Just stopped by the store to check out some watch. We did not know we have to make appointment. Before we left a rude lady show up open the door and ask us with very rude tone of voice what do you want?, Just look? Of course we want to buy stuffs at your store. Duh....such a bad service. You just lost a customer.

Amanda was super helpful. We moved around the shop quite a bit and she kept the watches I liked for comparisons. Ended up putting down a deposit while we wait for the accessory to come in. I would highly recommend this place.
