Worst experience ever!!! I went for a simple oil change that’s it ! I had an appointment for 2pm so I arrived at 1:45 and the MANAGER SAID “you have a lot of cars ahead of you “ I ended up leaving at around 4:30 which is ridiculous. When I went to checkout the total ended up being way more than usual and it was because they used HIGH milage oil but I never said I wanted that oil I said regular . I asked where my car was and the manager responded with “I can’t keep track of all the cars it’s somewhere out there “ terrible customer service Omg ! And to add on I got a tire rotation and a couple of days later I notice I’m missing a hubcap because they didn’t put it on correctly so it fell off somewhere .

Omar, Juan, and Richard. These guys helped me with an impossible task. I had a complete blowout on my tire and couldnt get my rims off. They helped me get those bad boys off. We were with them for 10 hours and they never quit on me and didnt tell me they couldnt help like most places would. They were nothing but the most honest, kindest, and hardworking guys in town. You need your tires done by someone who will never quit on you, this is the place. They were honest and amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much 🙏

Scheduling an appointment is a gimmick at this location. Spoke to a representative over the phone and he told me to drop off the car and will call me when its done but online I chose the time and date and the option to wait for vehicle. Then rep told me its a first come first serve basis. Paid for 2 wheel alignment, second time had to spend over 1200.00 because alignment wasnt done correctly. We contact corporate on this one.

Shotty oil change. I had an oil change at the Royal Palm Beach location on 11/25. On 11/28 I have NO OIL. I’ve spent over $60 for an oil change that lasted less than 3 days. Because I do not live in town I’m unable to drive my vehicle there and I’m not too confident they will do a good job. Due to them not placing the oil gasket properly led to my car leaking oil. I recommend people to be weary of this location.

My friend and I got stuck in West Palm after our tire blew on the turnpike. Knowing we were in a really tough spot these guys went above and beyond to help us out, especially Omar and Juan. We were there all day trying to get the situation figured out (at no fault of tires plus) and they were kind and hard working all day.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Almost 4 hours later the oil looks like it wasn’t changed or wasn’t done properly. The alignment wasn’t done because the car came out the same way it went in. I’ve had some great experiences at other locations just not this one most definitely won’t be coming back.

Wasted my time. I called for an appt and had one made for Sunday at 9am. I (along with 6 other people) arrived right before that time. We watched as the manager and employee walked in. The store wasn’t open and as people walked up to the door- they were turned away. They actually opened at 10. That completely ruined my morning since I had something else to do at that time. I hopped in my car heading toward another oil change place but luckily I found Valvoline on 45th st. No appt, no wait and I satin my car the whole time. 15 minutes and I was out. Never going back to tires plus again. Not organized at all.

Joe behind the counter is a nice guy doing a great job! Other than that I won’t be returning. Had tires installed but someone only installed 4 of 5 lug nuts on one wheel and installed the cover to hide their work. Called up the manager to have him look at the job and evaluate it, but he decided to pick up and leave before I walked in.

They have definitely earned the right to be my go-to for most all of my automotive needs. Definitely fair and willing to save you money without being asked. They offer coupons and discounts whenever possible. They communicate very clearly with my wife and daughter and I always call and text when I vehicles are ready for pickup.

Came in for oil change 2 hours b4 they closed they told me to make a appointment for tomorrow. So I did. 7am and 4hours later my car was never even touch. Worst place ever. And now still need an oil change. Waste off my day.

Rip off. We took car for service due to check engine light. They called and said their was a 1400.00 problem. We said ok fix it. A couple days later the check engine light came on again. We dropped car off to them. They called and said they “wrote on paperwork that their was another sensor that needed to be fixed and it will cost another $400.” That was a lie. No where it was written on paperwork and if there was a problem why didn’t they notify us when they called to consent for the $1400 job? I caught the guy in so many contradictions. I asked to speak to manager and he refused to connect us with the manger stating he was the “assistant” manager. He tangle of lies went on and he changed story to say there was no way they could know there was another problem. Mind you he first stated they notified us of the problem by typing it in the paperwork. I asked him this: if you go to a dentist for an exam and they say you have two cavities. You agree to let them fix cavities. Two days later you have same issue with pain. You can dentist and they say oh yeah we wrote in paperwork you had a third cavity. Now come in and pay us more money. That makes no sense as they could have taken care all three cavities at once. Due to pandemic These people are desperate for money. They cheated us out of $1400 and refused to eat the labor costs. I am reporting them to the BBB, credit card company, and worse they lost our longterm business. How stupid. People know nothing about keeping clients. We have had 3 cars serviced there for many years and they just lost that revenue all because of ego and pride. Never again will go back. Beware of these crooks.

