Store was nice & clean & very well stocked. We went there during the dream cruise & they were only allowing a certain amount of people in at a time, which made us feel safe. The owner & his sons were awesome. They were friendly & very helpful. Would definitely recommend this store & will be going back whenever Im in the neighborhood

The best liquor store in metro Detroit! If it can be gotten, Johnny will get it for you! He is super knowledgeable and a great guy. He has suggestions for every occasion - I just give him a dollar amount and he tells me what is the best value in that price range.

Great selection of whiskey, bourbon and scotch. They have some unique choices. The rest of the liquors leave a bit to be desired. They also have a good selection of beer. As you check out there is a small selection of cigars as well. Most of the workers are knowledgeable about what they sell and make good recommendations.

This is by far one of my favorite liquor stores in the area. Johnny the owner is a great guy. If he doesnt have something in stock hell try to get it for you and if youre a regular hell remember you. Some places, you can go there everyday for years and they act like youre a complete stanger. You wont get that here.

You can walk in and tell john, the owner, what you are looking for and what your budget is and he will give you a great recommendation. I’ve been going in there for 2 years and he’s never steered me wrong. Great guy, great prices.

Love this store! Being on the East Side now, I will play my lottery here instead of most other places. They know about RESPECT! I was going to the BP Gas Station at 8 Mile and Kelly, but not anymore! Their condescending, disrespectful attitudes lost me as a customer permanently! Gas, lottery or anything else!

Found everything I needed to find. plus a great cashier was very helpful when I asked where I could get a Detroit Tigers hat he gave me detections on paper to 2 deferent places. I would go back there again also nice to get a bottle of Hennessy for 34 dollars instead of 80 dollars. Also if the Woodward Ave dream Cruise is going on its right on the main strip. Enjoy Detroit dont be afraid of it.

The owner is awesome. If Im not sure of what I want, he usually has a good suggestion for me. The prices are state minimum. I dont have any complaints.

Has a lot of good beer. Gets in limited stuff but its typically a dollar or so more vs Holiday Mkt. Holiday sells out, GS typically still has stuff left

Overall this is the best liquor store I have ever been to. They have an enormous selection of local, domestic, and imported liquors and beers. The owner claims he has the largest selection in Oakland county and his inventory backs him up. He has stuff I have never even heard of and some of my hard to get favorites. The clerks are very friendly and have a large knowledge of their inventory. They know what they are selling inside and out. In addition they have my favorite drink imported all the way from Europe, Dansk Vikings Blood. Along with this they also have some local and imported meads (which are hard to find!).

He carries a good number of different liquors even had mezcal and cardamon bitters
