This place is completely useless. I have had good experiences with them in the past, however my most recent experience has been awful. I took my sons wheelchair prescription to them on Saturday 10/2 and was told someone would contact me on Monday 10/4 regarding delivery. However, no one called me and when I called I was told they would call me right back while they checked something. A hour later, I called back to be told they needed a chart note stating why he needed a wheelchair. I got a hold of the ER doctor the morning of Tuesday 10/5 and he added exactly what they told me they needed. But, they apparently couldnt see it so the doctor faxed it over. This STILL wasnt right, so now I have to figure out WHAT exactly they need and HOW to get it to them. I dont understand why they cant get fill the prescription.EDIT: After contacting childs PCP, and making several more go between calls, I FINALLY recieved the wheelchair at 8:00pm.

The company used to be called Beaumont Home Medical Equipment. Later sold to Medical Service Company. Thats when disaster started.The staff at local store are nice and working decently.Im talking about this company generally. The most evil company Ive ever dealt with.- Auto shipment without verifying if your insurance would cover or not. Or even a notification that some items are not covered due to too frequent ordering.- Billing got messed up. Took multiple hours long phone call with the billing dept to fix. The whole process took months.- DO NOT ever save your credit card info in their online payment system. They will automatically charge your card even for the wrong bill.- Sending you incorrect item. You correct it this time, next time they send you wrong item again.- Returned items are not entered into their system though they took the items back. Resulted in duplicate charging, and of course some will not be covered by insurance anymore.- The local staff helped me place an order, but the order was never fulfilled. There seems a communication blockage between the local staff and their HQ.- Talked with my doctor. She finally changed the company for me, mentioning that a lot of other patients had the same complaints.

Dealing with the service department for my cpap machine has been extremely frustrating. I needed a warranty exchange and they said they would send it. Two weeks later they say theres a financial hold and it wasnt sent. I clear the hold and get an email confirmation. Another two weeks passes and they still havent sent the machine and say theres still a financial hold. I leave a message explaining this was resolved and finally they sent the machine. It arrived with the box not sealed, and the cpap bag unzipped! I dont know what piece of junk they haphazardly threw in the box honestly. Now Im trying to get someone to set it up remotely and after calling back to follow up, they still didnt have an order in the system. Theyre all polite but no one there knows what theyre doing honestly!
