James my sales consultant was very personable, kind, helpful and professional. He truly understood what I was looking for and surpassed my expectations. He stayed and kept me posted throughout the entire process of trading in my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport and beginning a new lease with a 2021 Nissan Altima SR Model. Andres from insurance was patient, easy going and efficient. Though it was late at night by the time I got to his desk he did not make me feel rushed. The process was smooth. Finance rep was very meticulous and kind. He made sure all documentation that was needed to be signed off on was ready and organized. Xavier and Mondo are not welcoming or friendly to talk to. No one welcomed or greeted me when I walked in. When they did talk to me, they did not have a friendly tone. Xavier stated that my car will be washed before I picked it up. It was definitely not washed. When I took my other Nissan cars to other dealers for maintenance, my cars were detailed from the inside and outside. This staff need to be trained on people skills. Customer service staff should be friendly and inviting at all times. So disappointed.

I have been a Nissan customer for years. I scheduled an appointment for maintenance with Service Advisor Pete and was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. I always wait for my car since they have a marvelous waiting area. Pete came to me after about an hour and a half stating I needed front brakes and it would be 2 hours. Since I had been waiting Pete offered me a loaner vehicle which I gladly accepted. At Royal Palm Beach Nissan I have always received excellent service and I highly recommend them for your new car needs and maintenance.

I have been doing business with Southern 441 Nissan for about eight years now. Even though I have recently moved hours away from this dealership, I still came back (one last time!) to buy a car. Also, it is the primary reason I will have the vehicle services done at a closer dealership to me now.The dealership is fantastic and the entire staff is second to none. In particular, Julio Gonzales, as my salesman, always goes above and beyond to fill my needs with whichever car I choose. The business office is very thorough and always makes sure I understand everything about my purchase before anything is signed and always explains the details while I am signing documents.

Took my Titan Diesel to a different nissan dealer. This dealer fixed the problem. Replaced pigtail and injector. $1500.(Pigtail cost $70, injector $730)Southern 441 nissan dealer offered two options. Replace harness ($4000) or repair pigtail. charged me $980 to repair pigtail. 300 miles later problem was still there.Service manager didn’t return calls or emails. Speaking with mechanic not possible.Very frustrating and dishonest on dealer’s part. Will not do business or buy Nissan products again.Shame on you.

Poor customer service, raised price of an oil change without explanation. Did not even do complimentary things like air in tires/running it through the car wash. Used to take coupons (even when expired) or at least offer a teacher discount. No response from service manager when I attempted to email/call.

After trying 3 other dealerships who were too busy or knew nothing, I called Southern 441 and they told me I didn’t even need an appointment; just come in. So I pulled up to the dealership telling them my upfront price that I was looking for($16,000) they told me they only had 3 cars available and the salesman kept on telling me the entire time he doesnt like wasting time but that is exactly what he did. I narrowed it down to one car which he said was 17,000 which I was okay with until it was time to sign papers. He and the manger upped the price to 23,000 which I politely declined. I went home to only see that same exact car on their website for ($16,277). So if you guys go there make sure you have the VIN number ready. I could have went back but there is no way they are getting my money after trying to rip me off.

I was greeted by Jean-Milou at the front door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed and informed me on the different vehicles I was interested in. I decided what I wanted on the lot and Jean-Milou introduced me to the Owner Mike. Mike made it very easy. I highly recommend Southern 441 Nissan.

My wife and I went in 12/27/20 to buy 2020 Nissan Altima. Kevin Campbell was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He/they were able to come down to the price that was reasonable for our budget.

Currently waiting a hour or so for an additional key fob and there’s still “a process” that hasn’t been done yet. Never had to wait more than 15-30mins for a replacement before at other dealerships. Also my car wasn’t checked in for at least 15minutes after I relinquish it to them. If you like to wait around for quick tasks then look no further this is your Nissan dealer!Edit:they never got me a replacement key, told me to come back another day, and that took an hour and a half. Good job! Efficient!

As a “Hard to Impress- customer” I should admit I was quite impressed with the service department!I booked my service appointment for Saturday morning and the check-in process was quick. The courtesy shuttle showed up in few minutes and my entire experience was very efficient and pleasant without wasting too much time! My overall time for the entire service was not even 10 minutes! My Family and I have been going to this dealership for our cars for years. Ive just decided I wanted to trade in my 2017 buick with very low mileage and they only offered me 11k and thats with their so called help. I went to another dealership and they offered me 3k more than what Nissan offered. They had me fill out an online credit application to discuss possible financing options which they said they had all of my information then and there to then tell me I have to come in to talk about it. Even with their help, it still seemed to be extremely difficult to even talk about options. A salesman had me drive half an hour because he couldnt discuss possible options over the phone. as soon I got there he had me test drive the car I was interested in, just to tell me I have no chance of getting the car any time soon unless I put 3k or more of down payment ontop of my trade in. Ive never wasted more time trying to get a car than I did that day. Ive gotten two cars from this dealership and it was never this difficult. They also dont honor their 3 day love it or exchange it policy or their refer a friend/family. The two best salesman that were the most helpful were David and Hector. Its unfortunate theyre not there anymore. Definitely use KBB for trade in offers/ideas because these people will lowball you.

When I picked up my car for a recall I was told it was inspected & up to date. As I was driving and needed my windshield washer fluid I had none! I had to stop and buy some. Was also told myCar was washed which I know now it wasn’t as the same spider web was still in the side mirror. Also I had to call to see if it was ready. I was not called. I hope I have a better experience next time.

The only dealership Ive ever heard refusing to tell you the price of a vehicle the GM has emailed me still cant get the price. Its a joke. They want to run your credit so they can charge you more and act like their helping you out.

I dont really like car shopping, but the online team of Nikia and Jake were great at helping the process go smoothly and comfortably! This is the third time Ive purchased a car from Southern 441 Nissan in the past ten years and each time has been easier and nicer than I expected.

Everything was excellent until the actual delivery. It was scheduled for 11:30 am which gave me plenty of time to be shown how to actually work the features on the car. However,  delivery did not show up until 12:40 and, as I had a 1pm appointment,  was not shown how to do things. I am still trying to figure out how to turn on the radio, adjust the air conditioning,  use the maps, etc.

Jean Milou Francois was the greatest at helping my son purchase his first car straight out of college.Very wonderful experience!I will be back to work with him as well.

Southern 441 Nissan literally put 4 inquiries on my credit to quote me a ridiculous price and then would not give my keys back to me when I attempted to go out to my car because they were trying so hard to convince me to buy a way overpriced car. UnnfortunatelyIt took me over two hours to get out of there because I wasted 30 minutes trying to guess a price of the car because the finance mgr thought that was the way to go. First dealership I went to because I heard good things.. not so much

I have been a customer of that location since before the change of management. Great location, friendly staff and Great customer service but I doubt that I’ll be going back because of a few issues arising from tech workmanship. The vehicle has developed issues after a service was suggested and then performed.

My services guy sucked, his demeanor was a bit rude. I waited longer than expected, when I asked for an update is was short with his response or didn’t care to check the status. If I can give him zero stars I would.

I always bring my car here & its almost always 5 Star level. The only reason I went 4 for this is because when I made the appointment, they didnt want to know what it was for (tires) & when I showed up, they were sold out of the tires I was looking for so I had to pay more for the ones they had.
