This is my 4th time in 3 days to the roy auto parts store! All to replace my windshield wipers! I had to go inside and tell them Give me the clip or Ill return them! Lesson learned GO TO AUTO ZONE

There is a orileys and autozone right next to this auto parts place. There staff always has good suggestions when the 2 other stores just say good luck and I am not sure what to do. They also get your parts 2 days earlier then both autozone and orileys. Dont waste your time at the other 2 stores just go here

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They matched prices where they could. And even found a shop to help press out a stubborn u joint. They have earned my business.

We were having issues with our boat trailer lights and Mr. Octavio helped my husband figure out what we needed then helped him cut and rewire the trailer light adapter. We weren’t sure if that was the only issue but it was and they worked right after! We appreciate his willingness to help especially in the heat!! Thank you!!

REALLY, I ordered parts FOR MY SUV, AT 1130AM, WAS TOLD TO PICKUP AT 2PM. THE COUNTER MAN COULDNT KEEP HIS PHONE OUT OF HIS EAR!SO I GOT AND PAID FOR SOMETHING THAT I DIDNT NEED. HOWS THAT FOR SERVICE?

This rating is not 100% store fault maybe 70. Corporate 30 store. The way this companys handles lifetime​ warranty returns is a joke. June 2016 bought a radiator, 11 months later the radiator has a hole. I called the store talked to some guy he told me since I didnt have the receipt they would not warranty it. Went him talked to Chris he was able to help me reprint my receipt. So I bought a new radiator to swap out and bring back to get my money back. If it wasnt for Chris you would have gotten 1 star. You should be able to find my warranty by the number. I mean who keep receipts that long.

Checked out prices of headlights from all parts stores and found Advanced Auto had the best price of $44.99. So I went into the store and purchased the Headlights. The cost was 57.82. When I asked why it was so high i was very rudely told you get 20% off if you order online. What a false advertising scheme they have going. OVERCHARGING for going into one of their stores. They DONT have to worry I will NEVER walk thru their doors again

Service was garbage. I sat in line sunday Feb 4 2018 for 1 and 1/2 hours for a simple task. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. I went to pep boys they had me in and out in under 5 MINUTES!! I would suggest going there or buy parts online. This store and employees are a joke! I will never again return to this store..

Easy to buy from, reliable parts. You have to use their coupons and codes or else youll get over charged.

They dont ever seem to have the parts I need. But when they do have a part, it costs less than the other guys.
