I like shopping there, they have awesome one-day sales, good customer service. The only thing that can be hard is the parking. The spaces are really narrow in that lot.

Big 5 is one of those places that feels like a small family owned business at times, this is one definitively feels that way to me. Small, in an organized disarray, they seem to have small quantities of many things but never enough of all you need! I know, I know it sounds as if Im complaining, truly Im not, here is where the compliment comes, the last to times I have gone in, the two employees that helped me where great, cheerful, happy, as if they enjoyed their job! My interaction was brief yet memorable, they made the difference!

They have all your outdoor needs!

There is a huge variety of competition and outdoors products, from Pokémon cards, to rifles, sleeping bags, sports equipment, kayaks, clothing, shoes, etc. The price is cheaper than most places and they will even train you for the permit if you purchase a long gun here (handguns must go elsewhere).

I was able go in and out fast got what I needed and customer service was outstanding....

Those shoes should be on Sale as advertised. But they I tried to checked out. They told methey were advertised wrong and also have wrong tag on it. Manager Jason stated he can do me a favorite if I really wants them. I told him. I am sorry, you just try to cover your mistakes.

Theres not a lot of sporting goods stores left so Big 5 is the closest option. I do like this Big 5 because the people are knowledgeable and willing to help.Pro tip sign up for the emails and youll get daily one day deals.

This place needs a bigger location. Im not claustrophobic but, when I when I walk in, I cant help but feel a little labored in breath...and the prices dont help the situation either.

Terrible I tried to call for 2 hours straight and the phone line was busy and when I drove all the way there the manager said that there lines were very busy but yet I saw nobody on the phone I think they took them off the hook just so they didnt have to answer. I drove all the way there to find out what I was looking for was not in stock all I should have been able to do was call and ask them I was very upset very disappointed

Best experiance at this big5. I went to purchace a treadmill & every employee was so happy their energy was the BEST! Especialy during these hard times. Nice clean store but understaffed and sometimes employees are... let’s say a little lazy. Last weekend I walked in to purchase Nike socks. I couldn’t find them anywhere. The only employee there was a cashier. I asked her for help. She said that everything is out and if they’re none on the shelf that means they are out. I asked if she can check online. She hesitated but went and checked their computer and to her surprise they showed that there are 3 packages left in the store. I went and found them myself. What I’m saying is that she didn’t offer to look online or had someone to go help me. She just said they are out. And only when I insisted to look online she did it. That’s not a very good service. I think they need more employees. They are always short on staff

They have really rude staff members. They show lack of motivation and they never smile. Obviously they don’t like nice people because I was being really polite to them and they are still rude.

Normally i dred going to this place the workers there are like top model rejects. And they never feel like doing their job. But yesterday i went with my son there was a short Hispanic chic that helped us out . Thats the only reason i am giving them 4 🌟. Any other day i would tell everyone thinking of shopping here, ur best bet is to go to the one in West Covina.

I bought badminton racket from this store but they charge me with something else and when I refunded it, they refunded with less amount with the attitude of not caring my product. And I still can understand why this lady ask for my ID even I need to ended up insert my credit card againP.S. the cashier name was Angela.

Went there for night crawlers and the cashier told me about Laguna park. My grandkids had a great time fishing. They caught a couple of bass weighing 2-3 lbs. each and 5 bluegill/sun fish. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Its like a half step above estate and garage sale hunting--you might find some gems here. the clothes can be irregular or out of style, but when theyre on sale, they are quite cheap. parking is very easy to find (but the spaces are tiny) so dont come with an SUV or you might get door dings
