Im always worried when I have car problems in small towns. I went to these guys because I had a small leak. I thought about trying to make it 3 more miles to a well known tire chain. I couldnt make it. But these people treated me like a local. I hope I have tire troubles near them again.

Very disappointed local customer. We’ve given these guys a lot of business over the years with very few complaints or challenges in the past. They did misplace the wheel and new tire for my snowmobile trailer for four days a few years back but we got that cleared up. Then today we took our Cadillac Escalade and Expedition to swap the tires from one to the other and they broke one of the Escalade wheel covers. Not a big deal but the fact that they wouldn’t own up to it was really disappointing. The plastic wheel cover was likely brittle from age and I’m sure it wasn’t intentional but they blatantly denied any fault as I sat there and looked at the little plastic grommets freshly snapped off.80 miles of high-speed freeway and dirt roads that same day so I know the wheel cover was not loose or damaged they felt it was more important to argue and not offer any compensation for that. What a shame over a $20 eBay item they could’ve offered to reimburse. Instead they have certainly lost our business in the future and I won’t be making any positive comments around town about them either.very nearsighted move.

I was in Ruidoso for the weekend and my car showed that I had low pressure on my tires . I couldnt find a gas station so I decided to stop here and ask if they could help me put air in my tires. One of the employees that helped me out was extremely nice and offered to put air in all my tires . He didnt charge me at all and was so nice . Great employees and great service.

I tried to give this place a chance once a year when I need something done with my tires. Always a disappointment this time I waited over an hour to fix a nail in one tire watched three attendants working on one car. And then it cost $25. Total rip off if youre going to wait over an hour for a product it shouldnt have been more than 10 bucks. Very very disappointed as usual. Unless the three cars that came in after me and got done before me had appointments I think their priorities are screwed up.

They were extremely rude to me, treated me like I dont know anything, they changed my tire and in the process bent my fender then tried to tell me it was already like that, until I showed pictures as proof, thankfully I had a good enough picture of that side of my car, they were unwilling to resolve the issue so I had to call my husband, they said they will give us our money back and that we are not welcome to come back, my fender is probably going to cost me a lot more than the tire and I wont know if they refunded me because I used my card to pay so I assume it will be back on my card in 24 hours but idk

Went here for an issue that could not be fixed but Tire Pro staff was very helpful. They didnt even charge me but did give me some sound information regarding my vehicle. Love the staff here. The guys are very efficient and friendly. Will go again.

I came in yesterday to have a slow leak in my left front tire fixed. My vehicle was almost immediately pulled into the bay. A few minutes later the mechanic came to tell me my right rear tire pressure monitor was also flashing at 22 lbs. This seemed strange, when I came in it was reading, as usual, a healthy 37 lbs. I had him check it with his tire gauge and it matched the monitor. He said he would check it also. Sure enough there was a non-repairable hole way up in the middle of the sidewall he described as a pretty good leak. Instead of buying a new tire I had him put my spare on. I thought it was under warranty with Sierra Blanca motors. It was not and I had to buy a new tire there for $250.00. My question is-- does that sudden non-repairable hole in my sidewall sound just a little bit odd to you?

Pulled up to their shop Usually someone walks right out... “can I help you?” Not today. 7 guys in the bay with one car plus the manager and all they did was keep looking at me and go on with their business. No offer to help at all. I had a sick, sleeping child in the car with a near flat tire. You lost my business and today I was going to finance a new set of tires. A little customer service would have gone a long way.

We got new tires here for our truck, it was fast when the installed it. They even have a place for u to relax and a television to pass time.
