Took out the lounge just like many other pilots and Flying j truck stops most happen if the beginning of covid. Why? Makes no sense right oh we can cut down on covid we cut out all the lounges, but still yet they cant get workers to work and clean the showers which brings me to the next issue I have no maintenance but I have four people here but I cant get a shower. They are so pathetic what, are you telling me that four women working behind the counter not of know how to clean a shower? If it wasnt for truck drivers you wouldnt even have a job there.

Would be nice if the workers didn’t follow so closely to step on my feet 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Rude. The 2 ladies at the register were hateful and rude. The manager told me I did not have an offer saved on the app, then would not let me get the free hand sanitizer. When I went back in with my phone a gentleman was redeeming the same offer, she didnt even apologize. This location will never get any of my business ever again. O and Wendys is closed.

Come here regularly to pick up and drop off my kiddo to see Grandma.We always park against the side closest to the interstate.My biggest complaint is the amount of trash on this side of the parking lot on their property.The womens restroom also regularly has issues with doors not locking in stalls or broken toilets which makes it difficult if there is a line and a kiddo has to use the restroom.However, I do appreciate the friendly staff that always seems to have a smile on their face!

Very good Pilot i like it employees treated me good, nice to stop and get a shower and eat something they have wendys and subway and Mc Donald’s next to the bulding in the front you got sone stores you can go walk around to stretch your legs or if you need something and parkinglot pretty big easy when you get off from the fwy and easy to go back on the road

I stopped here for a shower today around 2 pm. The two Men working were absolutely amazing. I travel all over the country and dont see customer service very often like these guys provide. I am booking marking this stop. When I am through Arkansas, you can bet I am stopping here. Thank you for your kindness and amazing customer service guys.

Paid for parking. Hung receipt on window. Lady in Pilot shirt bangs on my door in the middle of the night asking if I paid for parking. My receipt is on the window and theres a full description of my truck in your computer. Theres only 5 reserved spots here. I dont understand

When we got here last night. The cashier was rude to me. I thought it was just me. I explained to mrs and she said no ur right she was rude. There was a worker who mopped 1/2 the bathroom floors, there was a line, and there was wat is called scrub soap in the sink. Its for ppl who have grease oil fuel on their hands to wash w. Since we have been here for 7hrs and 42 minutes. No1! has finished cleaning their womens bathroom, and i only know this cuz the same scrub soap spots is still in the exact spot it was in hrs ago!!! so no i wouldnt trust them to clean their showers properly!!!

Probably the WORST stocked store in truck stops I’ve ever seen! No drinks! No Starbucks drinks, no orange juice. Employees are too busy stuffing their faces to help. Sorry to inconvenience you. I’ll go somewhere else.

Great coffee, friendly service. Restrooms a little on dirty and smells worst than normal. Fuel islands can backup and cause a traffic jam. Take Exit 84 South side of I-40.

Sexy place. Subway has its meat on display and Wendys buns have sauce all over.

They always have what you need. Bathrooms are clean an updated. Gas is competitively priced. Theyre open 24 hours a day. If you need something for your car RV or big truck they might have it for you.Theyre part grocery store, part gas station, part rest stop, and fast food store. A nice combination on a road trip to find.

24 hour subway which is nice. Hot clean shower. Decent sized parking space if you can get here early enough

Really small entrances. Few restrooms. Plenty of truck parking once you get in and good food choices. Only 3 of the 7 diesel pumps were working. That made it a little hectic for the big trucks.

Its not to bad of a travel store but it could be better.

Its an older store and a little cramped at the pumps. The upside is that because of the tight pumps, there are almost always spaces when you cant find one at the Flying J across the highway. Has Wendys and Subway which are both usually pretty efficient. Showers are clean and they have a good number.

Very clean. Shower was not freezing cold as other locations. Facility as a whole was very nice.

Clean as expected from Pilot travel centers..but was very disappointed with the sales clerk..we try to only stop at Pilots and Flying J for the great service and cleanliness..we brought some blankets at this stop and did not see a sign stating 11.99 for one or 2 for 15..at all the other Pilots we have stopped at they would told us this when we checked out with an odd number to either get another one or to make sure we were aware of the sale..this clerk said nothing to us..so we ended up with 2 blankets for 7.99 and the 3rd for 11.99..we would have gotten another blanket had she let us know...

One of the best gas stations to stop at between Ft. Smith & Little Rock. Big station and its connected to a Wendys and Subway. Bathroom could be a little bigger and nicer. Gas pumps are normally pretty busy. Good gas prices normally.

Tiny lot. They want you to have a rewards card to reserve a spot now? They blocked a good exit out of the place that would normally take me right to ConAgra. I personally prefer Loves.

