This outlet is beautiful and clean. For the most part it is like any outlet but the one thing I really liked was the mother lounge they had near the restrooms by the Food Court. The mother lounge had a nice couch, changing table, tv, sink, kid chair and table! It was even decorated. This room is perfect for any mom and especially breast feeding moms. The restrooms are very clean as well. The Food Court doesn’t have a lot of options, only about 5 different places but there are a lot of stores

Very chill place to score a great deal of your favorite brands. However you must do your research because not all factory brands are created equal. some brands actually use the same materials and quality for the outlets. Some brands have separate suppliers and manufacturing processes, rendering their outlet products of a lesser quality.

Round Rock Premium Outlets have different shops from various brands. The collection is best fantastic and I think the customers and consumers really love to shop from here. The environment is great and there are multiple shops where people can eat and roam around. the teenagers and the kids enjoyed it as well, from what I observed. there are a large scale of commodities that you can collect from here from your shoes to regular washroom must-haves. we went there to collect a pair of shoes from ASICS, the experience was good.

Lots of shade & plenty of parking. A few places closed but lots open. Some with good deals too.

Have been to other premium outlets but this one is okay. Doesn’t have all premium brand clothes. The parking is huge and it has many eateries. Okay to roam around. I am yet to explore the entire outlet. Will update the reviews later.

I love having this outlet mall so close to my home. Even though I do appreciate online shopping, there’s nothing like going to a mall to visit brick and mortar stores. RR outlets are clean, have quality stores, great prices, and are in a safe area. Lots of free parking!

Almost deserted! There are signs on entrances saying un-vaccinated must wear masks. It seemed these were only on the doors because some politician said it should be.

Come here trying to find a specific type of purse for a second time. Got to walk around and found many interesting stores. Still less people there and they mostly practice social distancing.

Dont do what we did....😣.....check the hours before going. Thankfully, the shops we wanted to check out were still open, but most closed early (about 7 p.m.) Everyone was nice and friendly though.

Fun to walk around when you’ve got some time or just want to idly shop. There seems to be a fair amount of stores that have/are closing indefinitely but the stores I enjoy are still there. Starbucks is no longer there which sucks.

I prefer the outdoor mall to the indoor, mainly because of fresh air and sunshine. I dont mind other people much, but walking around I saw my fair share of kids touching everything, from the outside of the doors and windows to the merchandise of the stores... Frankly the age of these kids should know better (Even before the pandemic). So, preatell what are parents thinking allowing this to happen? Germs are everywhere anyway; and Ive always washed everything Ive brought home from a store, but seriously? Beyond that my friend and I had a good time walking around shopping.

We came here to find a swim suite for my daughter. It had to be Minnie mouse, so we went to the Disney store. They had a very good selection of Minnie mouse outfits, towels, sunglasses, bathing suites, and even goggles. We bought it all. Lol. Then we went to sunglass hut. There are two store in the outlet mall. One had glasses that the other did not. Restrooms are clean, its a very nice outlet. Parking isnt bad. They also have good food. Oh, and dont forget the train ride for the kids.

All my favorites are here. Levis, Vans, others. I enjoyed Hungarian food truck here. Reminded me of food I ate growing up in California with parents from Iowa and Alabama. Their pastries are worthy of trying as well. Strudel, coconut puffs, walnut bars. Espresso coffee.

I really enjoyed the outlet stores my only concern was the accessibility of wheel chairs. Im handicapped but couldnt find The Information Center where they were supposed to have some wheel chairs. Overall I had a great time with my family and friend.

This place was very nice, not full and all stores were open, specials. The Puma store is the best. Disney store had specials.Food court was small but was open and selling good food. GO VISIT.

Went there to go to Duluth Trading Co. This is a freestanding store on the perimeter of this outlet mall. I wanted to visit more stores within this group of stores, but it was too hot to walk around an outdoor mall. Plus, we really couldnt tell what stores are located there...signage is not so good! Loved Duluth!!

