Enjoyed the carriage ride through the town with my family. We had a wonderful time on the ride. The driver was the sweetest most politest person ever. Great conversation. Didn’t leave a 5 star because of the front desk lady. My daughter literally JUST turned 13 and I’m still used to saying 12. My daughter is also 5’8”! She gave me a look and proceeded to ask my daughter what grade she was in. She said 8th and then said, “Yea so now you know ur supposed to be 12 huh!” Like if I intentionally lied. I told her that she was born in 2008 and very angrily said,” oh give me a break! Whatever!” She proceeded to charge me as she made this snooty remark so I just let her not charge me for her instead of correcting my mistake of age since she was so rude. I sure did bite my tongue, but left the wonderful driver a great tip as he deserved it. Another tip would be to get that lady an attitude change or just get someone else.

Great carriage ride through the mountain town of Ruidoso

Every time we wanted to go on a carriage ride they were closed.

The Carriage House Gallery was a great experience. The owners where very welcoming and had great little gifts for all ages.

The owners were very kind and soo friendly, the horses were gentle and also kind, i hope to return again!

April the lady that was on the front desk was the rudest ever, we went around 1 pm to book a ride and she told us we should be back at 3:20 and when we went there she told us that she bookedanother family at the same time and that we should ride together and that’s about 11 in total between both family and all of that during the COVID 19 pandemic which absolutely not ok for our safety and on top of that when we asked her for a refund she Wes very RUDE and basically yelled at us but she made the refund after all .Don’t pay ahead of time because you are gonna be screwed Some how by them .Do not waste Your money with them
