Last month I walked into the store looking for a mattress for a bed I had ordered. The guys were absolutely fabulous in helping me find the perfect mattress set. I assumed I would have to wait to purchase a kitchen table due to finances, but I was able to walk out with exactly what I dreamed of. All items are of mind blowing quality and had super quick delivery (the very next day). I couldnt be more pleased with my purchases and will definitely be back!

The brothers at the store were very friendly and asked lots of questions to get what we needed, the sweet ladies always asked us if we ever needed help with anything, and the boys that helped load our truck were so fast I Blinked and we were ready to go! We will definitely be back for anything we need!

So I am all about customer service and I truly appreciate someone who sees me as a person and not as a bank. I have always hated furniture shopping. When I would go. the people were always rude, or wouldn’t speak to you if you if they thought you were not actually in the market. They would not go out of the way to accommodate you. River Valley Furniture/The Mattress Store has set my expectation insanely high after these were purchased. They went out of their way to accommodate us, as far as going to the warehouse and bringing the cuddler up just for us to try out. They allowed my kiddos to do this exact thing in the store without judging. Every single person in that store spoke to us and went out of their way to make us happy. Not only did we purchase the couch, but we bought the recliner and this fantastically soft rug as well. I will never choose another furniture store and I am so happy to have found a place that is so family friendly. I highly suggest this location.l

Enjoyed my experience with River Valley Furniture. Purchased new adjustable bed and mattress. Very happy. Two young men delivered and set up was very professional and efficient. Answered all my dumb questions and very patiently taught me to use the remote. I guess its not impossible to teach an old dog new tricks. Well maybe it is. I cant figure out how to put a picture in this review. Maybe some 12 year old could give me a lesson. Sorry

Our first stop was a chain store not far from here. Walked in, waited several minutes and then left after never seeing a soul. Drove to River Valley Furniture, was greeted immediately, had my purchase made and in my truck within minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff, will definitely visit them again.

I am new to Arkansas and just bought a house. I shopped at several stores that day before buying my furniture here. They were friendly, but gave you space to shop without rushing you. Tanya was great to work with and gave a much needed womans opinion. They even had a tape measurer in each area to ensure the piece was the right size. Staff loaded it professionally in my truck. I found exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the help. I will be back. Even my son was impressed with the furniture look and how well it is made.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with our sales lady the day we shopped for a new bed. Her kindness and patience were so appreciated and she never at one time made us feel that we were taking up too much of her time despite how busy the store was that day. After our purchase, I had an issue, that the store went above & beyond to make sure everything was ok and I could be a happy customer. The amount of kindness and professionalism shown to my husband and I from this store will have us returning every time we need something new for our home.

Tanya at River Valley Furniture put me in my favorite recliner for a big guy. I shop in the big and tall section so it’s always been hard for me to get a recliner that fits me. I purchased a recliner named “The Beast” several years ago that was perfect. It was still in good condition, but I was told it was time to change colors. We asked Tanya and she hooked us up with the same great recliner in the color we were looking for. Customer service was awesome and that means a lot to us in these times.Check this place out for all your furniture and mattress needs!

So easy to work with and very professional. They were able to help us with what we wanted and also gave us helpful suggestions.
