My son and I ventured in after a burger and had excellent service. We both ordered double scoop ice cream in a cup and received MASSIVE scoops. We wish we had infinite appetites (and for me, a super speed metabolism) to eat everything in the store. It all looked delicious. Great experience overall.

Wonderful store. Everything is adorable and yummy. Got gifts for the whole family! Her peanuts butter cups are awesome!! (Get two because you will eat one on the way home)

This place is fantastic! Great quality and variety of products, the best and most fun customer service in town! Have a scoop of ice cream while you shop for gifts. I use Sabor often for office gifts and gifts for my kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews. Did you know they have free gift wrapping and they’ll even box it up and ship it for you. Great store!!!!!

My kids enjoyed the assortment of chocolate and goodies I bought for them from this place. They do have a nice selection and assortment of candies, chocolates, gummies, etc.I would stop by again to try out other candies and chocolates but like others have stated, the lady at the counter when I went in was very standoffish, like she either didn’t like her job or didn’t want me in there. Sad, because it’s a nice shop.

Love this place!! Amazing unique candies, drinks, dips for parties and some really fun socks too. Staff is always helpful. A must when in Ruidoso.

The food and visual appeal of the store is nice. But this store is just too chaotic for anyone to enjoy. Maybe it would have been nice on a slow day? But there is no distinct line whatsoever. Employees look flustered trying to charge everyone when customers don’t have a specific line to stand in, so every customer is confused. Some customers were shopping while others were trying to pay but there’s no signs or distinct lines to stand in so everything is too chaotic. Overall, bad experience. If it’s busy when you go, just walk away. On a slow day though, I could see it being an enjoyable time.

Whats wrong with the native American girl working here? She told me to leave because I was wearing a hat with an American flag on and she told me it made her feel uncomfortable?

Dont go here, this store is managed by rude middle aged women that will neglect you. Prices are really expensive compared to the other chocolate places on the strip.

It’s sad to see that a lot of people are talking about this Native American girl. I’m a Hispanic women and every time I go I to sabor I’m always Greeted and welcomed. All the young ladies are always so helpful. Sabor is my go to place when I come to Ruidoso. I’m sorry you all had a bad experience.

The hot chocolate bombs are the bomb! I love Sabor, their selection of candy, ice cream, dips, jams is the best! They also have super cool socks!

Excellent selection with equally excellent customer service. They had assortment of homemade candy and ice cream.

Rude native American looking girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked what the prices were for their bulk jelly beans. She went to the back and I heard laughter amongst the employees, very unprofessional!

This is an amazing place! The owner and staff is very friendly and came through huge for me! My wife and myself LOVED the Valentines box that was put together and even Delivered! Thank you ladies for all your help and an wonderful job. We definitely recommend Sabor and will be visiting again soon!

Tasty place and treats are wonderful!

They have Blue Bell ice cream - all flavors, and their scoops are huge! Its also a candy store. The almond butter toffee is wonderful! They also have samples of some of the dips and jellies they sell.

Amazing selection and quality! Love this place! Definitely come back for years to come!

Can not get enough of this place

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly in getting me a customer order prepared on a very short notice. And the desserts looked absolutely perfect and tasted amazing!

Passive aggressive employees, especially that native American girl.

Bad customer service, we ordered 2 chocolate covered strawberries, the server ask the other server to make them. She told us it would just take her a moment to dip them. She continued fixing 4 other people’s order, that was before us. Once she finished there order, she then waited on a person that came in after us, then turned to us & said I will be with you in a bit.We left without ever getting our order.

Carmel and candy was delicious but the girl working the counter looked truly miserable in her job with no customer service skills. Was really leaning toward a 2 star but the candy is good.

These guys are negative influences they made me eat the worlds hottest gummy bear so I wouldn’t look weak!!! Lol

The people in this shop are racist and I never think this way....we walked in (with plenty of money to spend btw) and the mgr motions for the emp’s to watch us?! I spent lots of cash in Ruidoso this wknd but I’m glad not one red cent went here. Do better!