I took my car in to be serviced for an oil change and all my fluids and engine checked. Tires plus perceive to tell me that I could not drive home with the tires that I had on my car although I’ve never had problems. I picked my car up after service they gave me an estimate on new tires I told them I would think about it. I woke up the next morning to a flat tire. I believe they flattened my tire so I would have to purchase some. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of and would not recommend this place to anybody to take their cars too.

This location is awesome let me tell you a little about my experience here at this tires plus location went to Goodyear and the dealer I got the car from and wanted to sell me a new tire. These places didnt wanted to help and made all types of excuses.Came here and spoke to Micheal Hall service manager (would highly recommend asking for him) he did what others didnt do for me had a nail in my back tire pulled it out and told me the nail did not penetrate the tire left. 3 days later came back to him told him I had another nail in the front tire did the same procedure lightly pulled it and no air leaks this guy is awesome and does provide with great customer service something other places didnt offer me would highly recommend coming here and the help is amazing they earned a new customer and the service is great and prices too they work with you

Fair pricing, helpful staff. Theyve made me aware of issues found during inspection and given options without being pushy. Theyve been honest about what is urgent vs what can wait. Better to call for quotes than use website. Website selected wrong tires for my car. They then had to get from another shop, but luckily they could do same morning still.

I just got 4 new tires from here, and this was the easiest experience ever! Going to a tire shop with a toddler is torture, but they had a toy box that kept her entertained for the short amount of time we were actually there for the install. They installed tires, and did an alignment in the same amount of time as an oil change at Tire Kingdom. Great customer service very honest and reputable. They are now my go-to car place.

Horrible service, I stopped by in the rain to ask if I could buy some coolant or get mine topped off as it was low, I was clearly rejected by two people, one women and one man who appeared to be more occupied with sitting on the counter than helping. I was told they could not assist unless I paid them to inspect my radiator, really! A true shake down by Tires Plus staff, I would never recommend this place!

At approx 10 am was told I need front brakes at 1230 asked what was going on only to find parts were not ordered.....you think some one who brings 6 vechicles to this establishment they would try to make everything go smoothly...of course I did get to watch the mechanic smoke several cigarettes while sitting there waiting.

These guys put my new tires on for me, did a great job. Really good service, reasonable price. Had me in and out with your new tires balanced and ready to roll in an hour. Go get a cuban coffee at Black bean cafe while you wait.

Three hours later, truck’s still not in the bay for two new tires and an alignment! Maybe because I’m a woman and a female employee wrote up the order? Sexist? I hope not!!!!!! So I had an issue with a nail in my tire. I went to Tires Plus based solely on recommendation from Toyota. When I walked in side, there were two gentleman at the counter who wouldnt even acknowledge me that I was there. After about 5 minutes I was finally acknowledge by a taller black male with long type dreads. He asked how he could help me, I informed him I had a nail in the tire. He showed me a picture of reed and green tread to ask if it was in the red or green. I immediately told him I wanted him to take a look at it because it is directly on the edge/cusp of red and green. Being frustrated that I made that statement to him, he seemed annoyed pointed back to the picture and asked if it was in the red or green. I again told him I came to him so he could look at it and tell me if it was repairable because it was directly in the middle if red and green. With an attitude and in a talking down way to me, he said lets go take a look. Knowing I would not get the desired level of service out of him I told him to never mind, which he obviously seemed relived not to have to walk 50 feet to my car just to look.By the level of attitude and lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would never ever ever come into this business ever ever again.On a side note i went directly across the street to Tore Kingdom and they told me it was repairable, which it was completed and repaired by them.

