This is the only Sephora we have in town so I go when I need to. The staff are always super helpful and kind. I just think this store doesn’t carry much product, but I understand since it’s inside of JCP they are limited with what they can carry. I hope one day they will have more brands and products available!

The manager Bailey is awesome she goes out of her way to help you with all your needs! She is so knowledgeable about products and listen to everything asked about each product . I felt at ease with her recommendations and after trying them I am very pleased with her suggestions! I highly recommend this store and ask for Bailey she is awesome at what she does!

Went in on October 9,2020 @2:34. And I have to say this was the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I didnt have my face mask on. I asked the girl for Laura Mercia facepowder. girl stocking came up to me with an attitude straight out. She asked me did i have a facemask. I was like yes and i grabbed it out of my bag. She was to the point of almost rolling her eyes at me. Didnt even want to help me find the powder I needed. I had to look at her and say the facepowder? The girl stocking was rude as could be. I almost walked out and didnt purchase anything! Had I not needed the powder I would have went to comway ulta. Instead of purchasing here.

May we strongly request that you carry PERRICONE and ELEMIS skin care products please? And I.T. COSMETICS? A Sephora without these essentials (especially PERRICONE!) is like a plain cheese pizza. Where’s the good stuff?Also as a side note, I have stopped in the Russellville store 5 times for Drybar Detox dry shampoo (original) and you’ve been out every time.I want to shop at your store; I want it to be MY store. I really do. But I’m still having to drive to Ulta in Conway for what I really need. Please help!Thanks.
