Absolutely go somewhere else, if your a nurse like me and got Covid from a patient And out of work, and have kids to feed, they do not care! Horrible business trust me go somewhere else. Jeff is amazing! He is extremely patient and helpful. We originally rented a non climate control unit and then decided to change two months later to a climate control. He made the transfer seamless and was wonderful over the phone. Moving all of our things to storage is stressful enough, but Jeff has been so pleasant, it has helped!

Horrible Habitual Experience! The worst part is receiving A Letter Informing About the 100% price increase,, and expecting To be Paid the full 100% increase the following month !!I understand being part of the community for almost a year there is going to be price increases, the first price increase in the beginning of the year was for 11$ that was ok but this recent price increase is for exactly 100% increase and not to mention the ridiculous fact that i got charged more than there own standard web rate i Hope noone goes thru this but i will never deal with extra space storage I feel as if i am on the other side of the barrel with such short notice this should be a crime for what they are doing !

We had a storage room there for 5 years and never had any issues. If we need storage again we would definitely go back to Extra Space.

I have used this facility the times now and have always had a great experience. This time we rented a space for our RV and used the online method to reserve our space. Sheila was very helpful and responded very quickly to my emails. I contacted her Friday morning and by Friday night we were parked! Super easy and Im very pleased with the cost of storage.

I was nervous when booking this facility at first due to me looking for who I had 10 years prior. The remodel of the facility thought I might have not booked at the correct place. I walked in and boom instantly knew I was at the correct facility it was the exact same people I had with the great customer service I was needing during this stressful time. I got this space when I was moving out of my house. I ended up needing a larger space and the staff made it extremely easy to move. It was even to a space right next door. I’ve had the space about 11 months and it has always been secure and clean. I have never been worried about my things. This site is a great location for storing our travel trailer. When another spot came open that we were interested in, the office made it very easy to do. Sheila showed us all of the available slots and we were able to take care of everything quickly. She was very accommodating and seemed genuinely happy and eager to help us through the simple process of transferring to the new slot.