My story begins on the turnpike south of Southern Blvd. I am in my car and the battery light comes on. Then the temperature light comes on and the power steering is gone. So, I quickly pull off at Southern and find the first gas station. After I determine that it is the serpentine belt. I locate the closest shop and it is a Tires Plus. Great, I use them in Coral Springs. I show up around 8:30am and they are not to busy. Chris, the managing partner, is the first to greet me. He says that he should be able to get it in the bay to look at it in 30 to 45 minutes. In 20 minutes it is going in the bay. Win. So, I am in customer service and this store has it nailed. Most of the customers that came in they greeted them by name, that is great service. Another customer was in for two tires. As she sat there, one of the counter guys comes over to give her an update. Her tires were picked up but the service had to make two other stops and then they would be to the store. He could have just said nothing and left her sitting there. Again, great service. Just sitting and observing the interaction this team had with its customers was a welcomed sight in todays world. They had me out of there in two hours. So, if you live in the area or like me just need good, quick service go to Tires Plus. Chris and team keep up the great work.

Taking my car in for and oil change a fluid flush and tire rotation.. all of a sudden our ac now no longer works.. having a fuel issue all of a sudden, a random speaker box was in our car that wasnt even ours and they did a very sloppy job on top of the issues. Never had a problem with the car till I got it back from them! Cant even trust people to take care of your things!

Place it’s a joke, they say they can do something and they just lie.

This was not a place of our choice as my husband had a tire blowout on 441 and Tires Plus was the closest tire store. He purchased 3 new tires. We picked up the car the next day. We noticed two huge dents on the exterior of his car, one on the driver side door and another on the rear wheel well. They did not offer a visual inspection of the vehicle prior to payment. Just a warning. I will not return and do not recommend.

Will not use this location ever again. Very poor, unprofessional and very time consuming. I was quoted a different price over the phone with the manager Richey and was over charged by the manager when it was time to pay. Waited 3 hours and left with two broken headlights without any explanation. I don’t suggest this place to service your vehicle unless you want to leave with something broken and pay out more money. DONT GO THERE NOT WORTH IT!!!

Got here when they opened. Needed two new tires for my horse trailer, wanted to use it in a couple of hours and was done in an hour! Incredibly fast!

Several months back I went in myself and asked for a quote for 2 tires for my daughters Ford fusion. My quote was $235 out the door. I only wanted 2 standard tires so the price wasnt bad. Two days after i received the quote i asked my daughter to go get the tires put on. I didnt look at the bill when she got home because i assumed it was the quoted price.Two weeks later i received my CC bill and noticed the actual price charged was $462.03. After calling the service advisor ( Ulysse ) he explained tjat my daughter agreed to all the upsells. She received an unneeded oil change, an unneeded alignment and was charged a discounted inspection of the entire vehicle for only $10. I chalked it up as a learning experience for myself and my daughter.Today she goes back to get a nail removed and tire plugged. The last time she wa in she paid for the upsell of the road hazard. Today they charged her $33.09 for a labor charge.Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Tire kingdom. Ill pay a tow truck in the future before i go back to tires plus.Atleast i figured out what the plus is for... upselling unnecessary services.

Have been here twice before when I had no plans no schedule and thought I would try them for more work.Today I made an appointment online and 4 hours later (3pm) got a call that they have no openings at that time -- either come in early and wait for an opening or drop it off. There were no remaining appts tomorrow.Discussed with the employee, he said it was unreasonable to expect a next day appt with them and that even his doctor is often unavailable when he schedules appointments and that everyone works this way.Yeah no. Every place I deal with schedules only the available dates/times and it is very rare when they need to reschedule -- usually accompanied with a same day reschedule / mild apology.Sounds like this is some type of problem this location needs to fix instead of trying to fault the customers or blame the system... take ownership instead of deflecting. I will remember that.Because it was so late when I got the call back, most people would have been stuck. I called the Tires Plus I usually go to and got an appt for tomorrow. I thought it would be easier to use the local store but after the attitude and general duckery I dont plan to use them for anything except emergencies.

I like tires plus as a whole, but I was disappointed about their custover service. I have been to several locations and have been going to this company for years. They did not make me feel like a loyal customer or go out of their way to meet my needs.

Always the same problem, to sale something they always have time, when they need fix something do wrong or to do any job is part of the service (rotate tires, check alignment, dont check sensor tires when put new tires) never have time. Good look with yours business.

