They all about money, they really dont care about clients. They will try and get money out of you without giving you any informations about your car while knowing whats the problem. You have to pay then they will tell you what the problem is.They will not even ask for your information to keep you updated of the situation. If you dont have that money, you not important to them. Beware!!

I cannot say enough great things ... if you are in need of an auto repair shop - pick Top Tech! It is the only place I’ve taken my car the last few years and they are simply the best. This place is the real deal - they are not trying to swindle you out of cash (charge a reasonable price for repairs that need to be done) and they are professional and knowledgeable and quick. SO happy to have found Top Tech!

The best! My car had engine light on as it turns out it needed software update. The service at Top Tech was fast and efficient. They told me why the engine light is on after diagnosis and didn’t charge me anything. Not to mention my car was disinfected and a pair of gloves and disinfectant wipe left in it for me to clean again if I needed to. They are also on top of the game for contact less service. Very considerate in the time of Covid. Would def return again.

I was sent a coupon for a free oil change and multi-point inspection. Spoke to employee Mike and manager Mark to get something scheduled in the afternoon. Top Tech would not honor the coupon and was not interested in building a relationship unless it worked on their terms. Will be going somewhere with more integrity.

I have been having my car serviced for 20 years by this company. Mark and his crew are wonderful, kind, do very good work at reasonable prices, and diagnose fairly. Theres been more than one occasion when while traveling I have stopped and asked about an issue on the road, and received a diagnosis of major expense. Then I returned to Royal Oak and asked the tyop Tech folks, and its never the problem that was described. I feel completely safe having work done with them

My wife has used this business in the past and we felt very happy with the service. I used them recently for a quote on some car repairs and they were more than patient with me even though I didnt move forward with getting the work done. I will be returning for any future needs.

Quick service & honest! I went in thinking I needed new brake pads and they informed me I still had 70% life on them . They fixed the issue at a reasonable price. I will definitely be taking my car back in the future. Glad I finally found an auto shop that I can trust!

Fantastic Service!Mark Matthews, Master Mechanic helped me change a tire in the parking lot of a Royal Oak convenience store. I had a sidewall blowout and was able to park safely, and had one of the (ridiculously overtightened) lugs loose when he came upon me and offered to give me a hand. We traded off getting the lugs loose and he helped me get back on the road in less than 10 minutes.Lets be clear: I dont know Mark. Im not a regular customer of his. Im a total stranger that he ran into on the street and he was kind enough to help. Keep that in mind the next time you need a good mechanic. Highly recommended!

These guys know what they are doing, I chanced my vehicle elsewhere and wound up taking my truck to Top Tech to get the job done right. Do NOT use Auto Tech to repair your car! After hitting a pothole, cracking some front end parts, I brought my car in, had a part replaced, paid them, them, drove away and immediately realized repair was not completed. Got another insurance rental, husband ordered part under warranty that still needed to be replaced, and had car on their lot for 6 days. Then, I get a call from manager to “get your car off my lot...it’s in my lawn” !Dealing with work, insurance, and trying to juggle this repair, and waiting anxiously for the part has been stressful. Customers need professional service and behavior. NOT what this place provides.

Sought repairs and told they were busy but others that came after me were taken ahead of me. Mark refused to even write me up! Felt very unwelcome and perhaps I wasnt his type of customer. I sought service elsewhere. Wouldnt recommend this place to minority individuals.

Top Tech was recommended to us, but when we tried to call to make an appointment, we could never get anyone to answer the phone. We kept getting an answering machine or voicemail, and nobody ever called us back even though we left our number.
