I LOVE THIS STATER BROS. THE MANAGER, MR. MARCUS IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND, HELPFUL AND A HARD WORKER. OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT DESERVE RECOGNITION ARE OSCAR, JUAN AND NOAH. THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THEIR FRUITS. AND VEGGIES ARE ALWAYS. FRESH.

Ive been a stater brothers shopper for a very long time, at this location. Ever since Albertsons across the street closed. Stater brothers inherited all of Albertsons customers, me being one of them. Ive been pleasantly surprised by how they stepped up their game. The store is kept very clean all the time, shelves stocked, very competitive prices, meat counter is very nice and clean. Management and staff are very friendly and professional and helpful. I like shopping there.

They have friendly service. Parking lots never jammed. And they clean your shopping carts before you use it.

Nice store, but be cautious of items sold beyond expiration date. Two days ago bought bacon. Today open package, looked/smelled weird. Date on package was JUNE 10TH!!! Think wed learn our lesson, & ALWAYS CHECK DATES, as this has occurred more than handful of times, generally in deli, produce, dairy & meat sections. Part of reason we go over hill to LaHabra store when shopping for more than a few items.

Best butchery in the business! Stater Bros. Still gives the great American experience in Grocery Shopping. Box boys that box up your groceries, great looking outfits, super great service and good prices. Were very happy with this store.

When I walked in, the shelves were placed in different positions. I had a bit of a hard time finding what I wanted and needed. But, I was able to find everything. Prices are lower than I expected. A market wher I would visit every time. The employees are courteous, friendly and, always smiling.

I like Stater Brothers they have good meat. I like to buy my cat food but I wish that they would stock more variety Fancy Feast wet food for cats.... lately everytime I go they hardly have any good Fancy Feast wet food please stock your shelves😷😻

Very pleased overall. Shelves were stocked with a large variety of products & orderly. Courteous, attentive staff. Answer all my ques. Store always very clean & neat. Including the restroom. Good selection in Butcher shop clean area. Will continue to shop here. Thks to the CREW!

Always great. Marcus the manager is the reason. Need to increase square footage. Expand to each side as stores are closed. Cheaper than relocating. Then they can offer / add services other stores have.

There were no long lines, no madness, well stocked and very calming to shop there 😁 the Manager is awesome 👍and another extra shout out to the young lady who helped push one of my carts and assisted in helping me unload, my forever thanks 🤗. I had gone to purchase necessities, not hoarding, but dont plan on doing short trips to the market, bought what we need to last us for awhile, my sister and brother had done the same earlier so were good. None of us have to go back for awhile. No need to keep exposing ourselves, its harmful to us and them 👍

This is the last standing American/Spanish market goods in the unincorporated area of Rowland Heights. We lost Vons and Albertsons but i am glad we still have Stater Brothers which remains strong. During the start of the pandemic, all peoples came together in search of food despite of culture or background. Stater Brothers was there for the community. Thank you very much for providing food on the shelves for purchase. Please dont ever close or Rowland Heights will never be the same.

This store is a good store .

There is not enough cashiers most of the times. They are clean and aisles are organized. Other than that they have great customer service, helpful and polite.

The service is very poor. Since there is no other American grocers in the neighborhood, they probably see no need to improve. The employees dont greet or smile. Ive been going there for 17 years.

I always get fresh pork and beef. Their sale items are really cheap. Almost all items needed in the house are available in this store. To top it all, the staff are very knowledgeable of the items location being sold. The store is conveniently located and is open on much appropriate time of day.

Good supermarket compared to others, meat departments is good but this location is small in size doesnt have a deli attached to meat department

All ways they have good sales,fresh fruits and vegetables, and when they have on line more then 3 people they open another register.

Love this place. A totally needs a facelift, its a little behind the times compared to other locations but one thing for sure is that you cant help but get to know these people because for some reason everyone thatsworked here just is a real real people person

4 stars to the only american grocery in Rowland heights. if you need some frosted flakes, this is the only grocery youll find it in Rowland heights. the butcher is quite good, theyll cut your meat for you.

Everyone is always nice! if you have a question ask it and they will help. huge parking lot is a plus!
