Our Capitol Carpet & Tile experience was fantastic. The whole experience was well organized and timely. Our sales person, Angel C. went above and beyond what we ever expected when we wanted to upgrade our home carpet and place wood flooring. He took time to come to our home because we were extremely busy with samples and to make sure all the colors matched perfectly with our home wood & decor. Angel kept us up to date on the entire order process and was so helpful from start to finish in assisting us with our needs and ideas we had for our home. I also would like to mention the installation teams for the carpet as well as the wood flooring were incredible. They did fantastic work and were very respectful of our home. The professionalism, knowledge and the workmanship from start to finish was nothing short of excellent and I would recommend the company and persons whom made it happen for anyone wanting or needing flooring or redecorating their home. I want to thank everyone for their help in making our home look fabulous. We are so very happy.

Great selection of quality flooring. Very attentive staff. We especially loved working with Rich. He did a great job finding me the best prices. Floors and baseboards were installed on my entire second floor in one day! The installers were fast, pleasant, and their work was high quality. I just placed a second order to carpet my stairs. I could not be happier!

My Salesman Angel at the Wellington store was excellent, he did a great job explaining the different types of carpet and padding. He made it easy for us to pick the carpet and color that works for us . The installation went very smoothly. The installer had many years of experience and did a great job.We are extremely pleased with Capital Carpet and Tile, and would definitely use them again.

Our salesman Charlie came out and personally measured everything for our new floor. The installation crew that was sent did an excellent job and was very courteous and polite. The floor looks wonderful. This is the second floor Charlie and Capitol Carpet have done for us. Charlie even came to look at the completed floor to make sure we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend using them for any flooring needs.

I went into capital carpet and tile looking for an accent wall piece. Once I found the design that I wanted the salesman Rich which I believe is a manager help me out with what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to pick up what I purchased from the Boynton Beach warehouse for me and brought it back to his store. Overall I would highly recommend going there and talking to any of the sales associates about your needs.

The entire process was flawless. Both the designer and installer were very knowledgeable and great at their trade.

Had a slight delay getting things going. Spoke to the owner lou and he answered and returned my call promptly. Everything went very smoothly after speaking to him. Installer Steve not only did a great job, but also was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful, patient sales folks. Showed me all my options since I was fickle regarding what I thought I wanted. Guided but did not pressure. After I finely made up my mind and items were ordered the sales representative came to the house for follow up and cursory measurements. That was followed up by the professional installer who measured again. Three weeks the items were in and installed. Just what I wanted. Well done.

First I must say Mr. Charles Kelly is a shining example of a salesman! He was extremely helpful, unassuming and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and he didn’t try to up sell us. He gracefully assisted us in finding the perfect carpet for our needs. We ended up getting a good quality remnant for a really good price! He came by quickly to measure and a REALLY hard working, efficient and nice guy came to install it bright and early the very next day! I forgot his name(but I hope he goes to see his family soon). Our carpet looks perfect too. I was so happy I laid down on the newly carpeted floor. I only gave a 4 star review because I want to review again after I’ve had the carpet for a while.

Wow. Wow. WOW! The experience I had @ Capitol Carpet/Tile took me back to the good ol’ days...when a place of business truly valued their customers! They were courteous, professional, attentive & patient w/me from start-finish! As I perused their beautiful showroom I felt welcomed not pressured. The salespeople should teach classes on how to make customers feel special! The price was far & away better than ALL the other places I visited! The selection was immense and the installation was flawless! I wish every place did business this way! Great job!

The workers refused to wear masks even after being asked repeatedly. We will contact their corporate office the entire installation was a nightmare.

