This is a deceptive business. Because I was enlisted in the military, I always addressed the person I talk to as sir and showed respect. A local small business recommended this place, because his friend owns this business.An absolute waste of my time and money. I am a Google Local Guide and I cannot lie according to my terms and conditions contract with Google. I spent $320 and my stereo is not working, and they do not want to continue to work on my stereo system while blaming the problem on myself.The stereo shop did not have the head unit in stock, so they said to order one online.Im having intermittent sound and speaker problems. Sometimes the speakers go out and the volume turned down to about 50% and then comes back up. I was told that it is is probably a loose wire.Today, I took my car to the stereo shop and they replaced one part that took about half an hour. They never took my car on a test drive to see if the problem went away. The business told me that if I had any problems please give them a call. I continued to have the same problem and gave them a call back.The employee said that the problem isnt from them and they replaced everything, which is the wiring harness. I was told that they did not replace the wiring harness (only one component was replaced of the wiring harness) and if I had a problem they would keep on trying to figure out how to fix it.Jason, blame the problem on my new head unit, the FM radio receiver, on my JBL factory amplifier. When I asked if he checked them he told me he did not.Jason also claimed that I collided into a vehicle in the parking lot, and claimed that he tried to call me. He didnt even contact the police. I believe that he is trying to find any reason not to help me.I understand that this was a small job but I should not be treated like this, and my wife should not be treated like this. My wife is absolutely devastated about what has happen because this was part of her anniversary gift.I have filed a complaint with the states consumer protection bureau because I believe this is a deceptive business who guaranteed me a lifetime warranty on the installation, and lied to me about inspecting and replacing the wiring harness produced by themselves. Buyer beware.

The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They installed a new Alpine radio and speakers in my 1990 Nissan 4x4 pickup that still had the factory speakers in it and were able to connect it to my original wiring harness. All completed in less than an hour. Tech even help go over the set up of the system and pair my phone to it.

Disappointed. Love the stereo and microphone I got, but the instalation was not good. They actually broke the panel or cover to the control cluster. They tried to tell me they never took it off or even touched it and it was that way, which was categorically false. I then find screws and some connectors, from the dash, laying on the floorboard of my truck when I get home. They told me they would order parts, call me in a few days to get it back in and take care of it. Since then,, I have not heard one word from them. (Now about 2 weeks ago) Very disappointed. To be fair, they were friendly enough about it and seemed to have good intentions, but in the end they lied and did not follow up.

If you want top of the line audio equipment this is the only place to go and the staff are all ways very helpful

Best customer service Ive ever experienced, hands down. Theyre all very knowledgeable, and they dont pressure you into buying anything. Ive got a new stereo, sub, and two pairs of speakers replaced with them and every time has been consistently great.

They have put the remote start on 2 of my vehicles, and a backup camera on one. They sell great products, good prices, friendly employees, flawless installation, and done in a timely manner. I will take my vehicles back there for car audio, remote start and backup camera needs.

Took my sons car in for work on the stereo. Wiring was wrong and had blown speakers. They were great to talk to and explain things to us. My son is only 16, so I was impressed with them making recommendations that were affordable to him, but also were good quality solutions. I thought they were reasonable on pricing, and they got his system sounding great. I would use them again, and would highly recommend.

Went to get my windows tinted and oh boy...! Wow..! There is more bubbles on my rear window then at a kids party. There is streaks on my driver side window as if someone finished putting on the product and right away rolled the windows down. When I got told specifically to NOT ROLL THE WINDOWS DOWN. They took almost three hours to do a very poor job honestly. I will NEVER GO back to this place. Will NOT recommend. Should of just had my 18 year old brother do the job with no experience and gotten the same results at a cheaper price.

Great work until the final touches. 1st visit installed a Fosgate Punch 300 watt amp & 10 sub. Install was very professional looking. They cleaned up all wires and it sounded great.At home, I noticed the pass. rear seat didnt go back on rails all the way. The lateral travel pull handle just barely hit the amp under the seat, looked like an easy fix.The back underside of the seat had carpet hanging down, it made contact with the amp too & impeded motion of seat moving forward for 3rd row seats. The glove box worked flawlessly before install, but after they took it off to route power through firewall, it stuck in the upward position.None of this was a huge deal. How it was addressed, unacceptable. When I left, the explanation for the lack of clearance for my amp, We have it cinched down as far as it will go. Thats all we can do basically. I said in alright, but in my head Im thinking, it wasnt too bad before, but not done right is my point.Question for the owner:Lets get this straight...your business did a poor job selecting for the amp location and I should just deal with poor workmanship? No one even apologized for not getting it right the 1st time (or 2nd time, read on) either! I came hi-fi for solid 4+ star reviews, and mine wouldve been that too, however after 2nd visit to fix things.....Tested glove box, it worked initially, but now it wont open again without tugging on it again.The rear seat traveled all the way back which was good, but attempting to move forward the seats back carpet that wraps under the seat made contact with the amp & the amps wiring.Today on the drive home the amp shut off, the carpet dislodged the B+ wire as a light wiggle would turn the amp back on.The right rear seat is now even worse than it was! I suspect the installer left the carpet hanging down to prevent it from interfering hitting the amp as much.Also the right rear seat doesnt move forward after the motor turns on like the installer left the seat motor mechanism disconnected.Bottom line, I cant recommend & wont let them touch my car again.

