I dont like leaving bad reviews, but me and my wife went to this location. My wife was looking at some clothes on a rack. There was some other ladies looking at a rack beside her. One of the store workers was on the other side of my wife from them and when the ladies got done the employee asked the ladies if they were done looking because she was going to put the clothes up that was on the rack my wife was looking at as if my wife wasnt there. She didnt say anything rude to my wife, nor did she talk to her. She just completely acted like my wife did not exist. My wife didnt tell me until we left or I would have asked the lady why she would do that.

I love it. Almost my whole closet are clothes from Factory Connection.

The parking is on the side. I did like browsing the store. Some things a little pricey but my mom got a pair of jeans on clearance for $15 and I got a cute necklace for $5

I always find something here

The prices are alright only when they have sales. I think tjmaxx is better. My last visit with this store was aweful. They ignored me at first. I was standing in front of them at the cashier waiting to ask for a dressing room. Not once did they ask if I needed help. Then the one worker walk off while the other proceeds to help a customerror who was there after me. I finally had to track down the first worker for a room. After I tried on my sweater. I went to pay . The cashier was so rude to me. She kept cutting me off and basically rushed me off. Im so offended. I wish I could give them zero stars because they deserve it.
