Brian and Valley Piano are a Russellville institution, and even if you don’t have a baby grand to tune, you know you want a ukulele for your folksy teen with the great voice to put on their YouTube channel😉. They have a sweet, black, v-head Dean electric a-la Pantera I’ve been eyeballing too... Valley Piano does it all. Right. 💪🏻.

I got my boyfriend a guitar for Christmas. And he loves it. The customer service is fantastic.

Loved it! They have a great selection of not only pianos but guitars, amps and a lot of other accessories. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

I absolutely love this store!! After having an awful experience at Olsens this is the only store I go to when I need something for my guitar. Unlike Olsens, the staff is so friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. After coming here I will not give my money to Olsens unless completely necessary. I love this great store!!

My visit was to test the integrity of an electric guitar I had. Spoke to the guy behind the counter. (The one with the gray streaked goatee). Told him I was preparing to sell it via Facebook, and all I want to do is see if it sounds as it should. He said it was ok I was like great thanks. The buyer was from outta town and was shopping for guitar supplies. She had just bought amp still needed a cord possibly more. Asked her to meet up there since she was just down the road. She wanted to go in do to the rain. Instantly he started ranting that hes a business man a professional and I was shady for what I had done. I was very polite. My reply ( Im sorry I brought you a customer sure she meet up with me to buy a guitar for cheap but she still may need something) she was there for his childish act. ( she replied I do need a cord) He didnt even bother to respond to her. He looks at me says someone smells bad like cigarettes... Wow 0 stars for your sir. Wheres your public relations at. Your welcome for that sell.
