The young man behind the counter was incredibly rude. When we asked him the diameter of the wire we were requesting in order to match it to the correct conduit, he retorted that he used to sell beer, and claimed not know anything about the electric products sold at the store. I could not have been more taken aback by the encounter, and encourage others to go to another store location if possible.

Randy was knowledgeable professional friendly and most importantly humorous. He was training a new person and I observed him to be patient and kind when giving direction and showing the new guy how to ring up a sale. I would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical services
