Ok besides the super cute cup these drinks are delicious. I also got to try the bubble Oreo waffle! Im so happy i found this place! Ill be back!!

Ordered a peach oolong tea with lychee... o think they forgot the peach syrup? And I think the oolong tea was ma bit bitter.. but the lychee balanced it out due to its sweetness.The pickup section is at the corner area! You have to walk towards the side of the store. Then you’d be able to pick it up.

Pretty decent boba place; the place is very tiny, though and ordering isnt fun when you have to stand outside under the sun. The cups are also very narrow so it often tastes like Im just sugar syrup; I have to use my own milk to compensate for the sweetness.

Unfortunately i forgot what two drinks i got but they were freaking bangin definitely give it a shot if your passing by

Great place to get boba drinks. The place is small but nice, cute and cozy. Service was great and its clean. The day I went, i don’t know if the AC was not working because it was hot...like stuffy/humid, other than that everything was great!

Ordered a mango oolong tea with star jelly. Tea was so bitter & no mango flavor. I’ll go grab another one if I have to stay up late.. 🤣🤣

I got two regular bubble waffles and was told the wait was 15 minutes. I was waiting and someone came about 5 minutes after me and ordered the fancy ones with ice cream and chocolate and all that. We were both waiting and then 20 minutes passed and the people behind us with a more complicated order got theres first. I got upset but I understood that maybe mine would come out right after. IT DID NOT. My two regular ones came out 40 minutes later and they were cold. I think they completely forgot about it. They didnt even apologize for the wait being 40 minutes or anything.

The new drinks are pretty good. bubble waffles are fresh made.

Really good drinks and options. The one bummer is they make you pay extra for no ice?? Ive paid more for no ice but still had ice in my drink, which I wouldnt have normally cared but they charged me extra for it :/

Nice atmosphere with wooden tables, wall and light decorations, and pop music playing in the background. Friendly relaxed feel. Very tea like. Tea is a bit pricy and small but still liked it.***go into the restroom!! 🚻

Delicious milk teas. Just about the best rose milk tea and strawberry milk teas around town. They were fragrant and also just the right sweetness (not syrupy sweet). Theyre also topped with the real deal, with bits of rose and strawberry.Their bubble waffles are also excellent. Theyre cooked just right with enough crispiness without compromising the fluffy inside. We got the original and the Oreo waffles. I was expecting the Oreo to be on the sweet side, but was surprised that it wasnt too sweet which made it enjoyable to the end. I Heart Boba is now on my favorites list of places to go.

Love their waffles. Especially the ones with mochi inside. GREAT WAFFLES. Drinks are good too but egg waffles are the Bomb! Will be coming back for the waffles.Place is kinda small but near and tidy . Expect some wait if you come during peak hours.

The design was very unique. Its nice and clean. Very friendly ! I have try all their drinks they all taste so great but my favorite is the rose milk tea.

I got a water melon slushy it wasnt on the menu but they made it happen the boba has this sweet honey like flavor THIS IS MY HEAVEN

Theres always a huge queue, and for good reason! The coffee here is, so far, the best Ive had anywhere. The barista is very sweet, and the New Orleans Iced Coffee (with soy) was delicious!

Its okay. Tends to be on the sweet side. Tea flavor is okay. Popcorn chicken is okay. Good portion size. Happy hour from 6-9pm.

Their milk tea is really good, but make sure to ask for half sugar. Its really sweet without any adjustments, but with less sugar you can taste the tea. It seems like they usually run put of mini boba really quick because I ordered at 4, but they were already gone.There regular boba is still good. Its has a nice chewy texture that I like. I will definitely be comig back here when I am in the area.

A little pricey for what they are and too sweet for my liking. Nevertheless, its a really cute space with free Wi-Fi and outlets. They also have regular food, which I havent tried.

I heart boba is just alright to meh. I got a boba milk tea and it wasnt anything special. The boba was chewy with a hint of sweetness. The milk tea was good and had flavor the first 5 minutes but after that it tasted too watered down and the flavor was gone. Its also a little on the pricy side as well. I got a regular size and my total came out to be $4.26, with the quality of the drink and the size I think they are better boba spots in the area that are way more worth it. Besides that the decor is cute here.
