My husband and I went to their store October 1, 2019 to arrange for an estimate. The gentleman that did the estimate was very pleasant and informative but there was some cabinetry that we also need to have done. He assured us that their cabinet builder would be in touch to do his part of the estimate. It has been over a month and we still have not heard from the cabinet builder. I sent an email November 10th requesting assistance with the matter. At this point the original estimate is outdated. Without the cabinetry portion of the estimate it is difficult to determine the total cost. I even inquired as to whether we needed to start over by having both representatives come at the same time so the estimate would be complete. I still have not been contacted at this time.

We had 2 bathroom countertops and the kitchen done. The folks in the store and our installers were all terrific. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

What excellent service. From choosing granite to measuring and installation everything was awesome and very professional. I would highly recommend these folks if you looking for new countertops. It a pleasure to do business with them.

They failed to do the edge shown in their contract. Installer showed up and promptly broke square piece of counter. Went to take another piece off trailer and broke the large piece with sink cut out. Didnt offer to replace, simply said could repair. Repair unsatisfactory. Showed up first install date 7 hours late. Came back following day with supposedly repaired counter pieces and showed up 4 hours late. Showed up at approx 4:00 so installers in hurry to finish so took shortcuts. Would not recommend company for any future jobs.

Stopped by to look at their granite, they were very rude and abrupt.

They did not give a tight fit up against the wavy wall. When they scribed the drywall, they should have an idea of how straight or not the wall is. But they did not give customer any options for dealing with it prior to fabrication. They just installed the stone and left big gaps with the wall.
