It was such an easy experience and my fitter was clearly very knowledgeable. Never again can I go back to shopping at a mall for bras, because I didnt realize how comfortable bras could actually be.
Decided to build a new bra wardrobe since no one really teaches you how to take care of our breasts, but Keely was an amazing help. She taught me how to not only find bras that are comfortable and supportive, but also how to properly put on a bra--that I did not even know. I had a very knowledgeable and friendly first experience, and I walked out feeling more confident and much more comfortable! My experience was worth the price, and I will definitely be coming back for more!

Why did I wait so long???? Obviously, I underestimated the expertise and the experience. Fittings are done by appointment which means you get the undivided attention of a very knowledgeable fitter. After spending most of the pandemic in my home and going bra-less, I dreaded wearing an uncomfortable bra. Keeley, my fitter-extraordinaire, understood and fit me with a bra that exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I felt pretty emotional, knowing I will no longer dread the discomfort of wearing a bra. Quite seriously, I will no longer shop anywhere else for a bra. Why would I?
I really enjoy shopping at Bra-vo. The customer service is phenomenal. The ladies working really know how to fit you into the best bra for your body. The first time I went I was a little nervous because they join you in the fitting room to measure and assist you but it really was no big deal. They are very discreet and I was able to feel comfortable with my modesty. I have both made appointments and walked-in and felt I received great service every time I have visited. Give them a try!
I absolutely adore this store and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s my personal opinion that everyone should get a professional bra fitting, and no, VS does not count. Your real size could amaze you and even change your life! Today I took the day off of work and drove all the way from Flint, through the crazy traffic, because it’s WORTH IT! The ladies here are so professional and will work with you to fit you according to your comfort level. They’re not in the business to gawk at you, they just want to help get you in your perfect bra so you can be comfortable and happy. Their selection is unbeatable for people in my size range, and since my cup size resides in the center of the alphabet this is really saying something. I will be a loyal customer for as long as this store stands and I hope you do yourself a favor and stop in to see the lovely ladies working there. You will NOT be disappointed.

Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and professional. The bras that I purchased are the problem. I purchased 3 bras and returned 1 because they are the most uncomfortable bras that I have ever owned and they were 3 times the cost (I couldnt return the others bc I had worn them once). I have never been that lady, that at the end of the day, immediately cant wait to get her bra off, but unfortunately now, I am. I am very disappointed because I splurged and spent more money that I normally would have on bras.****Edit to respond to the Owner....I purchased the bras in June...pretty sure the break in period is over. But thank you for the suggestion.
Just had my first virtual fitting. I visit when I am home to see family, but I live in VA, so I am very grateful to get a fitting online. It was almost like being there in person. I was on a very short visit from Ohio, and stopped in - hoping for, but not expecting a fitting, having not made an appointment. I was not only graciously squeezed in for a fitting, but was paired up with the kind, bubbly Julie, who measured, fit and educated me quickly and efficiently, all with a smile (even behind the mask). Dont be fooled by her youthful appearance, she knows her stuff and will set you right. Bra-vos professionalism and knowledge is invaluable. If you havent been, you need to go.
Ok, Ladies I have been meaning to go to Bravo Intimates - Bra Fit Experts for over a year now but they were closed due to Covid.So today is a Self Care day and Ive decided to get measured PROPERLY for a Bra.Yall my experience here was AMAZING OMG 😍🥰 Honey Listen, my WATERMELONS 🍉🍉 were sitting uuuuuuuup 🥰🥰🤣My Bra-Fit Expert was very knowledgeable, took her time and was very patient with me. Her name is Madelynn 😘If you havent done so in awhile or never done it, schedule a bra fitting. It makes SUCH a big difference.And NO you will not find a Bra in there for $15. Tried to find -1 star for my rating. If you want to spend a lot of money on bras that are so tight they cause pain and leave an indentation that lasts for a few days, then this is the place to go. I assumed I would be properly measured and fitted, so purchased 2 bras at my appointment. I wore one of them home (an underwire). When I was driving away, after about 10 minutes, it already began feeling so uncomfortable that I turned around and went back. I was told it was supposed to fit snugly, was given an extender, and although hesitant I went on my way. When I took it off that evening, I had an indentation all the way around, and my skin around there was red and sore. It was so tight, I even had back pain. I decided to try the other one the next day (not an underwire). Well, same thing. They were both on the last hooks, so could not be let out for any relief. I returned to the store today (6 days after purchase). Once again, I was told they are supposed to be tight, they loosen up over time, and the sale was final because the tags were removed. I was not refunded anything, AND the offer was not even made to re-do the measurement just in case it was not accurate. Clearly the associates are not going to own up to a possible error in measurement. So they have $140 from me and I have nothing usable in return. If I had been informed up front to expect the bras to be ridiculously tight, I could have made an informed decision to purchase or not. There is a big difference between snug and cutting off your circulation. If the offer had been made to re-measure me today, that would have at least shown a desire to have a satisfied customer. No worries; I am no longer a customer.
Oh my goodness this place is the best! How have I gone this long in my life in the wrong bra! If you hate wearing bras you have to go here. You NEED a proper measurement by a professional. You will or rather your girls will love wearing a bra after you visit this store. Definitely will be going back!
I was encouraged by an associate years ago to get a formal bra fitting and am I ever glad I went to Bra-go to have it done. How fun it was to walk in a 38B and walk out 36C! And know it was my real size. I was back in recently and was reminded of what a great shop it is. The store is beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE MY REVIEW AGAIN.Shopping at bra-vo intimates has been the most expensive and Horrible Experience Ive literally ever had purchasing a bra 😡While in the dressing room They TRIED REALLY HARD TO GET ME TO PURCHASE A BIGGER CUP SIZE. I tried on several bras and there were only 2 bras in the entire inventory that I liked, unfortunately the one I liked the most they didnt have in a smaller cup, and unfortunately I allowed her to convince me that the cup on the bra I did purchase wasnt too big, besides she said We prefer that type of fit and bcuz they are supposed experts Unfortunately I bought it..Overall Im EXTREMELY Unhappy with my purchase bcuz the cup fits too loose. I really expected better since they size you..My experience was Terrible. I*Add on*Just smelled the Fabric wash I purchased as well. I CANNOT BELIEVE it Honest to GOD smells RANCID.. I AM SOO DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH OF MY PURCHASES.. I have NEVER bought a 70.00 bra and it looses its shape the same day I purchase it, as if it was Used and Resold.THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST 😡😡

