I wish I can give zero star! When people mention on this review with unfriendly staff. It’s true. The tall asian guy raised his voice to me on the situation I wasn’t aware of. Although I did apologize nicely he wouldn’t stop repeating things over and over again. I dont know what this guy’s problem is but dont take out your anger on the other person when he had a bad day or whatever his problem was. Be professional.
I got the help i needed but i feel its more expensive to sent items here than other options youd have available. i also printed some papers and felt that i shouldve just done it at home but i was already there so it made sense at the time. it was pretty busy as UPS workers and regular people were coming in and out of the store while i was there.
I dreaded going to this place after reading these reviews here, but I had an amazon return I had to drop off somewhere and this is the closest. And I was pleasantly surprised. It was an early Monday afternoon, and I was the only customer then and there. While I was walking toward the counter, an employee in the back saw me and started walking toward the counter from inside. I handed over the box and he, an Asian male, weighed it and offered me a receipt, prompt, professional and courteous, so I asked a couple of more questions. Im done in less than 5 minutes. Pretty nice. Nothing to complain about.
The old Asian dude is deaf. Asked him 5 times if they make copies of keys and he kept saying yes yes yes. When I showed up I asked again and he said yes again. He then walked me to the paper copy machine and when I pulled out a key he said OHHHHH. Then started laughing. Super rude. He clearly couldn’t understand English very well.
Hello,Im usually not the type of person to leave behind reviews or send feedback, but I had such a terrible customer service experience that I felt a strong need to let management know. I visited the UPS Store at the 19745 E Colima Road Rowland Heights, CA 91748 location today (1/27/2021) at around 12:40 PM. There were two female employees and both lacked a professional demeanor. When I entered the store, there was only one customer. None of the employees even bothered to look up and acknowledge me. I kept waiting and was confused as to why I wasnt being acknowledged since there was only one customer. Finally, after 10 minutes of standing around, I asked who was going to be addressing me. Both employees completely ignored me and then one of them finally mumbled a few words incoherently. I continued to wait and finally was able to drop off my package. When I approached one of them, she didnt say a single word. I basically handled the entire situation on my own without her help. I even asked her if I could leave because I wasnt sure if she was done processing my package for shipment (which she apparently had by the time I asked). When I thanked her for her service, she didnt say a single word and basically glared at me. I honestly think both employees should be fired or retrained. They are utterly incompetent and definitely have attitude problems. If you check the reviews on Google for this location, you can actually see that rudeness is a recurring theme amongst your employees.Thank you.
The people in this ups store just dont want anyone to ship anything. The worst ups service ever!
This UPS store is so conveniently placed near where I live, so I will continue coming here for any Amazon returns or packages to be sent out. During this difficult time with COVID-19, I am grateful for the businesses that are open. What Im not too fond of, though, is the rudeness I experienced from one of the UPS employees.
Ups is the worst post office. They never delivered on time and cost more than other post office. They lost two packages of mine. Never use ups!!
The Store manager is super nice, but one of the employee is Rude and unprofessional.
Poor customer service. These people just say hi because they have to. I’ve called several times and no one ever answers.
I have been dropping packages off at this store for over a year now, and I have to say the staff are very nice. The other day I dropped off a package and realized I didnt secure one end very well (my bad) and the staff was more than happy to help secure it for me with more tape. This and many other small touches has made it a pleasure to use this branch (except for the parking which feels like a battleground sometimes).
I live near this ups but when I scheduled a pick up, they don’t come on time at all! And always missing my items!
That Asia staff was horrible. There is a ups drop box near my office,so I asked him to get some pouches( my stuffs are small, I don’t need pick up service. Last week, another nice guy gave me about 10 pieces ), I can drop this small stuffs by myself, it’s very convenient! But he refused, either I go to store or call pick up,interesting !
Extremely friendly service with a variety of options available for packing and buying cards. The manager was very accommodating in sending packages and informing us of other options aside from their own (USPS, FedEx, local services, etc.) Will definitely come again.
Stupid no space for packages on 1/2/21
Always in and out quick
Wow i can belive this i tried to send back my phone that was a warranty exchange so i gave it to them in the morning and i had to come back to add something in the box..when i opend the box it was a totaly different phone..they stole my phone from the box and replaced it with a totaly different phone...i can belive i cant trust UPS to send my phone...now idk what to do....
