Absolutely horrible experience. Wife and I went in to transfer our service from another carrier. Was unexpectedly signed up for an extra sim card (including its monthly charge that we were told was free), insurance (that we were told was required but is not), and trade in promotion was not applied to our new account (so we were expected to pay full price on the new devices). Our new phones came in the mail and we created the login/account and were surprised by all the extra charges when we went to review the details and bill.Avoid this store at all cost. Directly lie to your face with only their bottom line in mind.T-Mobile cooperate customer service was very helpful and quick at filing the fraud case and correcting our account to meet our expectations.
Waited over 2 hours for all the apps to upgrade for new cell.TheT-Mobile personell seen indifferent to your time. Couldnt tell me when everything would be completed. Wanted me to take the cell as it was upgrading and not completed.Given that my occupation has me on call 24/7, its critical that my cell is functioning properly before leaving.My contact list is truncated to the point where it is useless. I will be spending alit of time retrieving/rebuilding my previous data...

Prior to yesterdays visit, this location had been one of my favorite Sprint stores. My visit & interaction with the quasi-manager was the worst experience that I have ever encountered. The manager attempted to sell a used adapter at full price without my knowledge. Before he completed the transaction he stated that I would not be able to return the item. When I said, dont worry I can always call corporate and they will return it. The manager abruptly pull my cord out of the adapter & threw the cord at me. Then he threatened to call the police. Is this the type of representation T-Mobile wants? I have been a loyal customer since 2002.

This is by far the best store I have been to. Steve was great!! I highly recommended him. I was going to be late to work... but he was able to get me out of the door with a brand new phone, case and screen shield and transferee all of my stuff in just under 20 mins he’s very smart and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. That’s the only store I always go to their always very helpful and Polite. Highly recommended. Thank you
This is a terrible store. Everything they told me was 100% false. They really did not know what they were talking about. As a prior Sprint store, they were 100% wrong on a change I wanted to make to my Sprint plan. They have access to the Sprint records because they used to be a Sprint store...I called Sprint/T-Mobiles 800 number and got the change I wanted....for free....when this store wanted to charge exorbitantly for it.
These guys and girls are amazing! I went in right before they closed and they didn’t even stutter telling me about all the perks of the merge and upgraded my phone and hooked me right up with my iPads. We are leaving on a trip tomorrow and they literally saved me! If you go anywhere for service or questions, please come here! Thank you again guys! You made our trip!

My wife and I had a great experience with upgrading our phones to newer, snazzier models. Stevan was extremely helpful and patient in explaining all the techy stuff to us. He switched over all our photos and contact numbers to the new units. (Some other stores tell you to upload to the Cloud and other stuff that many of us dont understand.) Five stars and three cheers for Stevan--hes personable, professional, and very respectful of your time.

Went into store to help my daughter change over from Sprint to T-Mobile account. Clerk was great. Very patient and helpful.
My mom went in to get a new phone. The sales associate said if she got a new phone number she could save money. So she did. They never told her she needed to call and cancel her old line. So she continued to get billed. I called the store they told me oh you need to call and cancel yourself. Denied the whole thing. Then, I called Sprint to cancel. It did not go through. By now I’m out $120. Called again, cancellation went through the next billing cycle and the generous folks at sprint gave me $10 back. I will be cancelling my service. I would not recommend this store or sprint.

Its a great value and a nice store with easy parking off Woodward. However the salespeople from there will call you all the time to upgrade your phone or add lines. Sprint is kinda sleazy like that.
Stevan and his employees were very helpful in the process of upgrading me and my boyfriend’s phones into the iPhone 11s. The girls were nice and friendly and assured to answer all of our questions. All took less than 40 minutes. I’m gonna be coming back here from here on out for all my electronic needs!

