The BMW I got was an excellent deal and they got me more money for my trade than I expected. I rarely buy cars from used car dealers, but they do it right! I wouldnt hesitate to go back and do it again. 5 stars for sure.

The people were nice, but thats about the only good that came from this transaction. Purchased my wifes vehicle here right before the pandemic. She hasnt even driven it much because of the pandemic and it is now no longer drivable. Check engine light bulb was pulled from the dash so it would not illuminate.Catalytic converters were burned out from silicon being put in them instead of a missing tube that goes in its place. I just thank God something worse didnt happen while she was driving it. This is the vehicle she drives my kids in! Please learn from my expensive lesson. Do not go here without taking it to be looked over by an experienced licensee mechanic. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. I know this is a business and youre in it to make money. But trust is not something that can be purchased. I work hard and do right by others, I guess its too much to ask from someone to do the same.

Jesse at Victory Motor (RO) was very helpful, patience, and understanding. My car had died on me unexpectedly and I was referred to him. During the finance process there was a problem with a prior finance company (due to me co-signing) that took time to clear up. During this time Jesse always kept in touch offering options (me getting a co-signer, which fell through, person changed mind). Yeah I could had probably gotten a smaller vehicle with no problems but I wanted and needed a SUV. After two weeks of phone calls to prior finance company and the law firm the account had been referred to, I was able to pay them off, pay what little I had left on my current vehicle and get my SUV with a low interest rate. Others would had wrote me off and or tried to force me in something smaller than what I was driving. Jesse at Victory Motors (RO) heard me and worked with me to get me want I wanted and I am forever grateful. Thank you for ALL that you did.

Purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger from Jesse and natile December 10th my motor went out March 8th! I towed my car to a Golling Dodge Chrysler on gratiot In Roseville MI they inspected my car and told me after market clamps on my radiator broke off and caused oil to leak out and blew my motor, the clamps were not purchased from Chrysler In the first place. Jesse told me it was my fault and took no responsibility I do not recommend this place . I went through a lot of stress and money paying to get my motor fixed on a car I just purchased

My best friend is going through it right now because she purchased a vehicle here and they played her. It was before the pandemic hit. They had someone remove the check engine light bulb and her catalytic converters has a piece missing so it isnt something you notice right away. She only drove it for a short amount of time before noticing something was off. Her mechanic had to pull the car apart to see what it was and found out and its a $3,000 repair. They wont even answer her emails or complaints requesting compensation for a repair that wasnt her fault!!!! No integrity. Ill tell everyone I know I swear.

Didnt like it felt rush to buy

I really wanted to give the is place all 5 stars. I purchased a Vehicle from them 8 months ago.UPDATE:Not even a year after having the vehicle its not driveable. Its not on me as when I purchased the car the mileage was a little over 129,000 miles and has only 131000 on it. I havent really driven it due to the pandemic. I was having multiple issues that were affecting drivability, so I took it in to my mechanic to have a more extensive diagnostic. NOT only were the catalytic converters shot, but whoever had this vehicle put silicon in them and burned them out. The check engine light bulb had been pulled so I can only assume someone knew what they were doing. Please, if you plan on purchasing from this lot, drive it to a mechanic and let them lift the car up. I have over $4,000.00 in repairs and I havent even been able to drive the car. Just imagine if I wouldve gone out of town I wouldve been in an awful position let alone safety issues. Smh. People have no conscience. Please learn from the expensive yet real lesson my husband and I have had to learn from.

Back on June 10, 2016 I was driving south on N Main St and drove into Victory Motors just to speak to them about a cargo van that I was interested in and had plans for. As Jesse and I spoke and I explained what was going on with my vehicle at the time which was a 2005 Ford Taurus, Jesse suggested some vehicles to look at on the lot. I was not planning on getting a car, nor did I believe I would be able to even get approved for one. Jesse took the chance on me and to my surprise I was approved for a 2012 Ford Focus. To this day I stop by and visit my now friends and would recommend anyone to come in and give them a chance. You wont be disappointed!
