Phenomenal place, always friendly and open to helping customers with their ideas. They have always been so fast with my orders and the shop in general has an amazing atmosphere! The owner and staff are all very nice and do so well for their job! Much love!

They place my mark on the blades of my custom knives. Their work is immaculate, prices are very fair. Always courteous and in several cases did the work quickly to help me fill an order. Doing business with them is a pleasure.

I ordered some shirts for our basketball team to celebrate an accomplishment. The shirts ran at least 1.5 sizes too big. When I pulled out the first shirt in the store I realized they ran really big. We were never warned of this. An employee said she noticed the same thing about how large they seemed. There was nothing they were willing to do to remedy the situation and about 25% of the purchase couldnt be used. In this kind of a scenario you rely on a distributor to be an expert, or, at least competent. Instead of being able to celebrate an accomplishment it turned out to be negative. I wont make the same mistake twice.This criticism is not of the employee, but the one responsible for company decisions.

What an awesome experience working with Hanna. She designed a granite plaque for a lost friend that was beyond my expectations. I was shocked that in the time that I had lunch she had the plaque engraved and ready for me to take. Great value. Awesome quality. What a beautiful store filled with home decor. Top notch service. :)

If I could give them no stars I would, the worst service I have ever had, emailed her just for two shirts. Took her two months to get back to me, never got my product, not even a sample. I ended up taking my business somewhere else.

Exceeded my expectations. I only went in to get a custom t-shirt for my mother. I walked away with gifts for everyone, over $150, totally worth it! When I received the t-shirt and 2 custom tumblers, I was COMPLETELY blown away. I loved it, and so did my mom (: I showed them an idea, they took it and made it 10x better than what I ever expected. The tumblers/mugs were AWESOME as well!(The wording on the t-shirt was in Spanish, I LOVED that they went the extra mile.) They will have my business for a long time!

This is my favorite shop on the Rupert Square. Its so beautiful inside with unique gifts for everyone, many of which can be personalized because they also engrave and print on just about anything! Ive had them do some engraving and printing projects for business and personal use and it always turns out better than I hoped for. The crew at Mad River is skilled, talented, and their friendly customer service is over the top.

Well when I went in I was looking for a specific item, the help I received was terrific, I got just what I needed and shown other items in the same category that I didnt even know excited it was great.......

Extremely not happy with the service and will not return. We purchased 2 youth sweatshirts for our 4-h group. We ordered the clovers in another color not knowing that there was a copyright on it (we should have checked first). They never called to let us know they were done and when my children wore them to 4-h we were told they were illegal to wear. We were also informed that they KNEW this was not ok, but went through with it anyway (they are told every year). Sweatshirts also run small and dont fit my children. They want to charge more than the $70 we spent to fix a mistake that should have been communicated the first time. We took our business elsewhere!

I love this shop and my lil boy does too. He loves the Monster toys and the Webkins. I love the great friendly staff they will help you find a gift and make it your own!