Buyer Beware! (Royal Palm Beach Location)It was obvious from the beginning our salesman was not listening to us. We dropped into the store a couple weeks later hoping it was his day off. Unfortunately he was there and we attempted to continue to work with him.On that day one of my questions was met with laughter - i had to tell him that I expected a spoken answer not laughter - and even then my simple yes/no question was not properly answered. I should have walked out at the very moment!And remember there is a reason they wont talk rough numbers with you when you are in the showroom.I had signed all paperwork and was just waiting for a quote over the phone and we were going to move forward with the install. Then the call came and it started to really feel like a bait and switch. At this point I no longer felt comfortable with Capitol Carpet & Tile and asked that he cancel the order. On my lunch break I made sure to retrieve the documents I signed the previous day as I no longer trusted Capitol Carpet & Tile with my credit card information.If you want to know what it was like in your neighborhood in 1985 these guys are a great source of information otherwise I would stay away!UPDATE: Owner called me at work with a very aggressive tone. While on the phone he stated that the salesmen we spoke to were new. I checked the website and found that one of them is listed as the store manager and he has worked for Capital for 10 years now. He was one of the men who laughed at my question during my second visit.When I got out of the office last night I didnt feel like being yelled at or lied to so I didnt call back.Background - I have one room I am looking to put carpeting in. It is a rectangle shaped room just over 200 sq ft. I could have provided measurements for a rough estimate with no one needing to come to my house. Each time i asked for a geuss-timate or rough estimate they both ignored my question. Because my measurements might not be precise someone needed to come to my house....again I would have been VERY HAPPY with rough estimate using my potentially inaccurate measurements. I end up agreeing to have one of the salesman out to my house that afternoon to obtain exact measurements. While at my home he indicates everything is good and he will have a quote for me in the morning - i give him a credit card number and wait for his call in the A.M. Around lunch time the next day he calls and there is a problem...after arguing with him about 15 minutes I had had enough! These issues should have been made clear to us in the showroom or while he was at my home. I just wanted a non-binding quote! Just an idea of how much it would cost. Instead they wasted our time.The pizza place in the same plaza (Roccos) is excellent however!

Charlie did a great job evaluating my current carpet. He really took the time to educate me about the different types of carpets and flooring options available, and how they would hold up.He also was very courteous, he noticed that we dont wear shoes in our home and took his shoes off when he came in. I highly recommend Capitol Carpet and Tile. Nice and professional!

The sales experience was exceptional while shopping for new tile for my home. The sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly, showed me a variety tile talking about the differences explained everything thoroughly, offered recommendations for flooring to suit my needs. Scheduled appointments to measure, called to provide pricing, product availability, product delivery. He was on time showing up when he said he would called when he said he would. I loved the experience, it was the best. The problems began with the installation team. Damage to existing flooring, existing moulding occured during the removal of the old tile. This caused issues as easily available replacement moulding did not match. The proper moulding was found after a lot of research on my part. Why should I be party for tracking it down? I didnt cause the damage in the first place and I am paying for a job to be done, done correctly and not have anything in my home damaged. I expected the installation team would work 8am to 4pm like most construction work. This team woul show up some were between 9am and noon and work till 4pm. At the end of the day the installation team would say see you tommorrow and not show up. Or see you in the morning then show up at 2:30pm. Only to walk through the job site a state it is not really worth starting now we will be back tomorrow and get items 1,2,3,4 done, but not show up at 11am the next day and get items 1 and 2 done. I started to do some of what they should have done to get my home functional again. What was predicted to be a week and a half installation turned in to be a month long project. I recommend the sales team, at least the gentleman I had, the products they carry but be warned of the installation team.

Selection was nice but the salesman was not helpful. Seemed that I was bothering him. Ended up spending $25,000 +/- for flooring, supplies and installation from Lumber Liquidators. Got lifetime warranty on my engineered flooring.

I bought a carpet remnant. They made me wait a week to pick it up. When it arrived they left it outside on the sidewalk out front of the store. Then three men working there watched me (a 53 year old female)and my 65 year old sister put it in the car our selves and didnt bother to offer any help. Lol. I guess they only treat you right if you spend big bucks. When I am ready to do a big job, I will think twice about giving them my business.

Really friendly manager, pick out carpet and they installed it three days after I left the store. Outstanding customer service and free candy bites Lol......