This location is awesome! I was in and out with a brand new phone within an hour and was treated with the best customer service! Jonathan and Nick were very helpful and made my overall experience a great one.
Their promotional deals are only good for 6 months then your bill goes up an extra $30-$50 a line per month. I would never recommend Sprint to anyone. My husband and I paid close to $500 just to get out of our contract with this company if that tells you how unhappy we were. When we went to the store to disconnect our service the representative forgot to disconnect one of the lines and we were forced to pay for another month of sevice. Think twice before using this company, I wish we had.

I recently got a new phone and visited this store twice in the process. My phone was purchased directly from Samsung and before doing so I went in to speak with someone about my remaining balance and general advice. The worker was helpful and I was in and out quickly. I returned a week later with my new phone in order to activate it and brought with it a new sprint SIM. When presented with the phone and SIM, the worker told me that he would be unable to activate it because the device was not purchased through Sprint and only a corporate store could do this. I questioned whether this was true to the employee but eventually gave up and left. While at the corporate store, the employee informed me that such a restriction does not exist. I feel like if I was looking to activate a new line, I would have been helped

I have the same complaints about Sprint as everyone else but seriously people, if you want to pay Sprint pricing and get Verizon service, you are stupid. The service does what I need it to do and speeds in the Metro Detroit area are on par with the other companies out here. See Joe K at this location, he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I havent had the best phone store experience in the past so when I shattered my iPhone screen last night I was not happy to have to spend my Monday morning getting a new one. I was so pleasantly surprised with the customer service there, they were so helpful and in a quick manner. The guys were awesome!

BUYERS BEWARE! This Sprint store in Royal Oak sells COUNTERFEIT products! When presented with the evidence that was indisputable from the manufacturer they refused to return my money. Clearly there is something shady going on behind the counter. My confidence in this store and Sprint has been demolished. Please protect yourself and take your business elsewhere.
What a great store. I purchased a new Samsung 9 directly from Sprint. I had so many issues kept calling sprint. After being completely frustrated I went to this Sprint store and was immediately helped by Don. He was extremely polite and fixed all the issues on my phone without even charging me. From now on I think I will go into this store for everything. Don was so helpful he suggested that I buy a screen cover that will cover the front and the sides from any breakage. We all know what its like to drop a phone. I am just happy my phone is working. Thank you

This store is ridiculous. I ordered an XS Max and for an entire week of “it will hopefully be here tomorrow”, i called customer care and i find out they ordered the wrong and canceled it without letting me know. This was the manager who made the mistake, but made put the mistake on other co workers. This is the worst store. -10/10.

Their screen protection offerings are far far superior to Verizon. I have both Sprint and Verizon and I favor Verizon for connectivity, but not their screen protectors.

SCAM ARTISTS. They do not disclose they are a franchise store and cant do anything other than sell plans. They tell you to go to the corporate store in Madison Heights. The corporate store cant do anything and tells you to call the 800#. Theyre tired of your lies too and openly admit it!!! These guys lied out their teeth about prices, contract terms, fees, and then cant do anything about it. Sprint Corporate should shut these crooks down. With this business model its easy to understand the rapid deterioration of the Sprint brand. They allow their franchises to defraud their customers then spit in our faces because Sprint didnt do it, an independently-owned franchise did. I smell a class-action suit brewing...
Would give 0 stars if possible the repair tech is definitely uneducated in the field and is super expensive she tried telling me there is no such thing as an oem screen! Do not go here if u want a good quality screen and an experienced tech doing the repair ! I repeat do not go here!!
Scam artists. Do not believe a word they say about your plan or services. They will promise you something to get you to buy a phone/plan, but not deliver. Ray lied about crediting a $240 cancellation fee. Sprint corporate will not honor anything promised by their stores. Awful experience. Still the same old sprint.

My Iphone stopped charging so I went in on Friday evening to get it looked at. The staff made the process getting a replacement phone very easy, and I got a new phone shipped to my house by Saturday day. I was having trouble with my old phone reseting and drove back up to the Sprint store. After some troubleshooting they had the new phone with all my contacts and apps from the broken phone. Honestly out of any phone store, this location is probably the best and overall very nice people.
Nice lady helped me, but I was there to cancel my account with Sprint because I feel they are a rip off.