My 20 yr old Grandson and I enjoyed our time there. Pretzels from Auntie Annes were awesome. I found several things. A nice young man helped me buy 2 pair of sandals @ Clarks! I bought things @ the Disney Store & Bath & Body Works! But, my Grandson couldnt find jeans, pants or t-shirts! We had to go elsewhere😑

Lots of great Xmas deals, and most importantly, plenty of mens clothing here! Hubby was able to buy so many variety of clothes here (work, casual, sporty); came home with 5 bags of goodies from various stores instead of the measly 1 or 2 stores.

I enjoy RR premium outlets. Decent variety of retailers to choose from and plenty of free parking. Mall is outdoors, so bring an umbrella or raincoat if rain is forecast.

There are lots of different shops in the mall.. but theyre all very small. Restrooms, Food Court and public areas need better cleaning. The tables in the Food Court are sticky and not clean, and the restroom smells very bad and is not clean.

It is a very small outlet mall in comparison to the one in New Bransfels, TX an hour and a half away. However, it is organized nicely with most of the stores for a certain age close too each other. Lots of good deals close to Christmas. The Parking situation is pretty scary around this time of year too. They close off the first entrance so it doesn’t back up onto the freeway. The intersection right by the outlet mall is called a double diamond, if I remember correctly, and if you have never used one it can be very scary and confusing the first time. So look up traffic patterns on a map if you have never been to the area so you don’t get confused.

Good price for most things, but not a lot of stores here.

Went to the Round Rock Outlet so my son could spend his birthday money and use an American Outfitters gift card he received. Plenty of stores to go in. Lots of buy one get one half off deals. Helpful staff in stores...definitely a place to go if you like athletic wear. Enter an email at most stores an get a cash reward (rebate) My son left happy...Food Court not that great...only about five selections. They do have a slushy/soda shop mixed amongst the stores that we stopped at to cool off. Definitely a hit!

Never really liked this mall. Hard to find my way around, easy to forget where I parked. Insufficient covered outdoor seating for resting or eating lunch. No clue where the bathrooms are. The few stores we went to didnt distinguish themselves in any way to regular mall stores. High prices.

Awesome shopping place with a good variety of stores. This is a good place to go for clothes for sure since thats what makes up the majority of the stores here. That being said they have some toy stores and some niche stores, like cookware. They have a food court and food stands sprinkled throughout the outlet. Plus theres restaurants really close by if you dont like anything in the outlet. Oh and a movie theater thats walking distance. Its a good place to save money, especially during holidays. Besides that its a nice place to window shop in with wide corridors and its a decent size. Cant recommend this place enough, will definitely come back.

This is an outdoor mall with a variety of stores. The food court has several types of restaurants for a quick bite during your shopping spree. The customer service counter is located in the food court with lots of helpful information plus rentals for child strollers.The mall stores offer sales at differ times throughout the year and some offer a Senior Discount on Tuesdays. The parking lot surrounds the mall allowing access and departure from several points.There are many neighboring restaurants. Movie theaters and other smaller shopping centers adjoining this area. The outlet mall is visible from I-35 traveling North or South.

Best outlet mall in Austin. Dont get intimidated by premium in the name. I got a great pair of shoes for 18$ here. Best deals

Went to the Columbia outlet and found what I was looking for. The usual shops in the center. Visited the Sketchers store also. Everywhere appeared well stocked.

Lots of shopping to be had. Great sales year round in all the retail stores.

They have a new store like 5 below but Called Seven Depot! Way better products at a good price ! Check it out you wont regret it 🤙

Not seeing perpetual discounts normally associated with Outlets. Sometimes there are Sales like any other place of business. Suggest calling ahead to confirm before you go if you are expecting any special discounts. Still, this a nice place to check out, unless it is stormy outside.

