Horrible. I live out of state, and I love to shop at this store when I am in town visiting. I always make this one of my stops. this time, I stopped by in November, and ordered a pair of boots. the owner told me they were on back order so she took my payment for the boots as well as a shipping charge. a family member had to continually go in there for me and ask if the boots were in. this went on for three months. finally the boots were given to my family member to mail to me, and they were not the right boots. they were the boots that were in the store, not the boots the owner supposedly had on back order. now I will return the boots and try to get a refund. I will never shop here again.
