If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My physician wrote a prescription for my cpap mask on 4/13. Its 5/11. The only communication I have received from this company has been when I have called. Each time, I have been assured by Robin in Delray, that I would be contacted in 48 hours. This was two weeks ago. Finally, I called the corporate office in Clearwater, where I was on hold for 10.minutes before talking to Chris Williams. He assured me, I would be contacted in 48 hours. Never happened. I have been told repeatedly that Lincare has all the paperwork they need. I dont know, and am not able to find out, what the delay is. I will be going next week to pick up my paperwork and go elsewhere. Do not do business with #Lincare.

Never answers the phone, paper work not submitted on time, told me they wouldnt send my equiment out till my plan renewed in june after telling them everything was staying the same my employeer renews on 6/1 after getting someone who then failed to submit paper work i haved called and been persistent they finally set someone up to come out and set me up.

The office staff in Royal Palm Beach Fl are unprofessional, rude and dont care about customer service. Their office manager seems to have a chip on her shoulders and when is backed into a corner because she dosent know how to communicate or answer questions she hangs up. I am calling my insurance company to switch companies and I sugest everyone does the same.
