I love this store an the people there. So many things to see like a lil adult wonderland. Candles, stones, crystals, cards, incense novelties, beautiful books. I had a fabulous experience Thursday with a Faerie Princess that was very informative an helpful. Thank you love, you made me feel very comfortable an welcomed. I dont feel that at many places. Muah! Stay blessed loves! Oh I almost forgot the sage, Palo Santo, an dragons blood were perfect together. I have so missed that smell. It brought warmth an comfort to our home. They must have new management the ladies behind the counter were extremely rude screaming at people across the store and then yelled at me for walking in the smoke room with out showing them my ID when there is no sign and they did not ask. I have never been treated bad In this establishment until today and I will not be back I will gladly give my business to hippie palace where they treat there customers with respect like we deserve we keep y’all open I would invest in better people to run your store

I literally had my son in law and his friend go there and get me a glass piece and we got it home and it was cracked! Brand new... never been used other than putting water in it with receipt literally 15 minutes after purchase they wouldnt exchange it for a good piece. Wont be back!! Which is where I always go. Will literally drive to clarksville before Ill give this place another dollar!!

It was made enough when you walked in the door but when I called and asked questions about a product they failed to answer them properly which led to me driving an hour out of my way for nothing. And then when the price was too high on something the rude little girl behind the counter said she refused to dig into her own paycheck to help somebody which was not even what I was asking for I just was saying that I couldnt afford it

Rude unhelpful and completely unprofessional! I won’t be back and I won’t recommend it to anyone. The girl that was running it, was very lucky she didn’t get her crude behavior returned to her by my wife as I seen my wife boiling mad and rushed her out the door. Someone should teach these people some manors. Must be that their medical purpose marijuana wasn’t aimed towards improving her disposition!
