Great atmosphere, a very fine selection of wines, and a lovely cheese and meat plate as well. Chairs and tables are cozy, Nicolas (the operator) is upbeat and welcoming, and the guests are friendly. Came for a glass of wine and a quick bite to eat, stayed all night. Then came back the next day.

Loved it there! When youre looking for a light white wine then I would suggest you not the house wine but Riberio Santo white wine. Its affordable and tastes really fresh! ❤️

Incredible place and the one you would definitely love to come back. Very good wines (but really). The girl behind the bar is amazingly friendly. It’s a bar you can spend 3-4h at and not notice how the time flies. Make sure you taste the fantastic tiramisu from the restaurant next door (they bring their food to Wine not, just charge separately).

We met an exceptionally friendly French waiter that also speaks flawless English.Apparently, they are being exiled to this restaurant. 🙃

Nice Bar. Carlos only serves Portuguese wine, and he really knows about it. Tapas match perfectly with the recommendated grapes and cuvees! Thumb up - 5 stars!

Only Portuguese wines. A bit pricey for Tallinn (wine glass is 6€) but very cosy and great selection of wines. Tapas are 2,5€The only downside was that higher price for Porto wine is not mentioned on the menu board, so it was surprise kassa and there was no soap in the toilet.

Host is kind and very attentive. Very nice collection of wines and food.

Really like this place! The bar is very small and cozy. Carlos is very helfpul and good fun. Most importantly, the wine is delicious and affordable even when you are poor like me.

Amazing evening at Wine Not, greetings from the Two French, the Dutch and the German girls. We tasted delicious wines, ate very very good tapas and enjoyed a lot ! Glass of wine between 8€ and 10€, I paid 32€ for 4 glasses of a normal red wine. This is really expensive. Cozy place, but small, and we you get a drunk guy who makes a lot of noise, you just hope he will leave fast. Nothing special, no real menu, tapas are really simple. I dont understand other comments.

My husband and I LOVED this place when we were visiting Tallinn. I think we ended up coming back three separate times. The owners is wonderful and the wine selection is amazing.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a cosy and romantic bar or place to have a drink, we fortunately saw Wine not and we were not disappointed. We sat on some cushions by the window and enjoyed a good glass of wine and a nice talk with the owner. The place feels cosy and warm.Perfect for couples and friends, highly recommended.

Very small but super cozy. The landlord tries very hard and the wine is very tasty, seating is brought out of every little niche and stuffed into the small dining room. Perhaps the smallest tapas bar in Tallinn, but certainly the most cozy.