I recently bought a sub, box, and amp. Everyone upstairs was super helpful with finding me exactly what I wanted. The installers were really quick and it was very clean. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a good experience all around with people who know what they’re doing.

They always do an incredible job without charging through the nose! Its always less than I expect it to be and they do the work very fast!

I came in for new speakers and they misunderstood and did something i didnt ask for, paid over $700 just for my system to sound worse, now i have an issue with my rpms noise while listening to music, also mess up my tint and door handle, now ill have to go to a different shop to fix the problem... been here before and they did great job never experienced something like this so wont go there again for speakers again...

Excellent business. Lots of options to choose from and a nice setup demo setup. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I did my own install so am unable to rate that, however if the installers are as good as the salesman then I have no doubt everything will go smoothly.

I always get (3) quotes on major purchase. Before purchasing a new sound system for my Suburban at the Hi-Fi Shop I did visit two other shops in the area. While they did give me the LOWEST cost by far for the type of system I was looking for; to be honest I would have went back there even if they were not. Cost is important for sure, but service and being quoted what you ask for are important also. I dealt with Nick for most of my stuff, but I have had interaction with several other people at the store and have been treated equally well by all. The installation of my system was top rate. I suggest you go here first and then just to ease your mind and make sure there is no doubt visit another shop/warehouse or two, this is the place.

I had a 11:00 appointment for window tint, Tanner got my car in and the technician finished inside of a half hour. Tint looks great. Nice comfortable waiting area, friendly staff.Place is clean, has restrooms and beverage machines.Call in advance and make an appointment.They take cash, debit and credit cards.

They did a same-day Saturday custom install . Its so clean and clear at high and low volumes. Sounds better than any of my other rides. Walked in and the employees all sat on there phones for 20 minutes before I was even greeted. And followed that superb performance by telling me they filled my appointment slot with someone else so I would have to reschedule for next week. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

When I receive exceptional customer service, I always try to send a good review and customers that way. I was very impressed with them in all aspects. They are doing everything right and I will be a returning customer!I initially went to Best Buy to purchase a new deck for my car. They wanted $150 for the deck (on sale) plus $200 for installation fees (because of the make and model of my car?), Before taxes, they quoted me $355. Um, how about no?Luckily, I was referred to The Hi-Fi Shop and I am so thankful I was. I told the salesman (didnt get his name) my experience at Best Buy and showed him the print out of the itemized list of what services they told me I needed. I was able to get the same system there out the door for over $100 less than at Best Buy. They wanted to charge me $65.00 for an amp that was completely unnecessary.I had my 2 year old with me and they were able to get my system put in in less than 40 minutes and gave me the remote to put cartoons on for her, which I was very thankful.

Squeezed me in and installed my radio in no time, only problem I had is the shift boot on my mustang can only go on one way, so it kept. Popping the entire cover off when I would shift into forth. Once I got home I fixed it easy enough. Just food for thought, some people might not be as happy.

Complete system for my 2015 F150. I told them what I wanted they recommended a different sub and didnt try to sell me items they knew I didnt want. The staff was very knowledgeable and their sub selection was spot on price was reasonable. Installed same day and it was quick, clean and sounds excellent. Went here to purchase a remote start for the upcoming winter. The guys I talked to about the systems were very professional, knowledgable, and helpful with answering all my questions.The only reason for 4 stars is after the installation of the remote start and security system there is a blue smudge on the steering column as if something was hit on it pretty hard....Ive tried to get it off. The remote start kit doesnt come with an owners manual either they said...? Looked Pythons site up and it said it comes with one and a warranty card. Neither of those were ever given to me.

My wife and I bought a used minivan about a year ago. We had these guys put in a dvd player and it works great. The kids love it and so do my wife and I. They are very nice to work with and pretty fast as well. They showed us how everything works and made it a great experience.

I sent my wife here to get our rear speakers taken care of I was a little nervous because she would have my two younger children with her... that and she did not know anything about car audio. They were able to diagnose the problem and offer us an affordable fix, they explained everything very well and had our speakers replaced in a short amount of time. They were great with my wife explaining everything to her even calling me to make sure I was aware of the issue and what they were going to do to fix it. My wife said she really liked how she did not feel pressured at all. My kids loved it they put on cartoons for them and they were happy to wait.

My son and I went to a competitor on Washington Blvd and the salesman barely gave us the time of day. Went to Tyler and he was patient and took the time to explain to us options when we were not sure what we we even wanted. He gave me info, let me do my research and my son and I both purchased items. He sold us what was appropriate for our needs and didnt try to oversell us.My only complaint was my final bill came in $60.00 (15%) higher than what I was quoted. My sons was right where they quoted I still give them 5 stars because I asked them to keep my sub hidden and they even installed the control so it is hidden. Even though they hadnt installed my type of sub in a 2015 4-Runner (and admitted it prior to selling it to me), it was done perfectly and within the time they gave me.They exceeded my expectations.
