The overnight staff at this location does an amazing job in keeping the store immaculately maintained! Especially KEIANA! She is always welcoming, pleasant, helpful and efficient. She deserves to be recognized for all of her hard work. She takes great pride in her position and Racetrac should honor her for being such a wonderful representation of the corporation!

The RaceTrac in Royal Palm Beach Florida is still experiencing computer issues. This has been going on and off for the last year.Today I entered my phone number for the loyalty points program and then after hitting enter, the screen says that the loyalty points program is unavailable.I called RaceTrac customer service and I was told that thete is very little that can be done about this problem but at the end of the conversation she said thanks for shopping at RaceTrac.Thanks racetrac for nothing.

This place is amazing. They have ice cream, slurpees, healthy food, snack food, wine, beer, coffee drinks, hot chocolate, hot dogs, fresh fruit, you name it. If this place doesn’t have it, you don’t need it. It’s very clean, well-lit, and the staff is friendly.

I would not advise anyone to come here for gas. I have been coming here for months now. Always the same issues. It can take 20 min to fill up on gas, due to pumps operating unusually slow. Furthermore, they do not print receipts at the pump on a regular basis, forcing customers to stand in line inside for another 10 min. Stay away from this station. Not good service.

Frequently OUT OF GAS and computer issues resulting in CASH ONLY transactions.Not good, RaceTrac. Not good at all.

Tried to get gas at this location. I started pumping and I have never seen a pump move so slowly. Upon asking the workers inside they said “Yeah, that happens sometimes”. In 15 minutes I barely was able to get 3 gallons in my tank before I gave up and moved down the road to another gas station.

I would give this place No Stars If I could, the Employees that you have working there are rude and can care less about there job or customer service. Went in there too grab a drink a new mask and gas bill was around 40 sooo I hand him a hundred and says you have no change, ya ok sure. I tried too be nice about it but all I got was attitude. Anyway you lost my bussiness for life. And Im spreading the word too boycott this location. Very fustrated 😞

I always stop at this Race Trac for gas when I’m going through but they have THE SLOWEST GAS PUMPS EVER! Nice clean store when I do go in which is not often, but I like the newer big stores for the restrooms and snack and food selection.

Gas station isnt open until 6 a.m. gas pumps are always down.

The price on the sign out front is does not reflect what youre paying for at the pump.. $3.095 at the pump..$2.949 on the sign...

You can see people inside the store without masks 😷.. and none of the employees says anything to them.. they dont really care.

At first I enjoyed working there. And then I noticed the true colors of the managers and I said I can’t work here customer service is very important and they didn’t care about it. I love racetrac because they aren’t a bad company But this store was a bad batch. Hope they got better. I would come back but only with a pay raise.

Rude staff

Good service at this Race Trac but sometimes they could use more help because the line is always so long when I go in. They have lots of things to choose from to munch on and the frozen yogurt side is a plus. I am upset that they got rid of their ice coffee machine though. Overall my experience here has been good.

There’s no gas at the RaceTrac station on Southern & Royal Palm Beach Blvd. Why??

Do not waste your time going to this place. the staff who work there are extremely rude and bitter. if you ask them a question they act like youre bothering them. I guess this is the price paid for low-wage workers with bad attitudes. Ill stick with 7-Eleven where they appreciate my business and enjoy helping customers.The manager, Im not sure what his name is but he is a black guy, chubby about 6 ft tall always wears shorts and a hat, is a rude SOB as well. Never smiles, always frowning and again, will act like you are bothering him if asked a simple question. I guess thats where the employees get their cue from. furthermore, their coffee, although supposedly fresh brewed by the cup in their fancy machines tastes like sewer water. Better coffee at 7 eleven.

Bathrooms were really gross! The fastest flush I have ever seen! Literally 1 second of a flush. How do you expect for the toilet paper to flush down the toilet?? ALL toilets were filled with toilet paper and did not flush properly. It’s 6 o’clock and there are no hotdogs or sausages on the grill and it’s rush hour. Making sure to use the other gas stations for a pit stop!

Went there to experience their Frozen Yogurt sale. Was supposed to be fill your cup for 3 dollars with any flavor. Only issue was this location was out of frozen yogurt! Only 2 of their 15 dispensers was working / had product. Orange ice and some sort of red ice flavor. Not going back.

Can I just say this Racetrac is awesome? The employees are super friendly. There is a ton of stuff, including an expansive coffee bar, a frozen yogurt machine, and more. This is a great addition to the Palms West area.

The chubby dark skinned girl that works at night is very rude. I love Racetrac go there whenever i can but will avoid this one at all costs due to the disrespwcrt and laziness showed by this girl. Racetrac should definitely get rid of her. Horrible customer service

Cheap gas but other than that not happy with the people at the front. Got skipped by multiple people and they knew it was happening. I grew up in south Florida and felt like there was some pretty severe racism happening. I felt like I was at the lunch line in middle school again.