This isnt actually an outlet mall. Its just a mall. Outside. Maybe thats where the out comes from? The prices in every store I went in were the same as what I can get online. Limited selection of items and sizes. I guess I just dont get the point.

Excellent location, with a variety of stores. Also their food court has good options, Starbucks is also here. The outlet is outdoors so I do recommend dressing appropriately to the weather. Chili’s is also near by, and parking can get a bit hectic so be prepared.

We are in Austin for few days and visited this place as we have to shop some clothes for kids. In New Jersey outlet malls doesn’t have sales tax and I was surprised to see sales tax here. Parking spot and overall space is huge in this outlet mall.While some of the stores are fairly big and has lot of collections, some like Adidas and other stores are small and do not have much collections for kids.The food court here is worst and we have to go out to have our lunch. It’s better to have something before you go there.

Visited the chocolate store for their famous Candy Apples to purchase them as a gift for a friends birthday. If you have never had one it is definitely worth the trip!

Selection was very limited, with the exception of Bath & Body (@the stores I visited: Nike, Express) and the associates were a wee too helpful. I think everyone working that shift at Nike may have asked if I was looking for something specific or Ned help finding something.

First time back since covid. Still a great place to shop with lots of good stores. A little bummed they got rid of the bar in the food court, though.

Not a single pair of cleats between Nike, Puma, Adidas and Under Armour. What a joke.

At first, I was heartsick because the shoe size in the style I wanted was sold out.Jessica (her first shift was yesterday, (congrats on your new job!)) and Penny went out of their way to find a shoe in my size. Even though the store was technically closed; they stayed after 9pm just to help me find shoes that fit me.Im now a very happy owner of a pair of AXELION MESH Charcoal Gray-Blazing Yellow tennis shoes! Plus, I got a discount!! You better hurry the shoes are flying of the shelves!

Town outlet .. sometimes good sometimes not worth going. You will not always get the good discounts. Lot of shops going out of business. Since itd near to township people keep coming like zombies and keep taking away discounted intems.

Round Rock Premium Outlets is looking worn and tired. Its appearance hasnt been updated in years and the paint is faded and peeling. There are now several empty stores and I hope that the mall wont be closing soon Even the Starbucks has closed. Weve been regular visitors since it opened 15 years ago but it sure has gone downhill.

Its a nice shopping place, but some of my former favorite places are no longer there, like Liz Claiborne, Jones NY, Kasper and Anne Klein, so I dont go as often as I used to.

Very poor managementI would like to file a complaint against the management as they promised to give a gift card if we would spend 250$ in between November 11,2019 - November 17,2019 but the office is closed the three times I visited the place.I have no idea how could the service be so worst. As a customer its very disappointing and very dissatisfied as its impossible to contact the guest service.

I visited the outlet while on a day trip to round rock during labour day. Plenty of stores at this outlet mall, however, I wouldnt say that the prices were as discounted in most of the stores. Food court is fairly average. Plenty of parking space but it gets fairly full.

I was able to find my wifes ring she really wanted. Jose was very helpful and professional. Thanks again we will be back.

I visited the Columbia outlet, Levi’s outlet, and Victoria’s Secret outlet, and was pleased with all of them! The signs have been altered with a LabelMaker, which comes across as unprofessional, but everything else is clearly marked. This would be a great place to come on a weekday when it’s not too busy. Found great deals in every location.

Basically its like mall shopping only you walk outside instead of in a building. The stores sell older inventory at minimum discounted prices and limited choices. These shopping venues appeal to fashion buyers with limited funds. Doesnt matter if its last session style long as the brand is recognizable with huge lettering. The food courts are average fast junky type food.This was our second time there in 5 years and likely we will not return.

Spent almost 3 hours here and didnt even realize it. Mind you, I absolutely hate shopping lol this outlet has something for everyone but could use more indoor space to eat. After all, this is Texas.

This outlet is way better thank the one in San Marcos. Cleaner and bathrooms are accessible. I enjoy shopping the MKhors store.
