounts, oil changes, inspections, brake work, tuneups, you name it. I always leave with a smile on my face. These are people you can trust.

I had a very good experience here.I was chasing engine errors codes that were preventing me from passing inspection. I ended up finding that there was a broken weld or attachment between one of my exhaust pipes and my catalytic converter.RRMA was able to get me in and out in the same day, and the bill was very reasonable. I asked them to inspect it as well, and it passed, so Im happy.

I always receive great service. While I only go in here for my annual check up. Im in and out no frills and I prefer to support local business over a national chain.

Back again to Round rock Muffler. My 19 year old son decided he was going to modify his exhaust on the jeep I sold him. Long story short . He jacked it up and I took it to RR Muffler to get it fixed back up. Again great low price of 87.00 and done quick. Kudos again and thanks.

Doesnt know emissions laws. Refused to double-check for me when I told her why this was legal. Even after I told her someone else at her shop double-checked for me the last time I called, and then found out I was right. But nope, she refused to double check about something I already knew she didnt understand. I can handle someone thinking theyre right. But if someone politely asks you to double-check and gives you a good reason for doing so.... and you refuse.. then Im going elsewhere for any future needs. Because youre just stubborn.

Tried to take my vehicles here multiple times.Every time it went like this:1) called explained the work needed2) was told yea we can do that no problem and given a rough estimate3) show up and told by the counter Jockey why my exhaust was illegal and it would be hundreds of dollars to bring it into compliance with the imaginary EPA laws governing mufflers and tailpipes

The guys they are real cool . They communicate with you and explain what they are doing and why . On the other had I paid $600 for a catalytic converter and only $190 for labor seemed like a great deal for $800 until I got my car back and took pictures of the new cat which they swear up and down is brand new .. it wasnt until after it was installed I was told the part was bought 3 party . Keep quiet when you see a lady working . She is the rudest, know it all lady . Extremely rude and disrespectful . Gave dirty looks and raised her voice when I wanted to see my old cat for a second time to take pictures of it. Refused me a new part invoice Showing me that they really did buy the part got extremely offended when I showed her the pictures of my new cat . Said it was illegal to put a old cat on a car in the state of Texas . The list goes on . She is the type that knows nothing about costumer service or professionalism. I cut hair for a living and would be fired if I act the way she did towards a customer . Then said I could have the old cat for 50$ .. if you want to take your car here by your own part first and they will put it in . Apparently parts are more expensive than labor over there so that would be my suggestion.. oh and my bolts are stripped . They say it was welded . Then they denied taking the hood off my car and messed up my back windshield wiper fluid hose and it is leaking in my car . Ill post before cat after cat and water in car . My old cat by the way looks way more smooth and a hell of a lot nicer given the rust look . Also the last picture shows a $400 set (cheaper than 600) I found online look how shiny and actually new it looks . These were my expectations

Excellent service with GREAT Prices. With my dad going to this place ever since he came to Texas(20+ Years). After saving for a few months I knew this place would give me good service and quality. Afterwards, I have never been so pleased with the kind of service I received. I went to this place to get a new muffler (Flowmaster 44 series) on my truck. I had some questions on what would happen to my truck, where I wanted to locate the tail pipe, etc., with the excellent mechanics, they helped me figure out what kind of final product I would like the best. Will always continue to go back.

Been going here for ten years. While they charge a little high for a basic oil change, theyre always fast (or very honest about wait times) and no BS with their work and are reasonably priced for repairs.