I got a flat tire while inside of Walmart shopping. When I came out, I realized it was flat and had to get it fixed because my spare was no good. I slowly drove over to the Walmart tire center where I wasn’t helped at all. They told me they had other cars in front and wouldn’t be able to change my tire. I explained that it was an emergency because I had no other way besides calling a tow truck and they still refused. Frustrated, I drove next door to BJ’s. There was only one employee there and he had appointments lined up and couldn’t do it either. He kindly filled the tire with air so I could at least drive across the street to Tires Plus. I drove across and went in the store. They were just closing and told me I had to make an appointment for the next day. I said I needed it now and walked out frustrated again. I had my wife and two kids in the car and was basically stranded cause the tire had already lost all its air again. Alonzo saw my situation and frustration and came outside and said they would take care of it. They kindly helped me out and really made my day. I had really lost hope that day when people couldn’t even help someone out in an emergency situation. I was relieved when Alonzo took the time to take the car in and have a technician change the tire for me. I was treated politely and with compassion and respect. Thank you to the team at Tires Plus. You guys did an excellent job and really helped turn my day around positively. God Bless you all.

They take care of my family and I I had this insurance plan for tire and wheel Zurich they stayed later for me and got the job done because I needed a brand new tire for $170 and paid $3 for the tax cant beat that I had a screw in the sidewall cannot be repaired

Came in and told me it would take two hours to get my tire patched. Three hours later they say another hour. Left and went to tire kingdom and they got it done immediately with no wait.

Using them for a long time, honest, reliable, good work help sort out work that needs to be done from work that can be done latter.

DIRTY BUSINESS PRACTICES...Lied about diagnosis on more than one occasion> I have been to this location for the 12 point inspection and have been told that there are things wrong with my car that were not true, with high pressure to get them done right away. I took my car back to the dealership and it was nothing like what I would have paid if I let them scare me into a repair. Another time, I was quoted for Brakes after inspection,... I did not do it that day but, when I brought it back, I was told it was over $400.00 for back brakes because it needed something else overlooked the first time. I did not have it done and went to another place that told me I did not need brakes yet. In addition, my business partner went to Tires Plus on Okeechobee Blvd. because of wifes car had front wheels bumping while driving. Tires Plus said the car needed struts for $800.00 and new tires. He went to D&R Auto which diagnosed that all it needed was tires and nothing at all wrong with struts.They must get a commission for selling their souls to the devil. DO NOT use this place unless you want to pay for things that are not wrong with your vehicle.

Had my car here for a repair of making noise, and I still have the noise going on, plus they lost my hubcaps and had to get me new ones. the worker claims that I lost it, how did I when it was backed up in the parking lot and still making noises,

DO NOT GO HERE. SCAMMERS AND LIARS. I work on my own cars as a hobby, but some things like alignments and tire balances have to be performed by professional shops. Take my car here for a routine tire mounting, even supplied them with my own tires. I get a call an hour later saying they broke one of my locking lug bolts and that I will have to pay $90.00 labor for them to drill it out. I ask them why I have to pay for something they broke and they tell me its because the bolts were improperly torqued. I tell them the bolts were torqued to manufacturer spec with a torque wrench. They ask when the torque wrench was last calibrated...It was at this point I knew I was dealing with scammers and there wasnt much I could do since they already had my car. I pay the money, get my car back...and get given all 20 bolts back...meaning they couldnt have drilled one out because all of them were in my hand...albeit one of the heads was a little stripped. So to recap, the under qualified technicians slammed a impact gun on the lug bolt and stripped it. They then called me saying it needed to be drilled...and then proceeded to simply hammer a smaller socket over the stripped head and charge me $90 for drilling it. Great scam they have going here.Second time I had to go here for tire mounting and balancing again. While waiting I saw a customer come in and request a simple tire plug as he has gotten a hole in his tire. The manager at the counter responded, Yeah we could do that, IF YOU WANT TO RUN THE RISK OF A FATALITY. And proceeded to tell the customer that a plug is guaranteed to fail and because it will cause a fatality he needs to get the much more expensive patch rather than a plug. So instead of $12, the customer paid for the tire to be removed, patched from the inside, the tire be remounted and then balanced, somewhere to the tune of $75. After of all this, when it came time for me to be helped with my tires I was told It isnt in our best interest to mount my brand new, name brand tires, which I had supplied them...probably because of the lack of tire sale / commission. I was then ignored and the manager moved on to the next customer.