Andra was so courteous, helpful and knowledgeable that she, as well as other staff members, made my visit — and I say this with a decade plus of being tossed around the cellular ringer! — a truly wonderful experience.My phone screen shattered and I was on-call for work, she got me back up and running immediately so I could take my calls and get back to work right away. She was able to order everything I needed and offered me a great deal on a new iPad and a bunch of assessories, which I immediately took advantage of. All of my needed supplies were in the store before I was going out of town just 3 days later. Came back in after our trip and she sync’d everything up that was needed and handled all our questions with ease. We will never use another store after this experience. Thank you for everything!

Dont go to this place, if you plan active or swap your phone. They dont have any idea about activation process. The girl works there tried to avoid helping customers to giving false information. She tried to active new phone only using new sprint SIM card without putting phone serial number (IMEI). She thought old SIM card not working. She told me to go home and rest my phone. After resting my phone still didnt connected to network. I went to my account, and I saw still showing my old phone serial number. So, I ended up calling customer service to swap my phone.

I want to write a Review before I forgot and not be one of those people who said they would and not follow through. My experience at this location was amazing. Was treated my johnathan who was super cool nice guy. I came in feeling like I had impossible expectations and he succeeded my expectations. I am a barber at Berkeley chop shop and needed a way to book appointments but was sick of using my phone. He helped me find an phone just to make calls and an iPad to carry out the rest of my work super patient with my questions and helped me understand what I was paying for and why it was a good plan. I honestly went in thinking I was going to switch cmpamies and left staying because I was brought to a batter plan then I could have thought even going with someone else.I also would like to say the other lady that was there helped an elderly lady come in and brought her water and let her phone charge while she sat. And whenever the phone rang she would bring it to her so she didn’t have RL get up. Not to mention she was super beautiful.All in all honestly my least stressful phone store experience
They lied about the cost of my monthly bill (I was told the total amount would be $150 after everything including taxes, plan fees, phone fees, etc). It ended up over $188. Additionally they tried to sign me up as an employee of a company I do not and have never worked for. It didnt work and was unethical. Very disappointed in Erica and the rest of the team.

I went in there 5 minutes before they closed and they would not help me. They had all of the machines off. Warmed their cars up and had coats on. It looked like they had been ready to leave for at least 15 minutes. They Would not do anything because they said their systems were shut down already. Closing early, rude and uselss. Go to another store and avoid the greasy caldean or guido doughbags that work there. Worst. Customer Service. Ever.
These positive reviews have got to be the employees/managers or something because this store sucks. Even before Sprint carried Iphones, the entire staff stands around all day on their Iphones.....or they are in some discussion with each other regarding their Iphones acting as if you are the biggest nuisance just coming into the store.They will tell you that your phone has water damage anytime they get a chance. It has got to be in their training....If you even OPEN the phone up, tell the cust it has water damage every time!Kinda snotty whenever I call for help....ALWAYS sending me to a corporate store because we dont handle that hereIF YOU LIVE IN BERKLEY DO NOT GET A PHONE / SERVICE HERE! The signal in Berkley somehow is so weak that you cannot make normal calls from your home without serious hassle....They make me pay extra every month for an airwave signal enhancer that doesnt work either.This place / their service is just the worst.

The lady that helped me was just rude. As my phone decided it wanted to stop working and i went there to see if i was eligible for an upgrade when i told her why, before she check the account she went on spiel about me paying a damaged fee since it broke while i was leasing it(something i did NOT want to do in the first place but it was apparently new policy) When i told her we had insurance and she finally check she just went on to go to another store(since apparently they dont have a repair service in there store) With no apology or anything. The service at this location has gone downhill for sometime and this was the last straw. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this store altogether.
