Helpful staff, excellent customer service love the meats

Knowledgeable employees, fantastic cleaning practices, the lady who helped us was extremely helpful and very kind. The jerky is out of this world, but the prices are high for what you get. The meat itself is of decent quality, but again overpriced. With such great employees it almost makes the price worth it. Almost, but not quite.

I placed a order around the 29th of march. I ordered a lasagna and tired it last night. It was the WORST lasagna i ever tired. There was almost no a sauce and it had a lot of water in it.I would not order or recommend it.

I love omaha steaks but I go out of my way to drive to the Novi location. There are two white women that work the counter that are extremely rude and demeaning.

Good variety of items. Sales person wasnt too friendly. Myself and a friend only people in store but asically ignored me for about 10 seconds while working on blackboard. Didnt look up and I was standing almost beside in front of her to ask a question. Barely said hello. I love the stuffed sole fillet.

The sales representative was the best, she was very helpful in helping me pick out steaks.

Sales person was VERY pushy. I dont know how many times I said no thank you before she stopped trying to push the most expensive package at me. Very frustrating. I will not go back. Ever!