The Manager Chris is a straight shooter you can trust with your car repair needs. Been going here for over 20 years and have always been treated right.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a business. Called ahead of time for a tire change, only to be told after towing my car that I was now 12 cars behind in line, and I wont get my tire changed until possibly the next day. Ive had my same cars prior flats fixed right in the parking lot, yet they swore it needed to be pulled into the garage which was no longer an option due to damage mysteriously appearing on my gas tank. After a customer was allowed to join in, and berate my mother police then had to be involved. I wouldnt so much as trust these guys to unlock my car with the fob. Horrible business with half-witted management.

I called to get a price quote. Ryan, answered the phone. He said he was busy and would need to call me back. 2 days went by and no call back. Then I called again, and they told me to come in the next day. I went in to change tires due to an alignment problem, and also to fix the alignment. They mounted the tires, and then after making me wait 3 hours, they informed me that they were not able to do the alignment. (defeating the purpose of getting the new tires) They did NOT inform me of this til after the tires were already mounted. When I explained that to Ryan, he became angry and acted very hostile towards me, even tho I retained a calm demeanor. After talking to who I assume was the manager, to put my old tires back on, I received attitude from him as well. Finally after making me wait yet another hour, they put the tires back on backwards so now the worn side would show, and as I drove home, I noticed that they had not balanced the tires. I had to drive less than 45 mph for this whole week, due to work hours, before I could go somewhere else to get it fixed. I will NEVER go back there. Also, considering that I was a repeat customer, you think I would have been treated better.

Despite alignment and balancing, the vibration persisted. I suspected a broken belt but due to my imminent travel and the vehicle being my wifes daily drive, asked her to take it to a tire shop for confirmation.She ended up going to this TiresPlus location and paid the shop to diagnose the vibration issue. Within the hour she was looking at a shop estimate of $2000+, on a vehicle that is still under manufacturers extended warranty until 2020. In shock, she sent me the pictures of the TiresPlus estimate, asking for next steps.One look at the estimate and I immediately called her to get the vehicle out of the shop, and run, not looking back.They confirmed that one tire was bad (shifted belt) BUT recommended replacing three (3) tires, indicating that the other two were below the wear bars. The vehicle has 17 regular sized tires on all wheels but TiresPlus recommended REPLACING ONLHY THREE with OVERSIZED TIRES (18) and of course a different tread pattern than the fourth.Other TOTALLY UNNEEDED recommended Services- ONE brake LOCKED UP/ NOT MOVING. Recommended replacing TWO calipers and brake hoses- Leaking Engine oil. Recommended a valve cover gasket replacement- Synthetic oil changeAl in all, a total of $2000+ for parts & laborNow I am pretty handy with autos and do most of the routine vehicle maintenance myself. As I had personally replaced the rear brake pads (OEM) a couple of weeks ago and the oil was changed approx a month before that, I knew for a fact that the shop was trying to take advantage of a female customer.After my wife declared her intent to take the vehicle back home, they started to stall and scare her by saying the vehicle was unsafe, was not driveable (locked brakes) and that she would surely crash it and would be responsible for it. Basically lied through their teeth in order to prevent her from leaving. She however persisted and left, returned home and parked the car until my return. Remember, this was on a vehicle with LOCKED BRAKESOn my return, I rechecked everything again that was listed on the shop estimate.The two rear tires on the vehicle were replaced last year (were at 5/32), out of which one was bad (belt issue) and the front ones were over 3/32 with no immediate need for replacement.The purported engine oil leak was an old oil film deposit from an oil spill, a couple of oil changes ago, which had occurred when pouring oil during a refill. It was fairly obvious as it was old dusty dried oil film not fresh oil anywhere around the valve cover.Removed the tires and checked the brakes and found nothing wrong with the calipers. The wheels spun just fine and calipers moved as expected. Brake fluid was good and at required level. Took it out for a spin and no issues whatsoever other than the annoying steering vibrationEnded up getting the bad tire replaced for free under warranty and $20 later (mounting/balance), everything on the vehicle is good. Also noticed that the buggers did not put the engine cover back. It was just left on top of the engine, fixed that tooThis TiresPlus location is being run by some very unscrupulous individuals who will go to any extent to exploit a customer, more so if they perceive the customer to be uninformed and technically non-savvy, more likely if you are a femaleI do not recommend this shop. Crooks & thieves here who will lie and scam you for your money. If you have an auto breakdown, this shop should not even be on your list, this is how bad these folks are.

I wouldnt say they were bad .But they werent great. very pushy felt like I was in a car dealership and they were trying to up sale me .

They sabotage your car when you go in the first time so you come back again.