Staff needs improvement. Adequate parking. Certain times of day, coffee and creamers need filled- staff busy standing around gossiping. It appears they want pay checks, but dont want to perform work duties

This is in my point of view simply because of the little station in the store where you can get these things that are mouth watering cinnamon and icing covers the whole role. Love them

This isn’t about class or none of that nonsense!! This is about work ethics and the definition of correct and “decent” !! The laundry room in here is filthy as can be! The hallway leading to the laundry room is filthy! The floor hasn’t been swept this year by the looks of it!! People want to waste time protesting and complaining about the laws in America and you all won’t even keep a place of business that human beings are forced to use, rich, poor or whatever!!! A human being in a human being! And people deserve to be respected and appreciated especially when they are already tight on money and a thousand miles away from home!! Why are you guys so mean, lazy and selfish??? I don’t know but I hope that this all comes back to you people in this world some day!!! Great location if you’re a truck driver but make sure you always brining your own towels. This toilet was leaking and they used the shower towels to keep the water from spreading.

Its an average Pilot but its greatness is in the fact you can walk across the street to a lot of shopping and food. 1/4 of a mile farther there is a Wal-Mart.

Nice, clean restrooms, friendly staff. I found it easy to get to the pumps even with a 34 fifth wheel camper behind my truck. Good Sams card gets you $.10 off every gallon of diesel.

I had to say excuse me 3 times to get her to stop messing with her nails and when I got her attention she barked what??. I went in with my boss once and she gave my boss an attitude too. Really unprofessional and quite sad that she has to take out her emotions on customers. Id fire her in a heartbeat

This place is a dump right now, has parking lot construction going on and parking is limited. Got five prime parking spaces only. I paid for one days ago before getting here and they didn’t honor my reservation. The manager claimed that it was given to a handicap driver by the day manager. I do have sympathy for the handicap but that still leaves me without a parking spot. Luckily I got one after while. I went in and the night manager gladly gave me a refund plus a free shower. The restrooms were a mess, had a driver that just refuse to go in there and ask to use a shower restroom. I acted a fool for a little bit and yes I did apologized to the night manager. Not her fault sometimes the day shift can just set you up for failure.

Its 5 am and no showers cleaned. The lack of staff or just being lazy.

Top notch. Dependable stopping place, it is clean and accommodating. We cant go from NWA to anywhere south without pit stops at Pilots.

Very friendly and helpful service, I went in looking for a GPS unit, when the one I was looking for was sold out the young lady behind the counter went out of her way to call their sister store nearby and see if they had one, she had them hold it for me till I got there.

This is a pretty good place to make a stop weather you live in russellville or traveling through Arkansas. If you a truck driver this place is also excellent. its big, clean and have great customer service and food options for the whole family! I have always go to this pilot everytime I come to russellville.

I have always loved Pilot Travel Center. Lots of souvenirs and choices for drinks and usually a Restaurant for resting from a long drive.

Usually competitively priced. Little busy but, easy enough to get in and out of.

Not only their credit machine doesnt work for laundry they give out coins so you can do laundry. Subway only serves cold sandwiches and theres nothing here. Then you got to watch out for some grimy individuals coming in and out of the store. At least you dont have to blindside back into these spots.

The place is clean and offers several fast food restaurants. My experience here was not good. I was approached by a panhandler while pumping gas. The line to buy merchandise inside was 6 people deep and as I was next someone walked right in front of me to cut in line. When I pointed to the end of the line the sassy mouthed cashier told me it wouldnt be long for her to take care of him first. I was tired and grumpy from 2 long days of travel but that really made me angry. Ill stop some place else next time.

Theres a Wendys & Subway inside. A good amount of parking for rigs. Theres a truck shop next door. This Pilot is a great place for truckers, people with RVs or anyone traveling long distances to stop. If are a trucker & you rarely reserve a parking spot, this is one of the places I say do it. Not because they do not have plenty of parking because they have a good amount. But because of what surrounds this Pilot. I saw that they do have showers. (Idk about them, so I cannot tell you.) Unlike most truck stops, this one is located in a great location. You can walk across the street to find a Petsmart, JCPenneys, TJMaxx and other stores. Within walking distance, theres a Lowes & Waffle House, so if you need something for your rig or RV you wont have to pay the sky high price at a truck stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were out of the coffee I wanted and they brewed a new batch for me in a matter of minutes... the employee told me if I was ready to check out to go ahead and by the time I was done it would be ready. She was correct. Wendys doesnt serve breakfast but Subway has a few breakfast choice. Theyll make their regular menu for you as well. Theres a Cinnabon inside the store as usual and a small selection of breakfast items by the coffee counter. If you are looking to park your rig or RV- their lot is a good size.
