08/15/21: I went today to get mulch at Home Depot. My original plan was to get the Texas hardwood brown mulch, but looked at the bags and saw 4-5 bags with mold inside. I passed on that mulch and ended up getting 16 bags of cedar mulch. Employees were that friendly when I was in the garden area or checking out. A guy named Roman, I believe, helped me load the 16 bags of mulch in my truck. Thanks so much!!!

Lucky day at the Home Depot, this location was the closest one to me with the equipment I needed and the staff was eager to assist in getting it loaded up and me on my way to the job that I needed to be at. A good day indeed! Jeff at the pro desk was quick to assist in getting it written up and Luis, was the consummate professional the whole time. Making sure we got the right model number and pricing and getting it loaded up, Simply Amazing. Good job

I was here to get some lumber for my 1st project after picking up the hobby of woodworking.In the last I have really disliked Home Depot, I found it overwhelming and me being really out of my element.This Home Depot had THE NICEST and MOST HELPFUL people, well in the lumber section at least.The bays were all stocked well, I found everything I needed easily and when I needed assistance the lumber guy was easily found.Thats been my issue in the past, becoming overwhelmed and not being able to find an employee easily, and when I did, I got, This isnt my section, Ill find them for you and then crickets.Since I have many more projects swirling around in my brain, I will be back and really look forward to visiting Home Depot again soon!!!

Had an interesting experience. I always say, we all can have a bad day. Today was that day for one employee, his customer service skills were on pause. We had to file a complaint. I give 4 stars..the manager (Tony) handled our complaint with understanding and compassion. Will continue to patronize...and have forgiveness for the employee who..possibly was just having a bad day

I just had the best service today (well any day i go I don’t have any problems). Today in particular i was looking for something to clean my a/c coils and a wonderful man who knows his way around the store helped me get what i was looking for. What I needed was already stored away and he and another great man brought it down for me. They went through all the trouble just to hand me a small brush which was not only stored in a bin on top of an isle but also it was the last one!Thank you so much I believe his name was jim but when i see him again ill make sure to get both of their names.

Everyone here at the Home Depot was very friendly. The store had a good layout. Got what I needed and then I went to buy Milwaukee stuff I didnt need like always. Friendly staff.

Have always found what I needed.Some times it hard to get some assistance but for the most part we have gotten help. So far always have what I need in stock. Never had a problem with any returns.

Jason in your paint department is amazing and super helpful. Helped my wife and I pick out the perfect paint and was super knowledgeable on the different choices. He went the extra mile of even finding us a paint color that wasn’t on the cards. He definitely deserves a raise.

The only home Depot I actually enjoy going to. The ladies at the paint desk are extremely helpful. I hope the managers take notice of it. Home Depot has a well known record of losing good people to the competition due to poor managers.

Curtis in tool rental is amazing, helpful, professional, and courteous. My upstairs bathroom leaked. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained how to get the carpet dry. Thank you Curtis.

I always love home Depot, but this was a very bad trip, the paint department cost me thousands of dollars and told me it was my mistake. My only mistake was trusting when I asked for exterior paint, that, that is what they gave me. Now I will need to get the trim on my house repainted. When I said something to the kid in the paint department he very arrogantly told me they never make mistakes. It might have been an easier pill to swallow if he could have shown some empathy.

This store is always neat and tidy. The folks here are very friendly. It is my preferred home improvement store (both by location and brand). Keep up the awesomeness guys!!! I really enjoy shopping here. FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tool rentals. Needs a update… tools are an bad shape. And 2nd time the tool I rent dnt work. And time is money… around 30 mnts waiting for the manager to show up, help out. They were trying to charge me the 4 hrs.

Jan 2020 update:Theyve totally modernized their checkout system. Their checkout lanes have digital pay and the associates are trained on it, love it!!!Also, I returned a cut blind I got from another HD and they took it without any questions. Great service here!=======This place has a water service which surprised me. The service was great and the people were very happy in serving. I needed to get in and out to get some fence posts and I was able to get them quickly. The prices were posted and I was able to compare the prices and got what I needed. Great service and great location.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Purchased a washer/dryer set with an advertisement for a $300 gift card for brooklinen, only to find out the models advertised are NOT on the approved list for said gift card. When approached, Home depot admitted to advertising this deal with appliances not on the approved list and offered a $50 gift card for the mistake. I declined and canceled my order. Huge disappointment!!

I met Mark, at the Tool Rental section. He was extremely helpful and was very patient with my questions regarding the 3 year Ryobi power tool warranty. He explained the process and assured me that he would do everything he could to assist me. It was my first time having a problem with a Ryobi power tool. Mark set realistic expectations and explained the steps in the process. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I appreciated that.

On 8/1/2021, the bald middle-aged employee named Mike is very rude here. While buying tools, he kept staring at my friend and me. He would walk by the aisle and glare at us. As we left the aisle, he stood there at the very end and kept glaring. This made us very uncomfortable. He did not bother to ask us how we are doing or if we need any help. He just stares as if he wants us to be gone or as if he he wants to say Youre in the wrong area buddy.On our 2nd trip back, we needed another tool. We accidentally dropped a Husky tool kit and then Mike walked by and just stared at us for a few minutes while we were picking up the dropped sockets and extensions. At least we picked up after ourselves, I dont get why Mike kept glaring and staring at us the whole time whole being rude. He later asked Why did you open the tool kit? In a very condescending manner.I believe Mike needs to be removed from the sales floor or receive better training due to how condescending he acts. I will never return to this Home Depot location just because of this single employee.

