We inquired about a banner and went in person to give exact dimensions. The rep, Kevin, took down the size and make completely wrong size. After we contacted him to fix the issue, he said he did not know about the size. What was the point of going in person then? His solution to fix his mistake was give us 50% off a completely new purchase separate from this. WHY WOULD I PAY TWICE WHEN THE FIRST ONE WASNT EVEN DONE RIGHT? After we asked to speak to his manager he hung up on us. We called back and he hung up on us again.Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I questions the morals of this company.Take your business else where and give it to someone that deserves it.

Long story short, took a banner that needed to be redone & personally took the old item in store and Kevin Hsiao measured it in office. A few days later, picked up the product and was the incorrect size. Tried to have them do the correct size but they declined to do so and wanted to charge me all over again. They did not want to accept the fact that Kevin messed up. Then I requested a refund and got hung up on by Kevin Hsiao. Very unprofessional and will no longer ever be doing business with this company even though before we had plans for future business, all that is down the drain. Save your money and time and do not do business with this company.

Outstanding - I was in and out in 10 minutes, with 12 full-color glossy copies on cardstock. Truly professional quality - and it cost just $12, plus tax!
