I called to get a quote for an installation of a hitch I purchased. The man asked me what brand it was and I let him know it was etrailer. He then said he wasnt interested in installing it on my car because he had never heard of that brand. As a business owner I would never tell anyone Im not interested in your business simply because I wasnt familiar with a brand. Very bad experience and never stepped foot at this shop.