I had an issue with a item that I purchased from Home Depot and thank you to BRITTANY who went above and beyond two make it right. I have never had a problem with returning an item to Home Depot but when you call 30 minutes before closing time with an issue and the manager stays after hours to wait for you to return the item speaks volumes!! That’s what you call FANTASTIC customer service! Thank you again BRITTANY!!

I bought 2 pallets of fence pickets for a home repair. One was going to get delivered the other was a will call. This is a very large item and heavy. So i went in today to move the delivery. I ended up cancelling the delivery i told i would just pick them up both. They call me later and told me that the item that I bought was sold. All they could do is give a refund. Store manger was of no help. I made mention of why they were not checking inventories before the sales. This store is my too go store. I always shop there. Not any more. No body knows anything anymore.

Im here daily, so the I know most of the employees. It feels great when you look foward to seeing the people that help ensure I have the materials required to complete my customers projects.

No Apple Pay cmon guys it’s 2021!!!!! Also Lumber guys don’t want to cut lumber at all. Always making up excuses. That the saw doesn’t work. Feel like they don’t want to lose money. Home Depot is making millions of customers you guys should easily be available to fix that

My favorite store wherever I have lived been a constant customer since I bought my first house in1984 Mesquite Texas. . Prefer the customer service,garden presentation, and well stocked shelves from day one to now 2021.

Except its hard to find an associate to help,its a good store for all needs.

I had the most favorable experience ever @ this Home Depot! Service rep Marina went above and beyond in assisting me. She was so patient and genuinely interested in assistng me with my purchase which was quite invoved. I will definitely be back just because of her actions!

I found what I needed quickly, no time wasted. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I loved it! Ill be going again tomorrow.

We went to check on a couple things making decisions on the house. Realized on their home depot page we could get the exact item cheaper. So either they arent posting sale prices or dont care. And of course no one around to ask... so now items are coming in to us cheaper and no shipping cost.

Rental tool department is unprofessionalThey rent you a concret saw and the blade separately you pay for the saw and the blade but the problem you are paying for a blade not good. When i returned the saw and told them that the blade is not good, mr curtis (employee)Didnt care and charged me anyway.Be careful when you rent in that location it is the worst place. They even charge u insurance

Customer service is just not very good at Home Depot anymore. Not like it was when I was a employee at Home Depot. We answered the customers questions. And if we didnt know the answer? Then we would try to find out, not just tell them anything to get them off the phone.

Good clean store. Staff is very professional and polite. I had 3 people ask me in the 20 mins I was in the store if i needed help. Not to mention as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hi and can she help me find anything.

This store is the worst, the man I plumbing is condescending and not helpful and seems to have taken lessons from the manager Nick who is argumentative rude and refuses to help anyone even if it just to help load something into your cart. He acts like he is better than everyone else.

The help is OK, but you know the home depot, if you need it they have it, just be sure to take some money with you.

Be aware of HD contractors Same Day Waters!Ordered a water heater from HD and was routed to SDW. Paid $469 for the water heater and was charged over a $1,000.00 for installation!My final charge was $1,484.42! I spoke to credit about the excessive charge and was told HD should give me credit and to not give up on the excessive charge. But I received no help from HD, in fact I felt they were condoning SDW over charges!I’m sure I’m not the only one overcharged by this contractor! It has been reported to HD, but they refused to help the customer but condoned the overcharging of the contractor! Now I’m Leary of any contractors they are connected with!

Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time going to this home Depot go down the street to the one in Garland

I had an issue with a defected faucet, water leaking after installing I had purchased from this store, went back and talked to the store assistant manager (Rachelle) she did handle My concerns and diffused my anger so professionally, good for Home DepotTo have such a manager.

Helpful service, competitive prices. We usually find everything we are looking for. We are avid DIY-ers and this store is very covenient to our home. We can usually get what we need quickly and get back to our project. Tool rental is great. Weve rented scaffolding, and a floor grinder. They have a wide variety of tools and equipment for rent.

We visited twice today. Both visits were mostly okay, but on the second visit we returned 3 items for a refund. 2 were on receipt lookup; one must have been another payment used. Rather than make the CR do two transactions, we said it was fine to do all 3 together as a return without receipt. The catch was its on a Home Depot gift card. We needed a few items, so that was fine.When we checked out, they couldnt find the merchandise credit against the drivers license used. The cashier asked if wed just gotten it today. We confirmed and were told you cant use it same day. The refund was approximately $70, and we spent $89. Thats after spending over $100 earlier today already. It would have been ideal to use the merchandise credit against that, but instead we had to pay the $89 and save the credit for another day. Had we been told this, wed have had the CR do 2 transactions so we could at least get our money back on two of the items. Be aware of this when getting a merchandise credit if you plan to use it the same day. This was disappointing. We could have used more thorough information. Ive never received a merchandise credit in which I had to wait a day or two to use it. Usually at most retailers, its free to be used immediately.

I received a Kohler Black Sink for Christmas and when I opened the box there was a large crack across the entire backside of the single tub sink. I went to HomeD Depot and they exchanged it right out, no questions ask, no hassle. Thank you Home Depot for making what was a nightmare slightly better.