I was told they had a great selection of sizes and they do! The first time in, I had a fitting which was discreet, respectful, quiet and informative. What was recommended they had plenty of in stock. I like the quiet, professional and classy atmosphere that is not at all stuffy. Everyone is so nice! Please give yourself the best gift and get properly fitted for a bra(or 2). To have a bra that was the proper size makes you look so much neater and helps your posture. The ladies there are amazing and even though it is a very intimate situation, you feel like youre with an old friend and youre just comfortable. I was referred to Bra-vo Intimates by a friend. It was the best visit I had. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Rebecca was my sales clerk. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. My fitting was accurate and comfortable. It was worth the 40 minute drive from my house to the store!!! I highly recommend this store!!!
I went in on a whim because my best friend has been recommending them since we were teenagers and my previous bra was toast. I hadnt realized walking in that they offered appointments but the fitting was well worth the slight wait. I didnt catch the name of the lady who assisted me, but I felt that my concerns and anxieties with body dysmorphia were heard and that she absolutely understood where I was coming from. It was such a relief! Having never had a bra actually fitted before, I cant believe it took me so long to come to them. The prices were a lot better than what I was fearing they would be and that was also a major relief as someone financially impacted by the pandemic. I feel a lot more confident and Im incredibly happy with the service they provided. Ill definitely be coming back again, hopefully soon!

I have been wanting to go to Bra-vo ever since i saw the difference in 2 of my friends after they were fitted for Bras several months back. They looked great in their clothes, and thinner yet!I finally made it to Bra-vos with 5 friends Wednesday July 7th.An employee name Julie knew just the right Bras to try on me and I bought all 3. I could not believe how much better I felt and looked in my T-Shirt.Thanks for taking the time, Julie to fit me properly, instructing me on washing, storing and other helpful advice to preserve the newness of my Bras.
I made an appointment to be measured at Bravo and was really excited to come. I entered and I see a dog. Im highly allergic to dogs and I have asthma. If I have an allergic reaction then I have an asthma attack also. I asked was the dog hypoallergenic and she said all she knows is he has hair and not fur. My question was simple so I can know how to proceed. The ending results is I had to leave due to my life being on the line. I hope in the future this company could add information to their website so customers can proceed with caution.

