Friendly team. Usual good quality ice cream. They just need to tidy up a small area leading to what may be storage.

I just love this place, I come here often for quality milkshakes (large variety of flavors to choose from! Okay prices) get your stamps and earn a free thing of ice cream with your next purchase. The workers are nice to their costumers (as far as I know) so no need to be afraid to ask questions! Its easy to spot despite the size of the store. As always, 10/10 would go to again!

DELICIOUS ICE CREAMLet me start off by saying the store itself is a very nice looking place it just looks really good. The food though is amazing! I loved everything i got. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a cold or frozen treat!

This location is by far the best location we go to. We always have great service and we frequently see the manager who is always very accommodating to the specific way we like our ice cream sundaes. You cant get better ice cream anywhere!

I have been going to this location for years. Today was the best experience I have had!! I would highly recommend visiting this location or giving it another try!! Super service. One can see positive changes have been made! I’ll definitely be going back:)

Amazing and delicious!The variety of flavors, toppings and treats were plentiful and the staff was great!Best combo ever is vanilla and chocolate twist with rainbow sprinkles and crunchies. When you get to this point that its a little melted and you can mix it ... omg it is delicious!

If the had a 0 star thats what they wouldve received.Never experienced this before in my life with Carvel.Kendra is a psychopath!! Time bomb waiting to explode.Check your cameras inside the store for additional information on how unprofessional and mental your employee is.You should really do back ground checks to your employees.Never again at this Carvel location.Such a shame

This Carvel makes and designs the best cakes. Ive been getting my kids birthday cakes here for years and they always come out great. I just bring a pic or give them an idea and it always comes out amazing!

It’s 7:30 pm today. I ordered a banana split. They didn’t have bananas! I suggested them to go next door to buy bananas at Publix Supermarket. But they didn’t want to do it. I feel frustrated.

Carvel was amazing, the employee Jacob was very fast and professional. I came all the way from north Miami to enjoy myself a milkshake.Thank you guys for making my day better than it already was, my beautiful wife was really happy.Thank you again, Jacob. We will return next week...Also, Ill be sure everyone knows about this location over at the zoo ( Im friends with all the animal lovers ) May the Lord bless this establishment for better days to come.

Of course the ice cream cakes are delicious, but the customer service is awful. Its time the owners talk to their young help about customer service. Not gracious at all. Just rude.

Bad service today at 6:30 p.m.. I ordered a banana split with rum raisins ice cream as topping ordered strawberrys.They didnt have bananas, rum raisins ice cream and they didnt have strawberry topping.They can buy bananas at Publix at next door but they didnt want to buy them.

No seats inside or out. Regardless of covid space some chairs. No one wants to go out just to eat in their car.

Kendra, the cake decorator at the Royal Palm Beach store is very talented and has great customer service. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter‘s birthday with a slime theme. Kendra called me as she was making the cake to make sure what she was doing was what we wanted. Needless to say I picked up the cake and we loved it! She did an awesome job. We always order our cakes from this store but I will be requesting Kendra all the time. Thank you.

Carvel, good quality and price

Attempted to get my son a shake and Instead we were given the most rudest answers by the server. She had the gal to argue how she was not in an even ruder manner. I would not recommend this location to anyone while she works there.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday this weekend and I needed a cake to his liking (my bf isn’t difficult but he doesn’t really like sweets so I needed something he would enjoy) I called carvel on Thursday and spoke with Kendra. I barely knew what I wanted but she was so patient, understanding,and accommodating. She offered helpful ideas and worked with me on my time to create a cake that was way past satisfying in looks and taste. I had an amazing experience from my very first call to picking up my cake. This was my very first time ordering an ice cream cake from Carvel but it definitely won’t be my last.

I give 5 stars with pleasure for the service I received from Amanda and for the beautiful cake made by Kendra. They followed my decorating instructions to the T. My daughter absolutely loved her bday cake. She said it was the best birthday cake she has had. Side note: she gets a fancy designer cake every year but I wanted to try Carvel as something different and it made her day super special. Thank you ladies at Royal Palm Carvel.

Excellent flavors and ice cream quality. Staff was friendly and really helpful. Manager was great and watched her deal really professionally with a crazy person that was trying to scam for a free milkshake. Looks like they run lots of good daily and monthly specials. My recommendation is the junior with free cone, 2.99, fair amount of ice cream. Dont go crazy 👍

I was recently in Palm Beach County and stopped at a Carvel I saw in Royal Palm Beach. Carvel has been a favorite since I was a child. I was greeted by Kendra, an employee of Carvel. She was friendly, courteous and very helpful. As I ate my ice cream, I watched her interaction with another customer, and she exceeded at her job. She made this frequent customer very happy with her order. The cakes she decorates are beautiful. I see definite high management level for Kendra. I talked with her briefly, and I thanked her for her help. She is an asset to Carvel. Many thanks, Kendra.

I only gave 2 stars because of the ice cream, it is delicious but the workers on the other hand, not so pleasant. Everytime I go in there to order ice cream the workers, particularly one female in there, looks at me like I have two heads. Sometimes I want extra scoops of ice cream like one day this week I asked for an extra scoop, the girl serving me acts like she didnt know what I was talking about. This isnt the first time its happened. I wanted extra ice cream and was expecting to pay more which is fine I understand that, the lady in there told me no. First of all Im the one paying for it and second of all, the way she answered me makes me not want to go back there so that will probably be my last visit to thisbslecific Carvel location.

