Ive only been here a few times, but its always been a good experience. An employee greets me upon entry everytime and they help me find whatever Im looking for right away. Its clean inside, and they have a lot of different stuff, from electronics to pet accessories and more. The only reason Im giving this place 4 starts is because of how unorganized everything is. I mean, maybe I went on bad days? I dont know. But still, this store is pretty great!

This was my first time at Five Below. The store was a little small and cramped, but I was amazed by the quality of most of the items in the store. And they were all $5 or less.Apart from the kids running around the store causing a ruckus, it was actually a great shopping experience. The store was clean and organized.If you like saving money and appreciate nice things, I recommend shopping at Five Below. 4 Stars!

Its need & the cashiers who double up as floor sales assistants are very nice & helpful. One of the young ladies helped me with my large bag to my car. So grateful.

Great choices. Lot of games. Which is good while we stay home during this pandemic. Good comfy workout outfits. Just be careful one time I bought a school supply there thinking I cant find a brand name school item any cheaper than this and I actually found the same one at Walmart for cheaper.

Theyre okay but their customer service could be better. And the organizational skills need to be worked on. Im not a regular customer so it doesnt matter I only once in a blue moon maybe if they fix management and and the system in the store Id be there more often

Decided to go here randomly and was surprised of all the knick knacks. Almost everything for all ages, bedrooms, candy and snacks.

Great products especially electronics for five and below. They carry snacks, beach equipment and many other items.Friendly staff that greet you as you enter the store. Great return policy. No hassle.

It everything is below $5.00 but what you will fi d are some pretty darn good items at super low prices... I paid $8.00 for a 12 hr bluetooth earbuds... perfect! the sales, staff are friendly and helpful... store was clean and stocked... highly recommend a shopping trip...

First time here. Never even heard of the place before. I was looking for Party City and didnt know they moved. Had a few cute things. Just disappointed that their T-Shirts only go up to a size large for adults. But I will definitely be going back to shop again!

It is a great store especially if you are shopping for younger children. They have a nice selection. Some nice things for the older also. I was in a wheelchair so it was harder to get around, but I liked what I saw and got a few gifts for a nice price. I will be a return shopper.

This little gem has some really great quality stuff. Toys, books, make-up, work out equipment, bt speakers, headphones and lots more! I love this place

Just learned today that items are now $1 to $5 to $10 but the name is still 5 below. Staff is friendly and store is clean and bright. My kids enjoy shopping there so will be back again.

My daughter left happy because she came for a toy that was $1 which we went back to the store for it but removed from the shelf. Nathaniel went to the back and gave us exactly what we came for! I first went to one in Georgia and i was so happy they brought them down here. I love this store. It’s clean, well stocked and the staff are very friendly. I hope it stays here for a long time!

Cant get enough of this shop! Be warned, with everything priced at five dollars or below it is very easy to fill up your basket and empty your wallet! A great selection of many great products that range from candies to home goods to makeup to toys to books to electronic accessories and everything in between!

I love the things they sell and it’s a REALLY good price but the staff should really be more kind thanks though 👍

Good place to find reasonably low priced items that go well in a household towels blankets coats for your pet fun little accessories that you can put basically anywhere. The service here is pretty outstanding as well.

Always organized and clean every time I go in. The lines are never long and it’s a pretty quiet environment. Also a fun place to shop.

This is one of the busier locations Ive been to. The store can be a little messy, but is generally well stocked. The biggest hit is always the sarcastic and funny t-shirts at the back of the store. You cannot beat the price.

Love everything about this store. Always spending a lot of money here for kids. My students loved their gifts.

This is a great place to shop for inexpensive items. As a very nice suprice they carry Japanese snacks. For any anime lover out there you will stick up with some things you have wanted to try but never had a chance to. If its a Japanese snack that your favorite anime character likes, stop by here you might find it!

5/19/20-Showed up to make a quick purchase and the staff was walking out at 6:40pm. Website says they close at 7pm. Not cool!!

Although everything is $5 n below items in which cld find at dollar store r over priced a little disorganized but offer alot all in 1 place staff not very helpful had tons of items in hand in which employees cld clearly see could have grabbed me a cart or offer help when I asked to be shown where an item was employe zig zagging unecasarly fast dropped all my items was very un helpful

I have found that many of the items priced at $3 or even $5 can be found at The Dollar Tree. The people working there are usually very friendly. It is clean and usually very well organized.

Great for inexpensive gifts & students. Lots of great ideas. Some items are not of the best quality, but for 5 bucks you cant go wrong. Huge assortment of candy. Understaffed often.

Omg..I go in for maybe 2 things and end up with 20. Also the ppl that work there are super down to earth. They pretty much have everything at this store. And the prices are always 5 bucks or less. And they do not sell crappy product. I love this place!

I went into one Five Below walked in walked around and left. The smell is disgusting items in the store look like they should have been at a garage sale. Very dissatisfied with the Outlook of the store and product.