Very disappointed by my recent experience with this store. I am a new breast cancer survivor, and am having difficulty finding bras that fit since my surgery, a double mastectomy with reconstruction at 33 years old. I specifically went to a specialty bra store because I thought they would be sensitive to my situation, and would be supportive and understanding of how difficult shopping for new bras would be for me. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I felt rushed, and unsupported throughout the appointment, and I felt certain comments the fitters made insensitive and rude. When I verbalized I felt they were being insensitive, the owner became frustrated with me, and said I am frustrated with you, because I feel like you are fighting me. They did have a good selection of merchandise, and Im sure had my situation been different, the appointment would have gone fine. However, I do not recommend this store to anyone with special circumstances, such as being a recent cancer survivor, because this stores sensitivity is lacking. In the end, I decided to return 3/4 bras that I purchased.

I learned alot about choosing the correct fit and how to clean and care for my bras. I loved my experience so much that I got my sister a gift certificate for Christmas. I just left from a fitting they insisted on charging me for when they didnt even have my size to buy. Also all they did was the under band measurement I could have done that at home and saved myself the trip and the $10!!!

Staff very friendly. Tried on two bras fitted perfectly in the shop, a sports bra and a regular wire bra. The next day I wore the sports bra, it was tight and scared my back where the hooks are, the second day I wore the other one it was just tight. Ive never had that experience before with this shop. So I suffered with paying over $110 for 2 bras that I cant wear. Very dissatisfied.

I had a virtual fitting. I wasn’t sure how it would work, but it was great! I was never exposed and felt completely comfortable the entire time. The fitter taught me things about how my bra should fit that I never knew! I have recently lost 35 pounds so it took a couple of appointments with different deliveries to get the perfect fit. I had been to other stores, but they never fit me properly. I live in New York and stumbled on the website. They have created a customer for life! Bravo to bravo intimates!!
I have found my new bra place. Bravo they size, find the right fit, educate you on how to properly put on your bra. I was very please with the service. It was clean, they had disinfectant handy, as well as face mask, customer service and you can get your bras sent to your home or you can pick them up if you have to order them, it was excellent. Bra-vo Intimates offers an excellent virtual fitting experience. I was a little nervous about the idea, but actually, it was more private than an in-person fitting, without having to drive more than 2 hours to Royal Oak! So heres how it went: I had an initial appointment in which I used my sewing tape measure to take measurements under the watchful eye of the consultant. Not surprisingly, I needed some correction -- I wasnt pulling the tape tightly. She was able to guide me to get the correct measurements, and after asking me questions about my preferences, she recommended four options, which we further narrowed to two. She rang up the sale, packaged them up, and they arrived in the mail in just two business days, wrapped carefully in tissue paper in a roomy box so they were in perfect shape. As soon as I received them, I went to the Bra-vo Intimates website and made a second appointment to check the fit. I tried on each item, stepping off camera or turning off the camera while I changed or made adjustments, then stepping back in view or turning the camera on so the consultant could see the fit. I thought the first item fit perfectly, but the consultant could see the band lifting just a bit in the back, so she had me adjust the straps to be a little longer. The second item wasnt as good of a fit, with a little gaping around the top. The consultant immediately said, Nope! Thats not going to work. So Im keeping the one thats incredibly comfortable, theyre sending me a shipping label to return the one that didnt fit, and theyll exchange it for a second bra like the first one. Why did I put this off and wear ill-fitting items for so long? I hope they keep the virtual fitting option for the future, because for me, it was even better than the in-person experience; without the long drive, I wont wait so long to return for my next fitting!

I recently had a bilateral breast reduction and needed not only new bras but bras without underwire. Setting up the virtual fitting was quick and easy! I actually felt the whole experience was just as private as being in person (hard to beat the comfort of your own home) and my new bras arrived very quickly-and fit perfectly!!! I want to thank Bra~vo for making this possible during COVID. Ive told several friends and family members to try it!

So I just had a virtual fitting after having a breast reduction. I was pretty skeptical about how that would go, but I was dying for a bra that is not a sports bra. The fitting went really well, these ladies know their stuff! I picked 5 bras to see which ones would actually work. All of them fit yall! I couldnt believe it. And they fit the way that they told me they would. Amazing. I cant keep them all right now, so I am just going to drop by and return a few of them for a full refund. Amazing! This is how you do business in a pandemic! If you dont want to go into the store, I would totally recommend the virtual fitting
I walked in for a fitting and to purchase bras after a lack luster experience at a previous store. After reading the mixed reviews I figured I would give it a shot. When I arrived I was the only one in the store, still the attention to detail and customer service was awesome. I purchased 2 bras and even wore one them out of the store. I like how they build a profile so I do not have to keep track of the other bras that I liked and sizes. The lady answered all my questions, provided the education that I needed and made the experience fun. When I walked in I was ready to spend money and get a proper fitting. I accomplished both and I am looking forward to my future purchases.
I only purchase my bras from Bravo Intimates. They offer professional bra-fitting services and they do an excellent job. The bras are beautiful and sexy and very good quality. For me there was a large selection to choose from because the size of the selection has a lot to do with bra size. Finally, the customer service is amazingly great.