Horrible service. I wanted a cruchies carvalanche with vanilla ice cream, gave me chocolate, my husband got a vanilla milkshake that was hard and didnt even come served as a shake. I threw mine out and he had to leave his melted. Never again will I come here.

Lets just say if you like ice cream soft or regular you can not go wrong with carvel. This one was clean and you could tell well maintained. The service was fast and easy. I love to put the chocolate crunch on just about any style of ice cream I could get. I had the snickers soft serve delicious

My husband and I have been going here for years. Delicious ice cream and normal very nice staff until tonight (3/1/16). My husband graciously went out to get my daughter and myself ice cream. One out of the three orders came back incorrect so we decided to go back to correct it. He told the girl behind the counter that the order had walnuts (which turned out to be pecans) and sprinkles and that the order was chocolate with chocolate sprinkles. She looked at him dead in the face and said Your ordered it with pecans and sprinkles. No apology. She simply turned around and made a new one. My husband was speechless (which is not normal). He chose not to fight with her because she was a kid. Never ever has anyone in my family ordered ice cream with pecans. I am the only one in my household that will have PEANUTS as a topping. My order was the last on the list so there was no way she could have mixed up the orders. Personally, she should not be in the service field because that is not how you treat a customer.

When the people working tell you that you need a mask to shop in the store, yet, they’re in the back working on the cakes with the masks on their chins. ILL SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Thanks!

Ice cream is great, customer service needs to be worked on. Paid with $20 to be blatantly told by the cashier my money feels fake. She correspond with a co-worker who shrugged and seem to be unsure. I asked the cashier to confirm as I got the money from the bank and would like to know if I had received a fake bill. Cashier then said yes as there was a machine in the back. Cashier came from the back and placed the $20 bill in the drawer without giving an apology or informing me the customer that the bill isn’t fake. Asked the cashier if the bill was ok to be told yes. I advised her to be careful on how she states a bill is fake infront of the customer because not everyone will have the response as I did. Utilization of counterfeit bill is a crime that I was accused of and these employees need to be educated and trained!

Ive never had a problem with this Carvel. The ice cream is always perfect and the service is usually pretty attentive. No complaints!

Excellent customer service.I went there this afternoon around 1pm and apparently the entire strip mall recently lost power.The customer in front of me wanted to purchase something that they did not carry (she spoke Spanish) but decided to purchase a bottle of water and since there was no power the cashier was unable to swipe CC. Being a resourceful employee, the cashier grabbed what she referred to as old school method of processing CC, the paper slip.The owner (I believe he was) turned to cashier and said dont bother, just let her have it.The owner was already facing major losses today and still did a nice thing.I came in for my daughters birthday cake and left with a beautiful customized cake with added Oreo toppings.

Always delicious. So many varieties of everything. Scooped ice cream, soft serve, shakes, cakes, waffle or cake cones or dishes plain or dipped sundaes, lots of toppings, cookie ice cream treats....

The 2 stars is attributed only to the quality of ingredients. If you expect to get 7$ for a milkshake, I would expect at the very least for it to actually have the consistency of a milkshake. I dont want to be that person to go some place once and slam them, but I got a pretty poor excuse for a milkshake from my visit tonight. I notice that this Carvel location doesnt offer any kind of reponse to reviews, good or bad. This shows me their lack of concern for their customer base. I hadnt been to a Carvel in years before I visited tonight and I was excitee to spend a little more to receive a quality dessert. I regularly buy a more enjoyable product at fast food drive throughs and spend half as much. I just ordered a standard milkshake which seemed confusing enough for the boy that took my order. The milkshake I received was as thin as milk with all the solid ingredients in a big mass at the bottom of the milkshake. It seems like some of these companies that used to justify a higher price for their product are barely on par with the competitors that they once outshined.

Good icecream- wrong close time. I got there at 1025pm. This site says they close at 11 but they actually close at 1030 and they weren’t happy about having customers just before close.

Carvel ice cream is worth 5 stars, but the service my family and i received tonight was more like 1. the girl at the counter was standoffish and seemed like she didn’t want to deal with us. gave me short, curt answers to every question, and then dropped my change on the counter before walking away. we probably won’t be returning to this location.

I take my son there after school for a treat. last time I went I wanted to buy bottled water along with the ice cream and they were sold out. So after my son was half way finished and asked me for some water, I asked the server for some tap water. She told me that they dont normally give out FREE water, but shell do it this time only because they were out of water... Really? Thanks for doing me a favor... Sorry but you will not see me there again. I dont expect free water but I also dont expect to be treated like I did something wrong, especially when the store is out of product. Bad managem

Great ice cream but service left a little to be desired.

I called in tonight and received the absolute worst service possible. The girl who answered told me she was too busy to help me 4 minutes I walked in to an empty store to meet her with an attitude not far from the one I experienced on the phone. I would highly suggest somewhere else for anything more than a cup of ice cream.
