No problem ordering on the website. I even got a call to tell me the items I ordered were not compatible so changed my order telephonically. All good so far, just waiting for delivery now.

I called them for a question the guy answered me look like iam asking him for a charity he has no idea about customer service culturei could not understand him and he ended up the call 📞 he forget the companies work to build reputation not just money, the bank account can be zero one day but the reparation building up the profit

We love this company. They are the only company that can make our fire pits in Florida function properly, even with the harsh environment and the salt air near the ocean. They use the finest equipment and come quickly when maintenance is required. We would highly recommend them to anyone- especially in a difficult environment for outdoor fire pits!

Years ago I called them because there was a defective part on my gas pool heater. A plug popped off due to the chlorine deteriorating the threads. They reinstalled the defective part which popped off again within the hour. According to the owner, I would have to pay another service call for them to go back and repair it properly. Very poor customer service! I will never use them again, total ripoff!
