The sales team is very good and willing to help solve phone issues and very good to work with to solve the problem

The guy that either owns or works here is rude as hell! He was rude to the female employee that was assisting me. For some reason he just took over and was rude and short with me. No customer service at all. I totally recommend that you do not go to this location.

This is my go to store when I need help. Angel is an awesome employee. She’s excellent with customer service and always willing to go the extra mile to help somebody. Awesome prices, awesome service.

This is such a friendly store very open and welcoming. Amazing deals and promotions. Amazing phones and plans. On the t mobile network!!! Their workers are very knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this place. Kimberly is the most amazing person to work with. Shes very smart and knowledgeable about her things. She will explains everything how it is and can answer all youre questions on point. Make an appointment with her! Shes also very beautiful !

I went into this location to ask questions about switching from T-Mobile to Metro. I was skeptical at first in regards to prepaid services. I spoke with Breann (not sure of last name) and she answered every question I had and made me feel at ease.I came in the next day to set up service with her and get a new phone for my daughter. I will definitely be back to get a new phone with them.

Fast and efficient with professionalism

I only gave them 1 star so I could post my comment. The ladies that work here will lie your face and steal money right out of your hand. With a smile on their face! The one who helped us was asked more than twice if the cell phone cases were free, she said yes they are free each time. Once my wife realized they in fact charged us for the cases, it was too late. Getting my money back from these swindlers was nothing short of a joke. I highly recommend you pass this store rather than enter it!YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

This metro pcs has employees who are extremely dishonest. We were told yesterday we had to wait one day to do an upgrade at a promotional price, we come in the next day and the exact same employee claimed he could not offer the price named the day before. The manager is extremely rude. We have been long time customers and will never be coming back to metro pcs.

Turned off the wrong phone then want me to pay for the correct one to be turned on. Their mistake their cost not mine. Right?

I got a phone that is brand new was just released the day that I got it the LG Stylo 3 not very happy with the phone went in to do an exchange for different phone it was a little smaller in size and Retail workers started acting very Shifty and Shady when is far as to try to say that they couldnt return it because I was outside of the hour of talk time which was wrong it was only 36 minutes and they want me to come back tomorrow it seems as if it might be one of those type of stores that likes to flow play and try to wear you out from returning a phone.