A couple of friends and I went in last Friday for the first time for a scheduled fitting. I was so impressed that I am referring all of my friends there. After breastfeeding three babies, gaining and losing weight, my girls were never the same! Had such a hard time finding a bra that was comfortable and fit me correctly. Finally spent the time for a professional fitting and a little more money on 2 new bras. It was well worth the time and money! I never felt rushed and I felt they took their time getting to know me and my personal needs.

I was in about a month ago. To be honest I was a little apprehensive seeing as I actually had a fitting there about a year or so ago and was not thrilled with The customer service; However on my second trip; I had the opportunity to work with Maddelyn! She absolutely was wonderful, helpful, friendly and actually listened. I received a text from her today to see how my bras worked out!!! 😍 I was already sold on working with her; I just hope when I make it back in she’s available
Buyer beware! I was measured for and brought a bra at this store. I feel that the bra was dry rotten. I wore the bra and it did not fit. I called the store (this was two days after I purchased the bra, well within the 16-30 day return policy) to return the bra, was directed to bring it back to the store, which I did. However, I was told the bra could not be returned because the owner was not in. Next, I called, and the owner was again not in. I left a message for the owner to call me and never received a call. I called again and was told to come in to the store, where I was remeasured for the right fit, only to be told that only the owner could order the new size bra, and but again the owner was not in, and never called me to order the bra. A week passed and I called the store again. The time I was told to come in because they had a bra that would fit me. I went to the store and to my surprise was told that I would have to purchase the new bra, instead of being able to exchange it for the bra that was not the right fit (the one the store improperly measured). I sent an email in protest and have never heard back from the store. I still have a $65 bra I cannot wear, because the staffs inaccuracies.
Ive only shopped here a few times. I probably will not return because I do not like being deceived. If you go here and they tell you to buy the $100 online certificate, do know you will be unable to return or exchange your purchase. I was not told that while being asked if I wanted to buy the certificate for $70 (pay $70 for the certificate which is worth $100 off your purchase). It was after I paid for my bras that I learned I would be unable to return/exchange either of them. This info came only after I questioned the stamp that was placed on my receipt. Buyer beware! Surely the sales people will not tell you about this upfront. I should have given them a 1 star for their deceitfulness! The bras are pricey. Still not sure if the bras are worth what I spent.Reading the reviews I can understand why some are frustrated with their shopping experience.

Awesome store! After being properly fitted for a bra here, I will never buy bras from Victorias Secret again. The staff was very nice and the owner is extremely knowledgeable. She measured me and brought in a few styles for me to try on. With one glance at me after my shirt was removed she advised I wait before trying on what she brought. She returned with my perfect fit! There was no pressure to buy a lot & I received a lot of useful information about bra care and wear. If want the biggest size available shop elsewhere but if. I looking for a perfect fit this is the place to shop.
Great store-all of the merchandise looks nice. Staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Made you feel completely at ease, which isnt an easy feat when youre topless. Best part: the bras were so comfortable! Found two that I loved. I didnt want to put my old one back on but I have sensitive skin so I needed to wash it first. Will definitely be back!
I love this store. I have a hard to find size so this is my brick and mortar bra store. They teach you how bras are designed to work. So you know what a proper fitting one feels like. I can be picky on my fit so when I notice something that I don’t like they will have something to fix it. No matter how nit picky I can be. I truly feel they want you to leave happy and will do whatever they can to make that happen.
I really enjoyed the single bra I was able to find in my size at this shop, however I truly could only find one that I liked (not because of being overly picky) at the time I went they literally only had 4 bras in my 42DD. It’s fine, I understand that stock does run low sometimes...but I made a 45+ minute drive there so it’s not exactly like I can just run up there again to find what I want any day of the week. I can understand the waits as well, it was about a 20 minute wait for myself and the ladies around me probably 40+ because they truly do take their time with you (the ladies are very kind and fun). I enjoyed the shop but next time I will be making a call about stock before I come to avoid disappointment again.
Went by the store today...number one..... a far better location than their previous site. Jo waited on me; I told her my concerns with the bra I was currently wearing. She made an immediate suggestion and it felt wonderful. I cannot give it a full review yet as I have not worn it at length. But the encounter with Jo was wonderful. Probably one of the easier sales she has ever had and in the shortest amount of time. Thanks, Jo!
Came in here to purchase undergarments for my wedding and had the most amazing experience. They have everything for all types of sizes and shapes. Donna was so helpful and made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back!!
This is the one and only intimates store I don’t dread going into. I stopped in Friday afternoon and as always, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. I found just what I needed/came in for, plus they helped me find a swimsuit for summer! Thank you for making my bra shopping experience actually an enjoyable one
I love Bra-vo Intimates! I have been there on several occasions and left happy every time. Staff is extremely welcoming, make you feel comfortable and are experts in bra fitting. Its amazing how different you look (in a good way) wearing the correct size bra. Their swimsuit selection is also phenomenal! I highly recommend visiting the store!

