I learned how to shop Goodwill from a homeless man I have helped in the past. At dirt, I didnt want to go in there... It took me a while to get used to Goodwill. FINALLY, Im addicted to it! Store is clean, neat, and well organised. The staff are very helpful and friendly The dressing rooms are still closed. I was able to get 15% off my purchase today because it was senior day (Tuesdays). Yeah!!! 😁

I’ve been to a lot of of Goodwill‘s from San Dimas to Fontana even Long Beach, but Goodwill’s on 17518 Colima Rd Roland Heights California 91748, Talk to people like their trash they do not explain the reason why they do certain things they just talk to people like their trash I watched a manager tell this lady she can hold the picture behind the register she couldn’t put the picture in the basket because the was to big. And are telling customers you cannot pay for your merchandise can still shop, and managers supervisors everyone do not come in your store to start a mess you need to learn how to communicate.

These folks tax. and the one in diamond bar too. jeans 10-15$ and i’ve noticed not a lot of color of the week. i’ve found better thrift shops and refuse to pay anything higher than 8$ for used free jeans.

This is one of my local Goodwills and I think one of the busiest I’ve seen. I have noticed recently that there have been some nice changes. The store is more organized and seems less cluttered. It’s nice to see everything hung up on hooks when shopping rather than in a pile😸. I know the new manager, Patrick from another close by Goodwill-he is always friendly and helpful! All the employees there are professional and courteous and always busy at work friendly!!

Really nice, clean store. I found a bag full of goodies. The only problem I have with Goodwill is, its not coordinated by size (biggest frustration)

Prices are very high, whats the deal! ITS SUPPOSE TO BE A THRIFT STORE. Nothing thrifty about this store. Place is dirty, stuff everywhere. You might trip on it if your not careful. If they will charge these prices, place should be a little cleaner. Some workers are friendly, others are not. I dont get Goodwills pricing policy, these things are donated! No wonder their CEO is making gobs of money. It seems employees are always under pressure by greedy management.

Great finds here. Friendly staff. The customers are animals, so its messy sometimes. But the employees get it cleaned up each day. Great job guys 👍 woo-hoo!😜

Very high prices not worth it for Pickers. Shelves are almost empty compared with other Goodwills. Small store. They take donations.

This Goodwill is very messy. Stuff is strewn all over the floor sometimes. You need to be careful not to trip on the stuff.There is a cashier with curly hair her name is Joann, she has tried many times to accuse customers of trying to steal their junk by changing the prices on stuff. Most of the time it is not true but she ends up making customers feel like criminals. I and several of my friends have witnessed this over the years of shopping there.The manager is a fake blond loud mouth lady. She is not very friendly towards customers. Their prices are amongst the highest of Goodwills in the area too. Overall, it has gotten worse over the years.

The store is hideous looking. Managers accuse old ladies of stealing all the time. (The Hispanic wanna be manager) my mother is 68 years old. Retired nurse. Has lots of retirement money. No need to steal. She is very racist when it comes to women of another race. Store manager should consider firing her. DONT believe the 5 star rating. Unpleasant shopping experience. Stuff all over the floor, store looks like a tornado hit it.

Usually its a 5 but for todays visit its only a 3. Ive never felt so uncomfortable while looking throughout the store. Like everyone was watching me. For what Idk I had my 5 yr old my wallet & my phone no purse. Then I had found an item that did not have the tag but had the plastic on it. Which were WHITE the color of the week. So today would have 5p% off. But yet when I asked for a price she dId oh thats Purple its Supposed to be Purple. Which provesmy theory right about them changing the tickets to what they want full price for when the color changes. How can something that has a tag but no price all of a sudden be a different color. I CALL BS.

Cleaner and more organized than most Goodwill stores. Not a large store, but has an OK selection of items.

I never find anything worth buying at this Goodwill but their associates are great, very friendly, welcoming and efficient.

Found some great deals Converse shoes $8 and looks new to me. The store is presentable but thought I would find more cool things than this.

Messy place, Unfriendly manager and employees. Way overpriced junk. They seem to think they are selling new top notch stuff at those prices, silly people.

Do not donate your stuff here they say not profit but they get bonuses the more they sell for. They charge retail for stuff you give them free and make a killing. I went into this place with a big warm jacket I had laying around during winter time and said can you guys give this (not sell it) to a homeless person in need. They said no but we will put it up for sale on the floor. I gave it to them anyway to see what would happen. When I came back the next day I saw it for sale for 30 buck. Donate somewhere else your good deed to help out the less fortunate is only helping the greedy managers.

I frequently donate items there to reduce clutter They have good stuff there, too. On this visit, I bought a Jim Cramer book for $2.00 and an old Star Wars soundtrack for $.99.

I hadnt been to a thrift store in years, probably more than a decade. I am definitely a thrifty shopper and I LOVE a good deal, but in all honesty, wearing someone elses clothes, someone that I know nothing about, always creeped me out a bit. But I figured Id give it a shot, particularly thinking about what Id be paying at the mall across the street for similar clothes. Most of what youll find at this Goodwill (and most of course) is pretty much junk. Clothes that you wouldnt be caught dead in and little knick-knacks that would be most useful weighing down your trash can. HOWEVER, Ive found a pretty cool shirt or pair of shorts every time Ive gone in. I love how the shirts are arranged, all by color, it looks good and makes finding a particular color easy. The employees are friendly and helpful and always seem to be hard at work, which is not something you find at all retail stores.So if youre a thrift store vet or newbie, the Rowland Heights Goodwill is a good option.

Its a smaller store. They do have a lot of clothes but not too many house articles...not good for furniture either. Overall, i wouldnt come back...the prices seem a little higher too.