This place is actually amazing! I was sized and had some of the most beautiful bras bought in for me to try on. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. This was a very nice experience. Will return for future purchases.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. I called to make an appointment but was told you no longer need one! I arrived at the store and was helped within seconds. They accommodate a wide range of sizes (including plus sizes) and are experts in bra fit and styles. The store is very cute and impeccably clean. I purchased three items and am looking forward to my next visit for more. A true gem in Metro Detroit.
My fitting specialist was very kind and hardworking and I enjoyed my experience with her. She tried to be as helpful as she could. My 3 stars are totally credited to her. The owner negatively impacted the rest of my experience. After spending most of my fitting listening to someone on the phone argue about their health insurance changing, I chose a few bras to purchase. I was interested in ordering a nude/beige bra, but since all of the bras fit differently I wanted to try it on before leaving the store. I read and was aware that special orders were considered final. If the owner chose to deny my request to try on a standard color and not terribly unusual size before leaving the store, that was certainly her discretion. Going to find the bra I thought didnt fit me well to prove you were right about the top of it and I was wrong was entirely inappropriate and unnecessary. Turns out it was the owner on the phone arguing about health insurance. My entire experience could have been much improved if she would have taken a private call, in private, on her own time and if the sales rep had never called on her to ask a question. My personal experience with her was exactly as she represents herself in her responses to people who leave less than perfect reviews. As a side note, the offer a $10 discount if you leave a review right then and there. I dont think most people will say something negative while the person watches them type it. Its a creative way to get more reviews, but probably not totally honest ones. In short, Ill probably go back because there are not many other options and I have enjoyed the fitting specialists on both of my visits. I just hope not to encounter the owner on my next visit.
Walked in on a Saturday morning with a group of 7 girlfriends and they accommodated us all for fittings quickly and cheerfully. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgable about sizing. My size had recently changed due to having a baby and breastfeeding, and the owner made me feel totally comfortable during the whole process. The bras I got are comfortable and beautiful. I cant recommend this place enough.
Hello ladies!! I have been wearing the wrong type and size bras for YEARS!!! It was a Eureka moment when I was fitted properly!!!! I get up in the morning and I can’t wait to pick which gorgeous well fitting bra I will wear. Not to mention panties that match!!! The store policy is posted at the front desk, in the fitting room and on the receipt. You can’t miss it! Thank You to the fabulous Bra-Vo team for helping me feel good about myself!!!
Very nice place to shop for lingerie. The staff is very nice and pleasant. The only thing I dont like is they usually only have one in your size. If you want more, they have to order it.
Pretty good experience with fitting. I am a very small size, so they did not have much in my size (we ended up having to order the bra I wanted in my size). However, received good customer service from staff. Would recommend checking it out!
Quick service this time. I love this store and is the only place I shop for bras. I think I own all they carry in my size so now I go spring fall for the fashion bras in my size. Rebecca recognized me as soon as I walked in. Always friendly and the girl who fitted me this time was wonderful as well.
Bravo is the right name for this store. Not only because they have my size bra, but because the people who do the fittings make you feel comfortable and confident. The lady that helped me was kind and very knowledgeable about my personal size, and she brought me some tasteful bras that I loved immediately. It took me 15 minutes to get what I needed, and I was on my way home. I love the fact that I didnt have to take an hour and a half looking for a bra that fits me. She was lovely, and brought them right to me. This is the only place I will ever purchase my bras.
I JUST got fitted by Amy today. My mother paid for my bra. It was THE BEST experience ever. They were nice, professional, and Amy was patient with me, listening to what I needed, and found me the perfect bra. I will definitely be recommending this place.~Christina Anderson~
